So I had to drop a review because this is the absolute worst place to do business with. My husband placed a review already (it starts off with “MUST READ”), but I felt the need to review as well. First off these people have the worst customer service in the world. They did not provide the correct auto part that we asked for and when the situation was not going their way they lied to the police and started harassing my husband and my family. Thank God we were able to take the high road and not respond to their racist comments and threats on our lives. These are the type of people that you have to record when talking to them because they lie and rob people out of their money. I had to record our whole encounter with them and provide it to the police to show they were liars. If you need a part I would advise you to go absolutely any where in the world before here.* Also while scrolling through the review, I saw that the owner (Albert Sanchez) made a review on his own store. If you were a legitimate business,you would not have to make false good reviews, your products and services would speak for itself*

Bought a 5.3 motor in January and I just had the money to put it in my suburban. I have 3 kids and a family to support. I spent $700 on the motor and it looked really clean on the inside. I finally get the money here in April I get it put in and as soon as it started there was a really loud knock. There was no chance this motor was ever good when it was sold to me. There’s a 120 day warranty but apparantly it isn’t covered. We are day 103 and the guy wants to be rude and call it suspicious. He won’t even try to find a solution. I worked hard for this money and this is what I get in return? This is completely unbelievable that me and my husband have to go through this. Only god knows what we are going to do now.

Just want to thank you guys at A&M Auto Parts. You helped me so much. Great Customer Service. I appreciate it and I will gladly use yall again in the future and so will my family and friends!! Thanks again..

Bad customer service. Bad engine. Never pick calls up

I recently purchased a transmission for 05 explorer he give me 120 days of warranty. just to find out when my mechanic put on. to shown a solenoid c was bad. I did call him to let he know that transmission had a problem. He told me that my mechanic was wrong and will call me later. never did it. I was try to call back many times. did not answer my calls. cost about 700.00 just for mechanic service. please stay away from this place.

*MUST READ*If I could give this place a 0 I would. First off, Albert Sanchez(owner) gave me the wrong auto part and when I asked him to either exchange it or give me my money back he didn’t want to do so (although he knew it was not even close to what I asked for). Second, before I went back up there I called him to let him know we were on our way and he did not open the door at all. The next day, I get a call from a Dallas Detective stating that Albert Sanchez reported that I broken into his shop and stole a part. So we went to the police department (thankfully My wife was recorded our whole visit) to show the police our receipt for the auto part and the video of when I was knocking on the door. Next thing we know the charges were dropped and we had to file a counter charge on him because him and his racist friends start harassing me and my family on Facebook stating they would kill our family and calling us all types of racial slurs. This was so crazy, all this because Albert Sanchez gave the wrong part and did not want to rectify the situation.

Found these guys on offer up, they were selling a scion mirror for $40 guy told me I can have it for $30 after nagotiating. When I got there, they made me pay the $40 and said things like, “it’s probably the same color so I don’t have to charge you to paint it.” Anyways, really rude customer service. I will not go back to these guys.

I LOOK ON GOOGLE FOUND A&M AUTO PARTS IN DALLAS TX BOUGHT 2001 SUBURBAN 1500 5.3 ENGINE COMPLETE I TALK TO MANDO GREAT GUY.

Bought an alternator they guaranteed to work. Brought it home and tested it only to find out the bearing were bad and the voltage regulator failed. I messaged within 6 days and was told they could replace it if I brought the old one back first and waited for the new one. I messaged and said I would bring it back when the new one was in. Tried several times to reach out only to be ignored.

This is the WORST JUNK YARD in the whole DFW area. The guys who work there, even the manger (John) are crooks. I initially went to go buy a 2005 Acura TL transmission and got offered free Delivery. They kept stalling, for 5 days making up excuses so I ended up picking it up. 2 days later my mechanic called me telling me that they had given me the incorrect transmission (2004 Honda odyssey). I requested my money back and they denied due to their policy. Their policy should be only valid if I was to actually get what I paid for. So he gave me store credit for what I paid for. Now they also promised to keep an eye out for Acura’s in upcoming auctions. I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months and there had been no good news because they don’t care for my satisfaction. I spoke to John today and he was being really disrespectful. Giving me no good response to my answers and basically called me stupid, that I only have store credit. I will be showing up there multiple times this month until I get my money from parts I can probably resale. Me being only 18 they think it’s okay and profesional to take advantage of me. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THEM.

I recently purchased a transmission for a 2004 Acura I dont have much time on my hands so I paid A&M to drop it off. The wrong transmission was dropped off and a month later he says It was never advertised as an 04 its an 03. Smh $475 Later and All the guy can say is Ive been to prison lmao Well welcome to the free world. I gave them time to find me an 04 or offer my money back & they dont do refunds mind you the car is a Gift to my mother who is coming Friday Now all my plans are backed up and Im still out of a transmission and its not about the money. Im still coming out of pocket 2100 to rebuild the transmission because I dont have time to wait. This Place Is Trash and they wonder why Im so mad Do you have $450 you can let someone hold for a month ? It took this long for them to finally come clean and admit it was advertised wrong

Buyer beware. Had I of seen these reviews before handing over $450 for a $200 transmission that turned out to be worthless, Id have never made the trip and got screwed.

Worst experience EVER.... At first they were super helpful and nice but once it got to their transmission NOT working it was HELL. They were RUDE and would not try to help.

The owners and workers are liars. They sold me a motor 2 months ago that didn’t work. They refuse to refund me my money.

Said they had a vehicle drove 30 minutes away and to find out that the vehicle had sold it the day prior!
