Be aware -They needed 5 working days to do nothing with the issue, they selling NOT GENUINE parts, I ordered power steering reservoir supported by VIN # prior to shipping, they shipped the part what wasnt for my vehicle and they said this is the part matching the VIN # so there is only one explanation - they selling NOT GENUINE PARTS.Also, workers who picked up the phone like Anette she is extremely unprofessional constantly interrupting and she even hang up on me.The manager is not there, they just pretending to have one there.So you decide if you want to cooperate with these kind of companies.pictures clearly shows the new part attaching ear is on the opposite side.Nobody with mymoparparts contacted with me until I did - waste of time.
They have no customer service! Ive contacted them countless times and they have yet to get back to me through email or phone. Ive been waiting a month and a half for a part. They mailed it out but it was sent back to them for an unknown reason and ive called U.P.S to confirm, they said they recieved it. I want a refund but theres no way to get ahold of these guys. Terrible service! I will never buy anything from them again.
Got some retainers for my visor that was great. Sent for a Armrest Storage Tray and it came broken. Same piece thats broken in my car is broken on the new part. Tried calling one hour and fifteen minutes later and no answer. Return policy is you have to have an invoice it came without one. Gonna try and return it printed my order form. Hope that works. For $47.96 cents you would think it would be better. Did not come with an invoice. Cost six dollars to send it back! What a pain. See if I get a new one or refund?
I contacted this website and ordered a few parts for a 2008 Jeep Wrangler and ordering was easy, however I also paid for expedited delivery. (8/11/2021)The company then sent me a email the next day (8/12/2021)saying one of the parts were not available at their location and that they would need another 2-3 business days to get it. I then left an email or message on their web portal and NO REPLY.I then tried to contact them by phone and after waiting for an hour I used the call back option and surprise no call back.(8/12/2021)I then attempted to call them yet again at 9:32 AM EDT and I am still on hold going on yet another hour on hold.(8/13/2021)At this juncture I am trying to cancel the order and there is no way to do so online, they dont answer the phones, they dont answer their message on the website and no reply to an email.Do not use this company for any reason it is a terrible shopping and customer service nightmare. Pass them by and use a local Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram Dealer and not these people.
Ordered a part in early June. Received incorrect part - though they stated it was correct. I sent them photos showing the part they sent will not fit. Part returned to them via their RMA process. Almost 3 weeks later no replacement part, sent multiple emails, called and just sit on hold, no one returns voice mails. As I write this I am currently on hold for 40min and counting. I either want the correct part or refund so I can purchase elsewhere.
This company has zero customer service. As an Australian customer i tried over and over to contact them to have a discussion about my order and they never replied. They basically scammed me $13 AUD. because they refunded me in full in USD but the exchange rate changed and i got charged a fee. All because they claim an Australian visa is a high risk sale. If they dont want sales made with Visa, they should block it at their website, NOT do international refunds. how ridiculous. Avoid this company, especially from overseas.
When addressing fraud or suspicions orders;(1) highly recommend advising first-time customers to use paypal versus accepting payment and then cancelling the order and then refer them to paypal as it creates unnecessary transaction holds on a customers account.(2) recommend not rejecting first-time local pick up orders, but rather request the person picking up the order match the payment info provided and have them show the card used and their ID. This would discourage fraudulent in-person pick ups as the requirement would make the fraudster not proceed with the transaction.Just constructive feedback for a smoother first-time customer experience.

Ive had luck with some items, but most recently my order was cancelled after being on hold for 2 hours, voicemail box full, no response to emails. Come on, you ask for information then ghost your customer? As Im writing this the automated call service hangs up on me after 45 minutes of being on hold during another attempt to resolve the issue. Ill take my business somewhere else.
Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. This place is complete garbage, save your time and a headache and shop elsewhere... 4 days to print a shipping label for an in stock item. 5 days later the package still hadn’t made it to the Post Office. They don’t answer their 800 number, I called it 4 times. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they have my back.
I ordered some lights for my Challenger that showed in stock. Like others said I got an email from them saying it had to come from another warehouse. The real problem was the USPS. They showed it having a label created but they (USPS) didnt have the part. After me writing to them (Mopar Parts) for a few days asking what was going on (and never getting an answer) the part all of a sudden showed up. Zero tracking from the USPS! The only reason I didnt give them a 5 star rating is that they never answered any of my emails.

Ordered a part that their website listed as instock. I received an email a couple days later stating the item would need to be sourced from an out of state warehouse as it was out of stock at their shipping hub. Several days later, the order was shipped. The USPS tracking number they provded states Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending. I called customer support and they repeatedly stated that means the item has shipped. It has been a week and a half since this status and it has not changed. Having researched online, the USPS status simply means that the scan form with the tracking number was scanned, but not that the actual package was received by the post office. Having contacted Mymoparparts customer support, they offered no solutions and told me to wait. I contacted USPS, they said they never received the package, just the scan form. Customer service offered no solutions or refund. I had to initate a charge back to get a refund. Read the other reviews for which customers pay for items but dont receive them. Save yourself the time, and take your business else where.To respond to Joe McBeth. I purchased the same part from another mopar site in Texas. They shipped it USPS and I already received it. To state that the USPS is backlogged due to Covid is absurd. I contacted the Post Office and they stated they did not receive the package. If you actually purchased shipping, please provide a receipt for such and Ill take the review down. Several other people have left similar reviews, so I highly doubt that was the case.

They want me to pay for shipping to return an item that they falsely advertised on their website. Joke of a company, look somewhere else for your Mopar needs. The parts they sent me were not new too, scratched up like it came off of their vehicles at the dealership.
Needed a set of cover clips for my TJs air filter box. These guys had them in stock at about 1/6th what the next cheapest dealer offered. Shipped quick, too, and their shipping was also less expensive. Ill buy from them again.
Order a set of roof racks to be delivered between 6/28 - 7/1 for a vacation out of town leaving 7/8. No shipping notif from UPS on 6/28 so I called. Was told by cust serv that part was broken and they already shipped the other pair to a different customer (who bought theirs after us). I was told they would over night the racks when they came in so we had them before 7/8 when we left. Received a shipping notification that the parts were arriving on 7/10 so I called asking why the part were not over nighted and to please ship ones over night, they said no they would refund. Was told they would refund me as soon as the shipment was canceled by UPS, shipment was canceled and no refund. Called again and was told they would refund me once they receive the second notification from UPS that the shipment was canceled, received the second notification from UPS that the shipment was canceled on 7/6. Today 7/10 we still have no refund. I called the company and they said they won’t refund until they get the parts back and we just checked UPS website and also received a text message that they hav already received the parts back at their location but still will not refund us. We are on vacation with our 3 kids. I had to go spend an additional $450.00$ of the vacation money that was meant for my kids to get roof racks for our vehicle and was also out the 350$ we spent with this company. I have left 4 voicemails in a week to speak with Mr.Russo the manager and he has not returned a single voicemail of mine. They have ruined my 3 kids, wife and I’s Vacation because we have been worrying if we will have enough money for vacation. Every time I call them the story changes of why/when they will issue us our money back.
