Pretty sure this is the best collision shop on the planet! I have never in my life had customer service like they gave me here. They seriously raise the standards when it comes down to Collision companys. Thank you Dallas Collision for making what was going to be a massive headache one of the most simple things Ive ever been through. And I mean that they really made my life so much easier with everything they did from beginning to end.

Choose them to do the body work on my vehicle after an accident. They fixed 2 out of the 3 problem. Due to the hit on my vehicle the back bumper, upper right panel and the driver side strut bearing is making a knocking noise after the accident. It was relayed to the body shop. After a week, I got my car back and the strut was still not fixed. I told the Machanic and he said they didn’t hear any noise. I took him for a ride and he said he heard it. I dropped my car off for the second time and a call came from the adjuster saying that this problem was not from the accident. I went in and spoke to the shop and their story changed. They said that it wasn’t from the accident and that noise was there from before. I told them this did not come up until after my accident and it was mentioned to the shop mechanic. The owner was doubting me and telling me I didn’t heard it before. I owned my vehicle for 2 years and never heard a knocking noise in my vehicle until after the accident. They refuse to accept the responsibility and said they cannot do anything about it. They are not reputable and do not stand by there customer words. He said I didn’t get hard hit and even doubt me on the hit I got from the accident. Never will I recommend anyone to take there car to this place and it’s the first and last time I will ever deal with such a crooked company who do not stand by there customer. They are also very very very rude.

Won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

This was my second time using Dallas Collision and I have no regrets. The man that did the estimate was great at explaining exactly what was wrong and even gave me a worse case scenario before starting, it was refreshing to have a mechanic be so up front and honest. We did have some issues with parts but the woman running the office was quick to resolve everything and kept me in the loop the entire time. They also partner with Enterprise so my rental car situation was a breeze. I hope I dont have to use them in the near future but I know I can count on them if needed.

The hours said they would be open on Friday from 8am-6pm but were closed. They are also inconveniently closed on the weekends. Any positive review is fake and paid for.

I have taken many of my vehicles to be repaired there (some multiple times, thanks to teenagers....lol). They have always done outstanding work at a very fair price. They will go that extra mile to find a replacement part and treat you with the utmost respect. Starla and Jody are the best!

They lied to me about the damage done to my car, tried to hide internal damage done on my car, they refused to release my car to a towing company. they tried to fix my car after hiding damage, after i told them i didnt want them working on my car. they were rude on the phone. their employees messaged me, called me multiple times, left voice messages on their personal phones trying to convince me to let them work on my car. overall very unprofessional, rude, and unorganized

Made my brand new Mini look like nobody ever ran into me. Lots of front end damage fixed and I dont think the dealership shop even realizes its been wrecked. 50k miles later and all is still good!

I went to them months ago, and still having issues. I came to them for vey minor scratches on my front end and my tires. I left there and my tires were still messed up. One of them worse off then when I thought it in. I was 9 months pregnant at the time and told them I needed a time frame in case I delivered. It took them weeks to do what should have been a quick job. They also told me it took so long because they needed to order a new bumper. Its the same exact original bumper they just painted over it! Also, now half the bumper keeps coming off my vehicle. When I tried to call after I brought my car in, the manager told me to take it to a tire shop after I paid them $500 to fix them! Would never recommend. Like I said, Im 500$ out and STILL having issues with my car since I took it here. They should be ashamed. Now I have to spend even more money to fix something that should have been fixed properly 6 months ago

This was not the first time we used the shop. About a year ago they repaired my car & did an excellent, excellent job along with some minor work my Grandfather had done to one of his vehicles.Fast forward to now - I just got my car back from an accident i was involved in. My car looks okay, but not great- noticed some spots that were not completely fixed after having my car for three weeks. I took it back the next day, picked it up that night & some of the issues that were addressed, were again not fixed. I expressed my concern when I saw that one place I specifically pointed out was still competently missing . I feel as if I wasted my time trying to explain what was needed to be done & they wasted my time by not fixing the car competently both times. Not to mention I was told that it wasnt a big deal but it WAS & still IS a big deal to me.The lady at the front desk ( Starlia) is extremely rude, she dangled the keys in my face after I got in my car to leave. I was extremely upset, crying while they all stood around staring at my me in my car, clearly talking about it as I saw their fingers pointing. I will NEVER return back mainly because the way Starlia treats people + the way the gentlemen treated me. Respect works both ways & I was a paying customer. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Jodi Davis is one of the owners that worked with us. He does everything he says hell do. Tony called me once a week to keep me informed of the progress of our repair. Our Toyota 4Runner was returned to us in perfect condition 1 week before promised. You cant tell it was ever damaged. No noises, smells or leaks. It drives and looks new as it should only having 23k miles. The people at Dallas Collision, Inc are the BEST in the business and go out of their way to satisfy their customers. Youll be glad you used them.

We were referred to Dallas Collision by Marotti Auto repair. Our college age daughters car suffered heavy battering during a tornado 3 wks ago. We wanted it repaired enough to be safe ... replace all broken glass, mirrors and lights. She plans to buy her own new car in the next year so we were not interested in doing a lot of cosmetic work on the car. Dallas Collision was great to work with. No pressure to do extras. The work was completed in time. They even took her student parking decals off the broken windshield and put them on the new one! The only thing they forgot was to paint the side mirror. When we pointed it out they deducted it from the bill. I hope we dont need the service of Dallas Collision again, but if we do, I am confident we will go back to Dallas Collision. Nice people. Great work.

My 2004 Avalon had the whole side bashed in. One door would not even open. My car is an odd color and has a Landau roof which had to be peeled back to fix the doors. My car looked like new when I got it back! Also, very nice people working there!
