Man oh man how miraculous these guys are!!!My transmission temp stayed at 180 on cool days and of course in GA summer the temp stayed at 210 because for some reason GM thought it’s a good idea to cool the transmission through the radiator i.e engine temp and transmission temp are the same which we know heat is a transmission killer!!Now, after the rebuild and transmission cooler, my transmission temp stayed at 152 in 96 degree weather! the truck drove exceptional, Maximum Auto renewed the life of my truck and for their efforts, unmatched dedication to their craft and passion for their customers, I am grateful to say that they are my only trusted shop that i will frequent for the foreseeable future!!!Thank you for being wonderful!!!

Jimmy is an expert and totally hands-on in his shop. Hell tell it to you straight and does an excellent job!

The shop is good but make sure you get a diagnostic (preferably from a dealership mechanic) and know exactly what you need done so they will repair the exact issue(s). Otherwise you could be mislead into paying for a service/part you do not need.

Good customer service. I dont go here myself but my girlfriend does and I got her to take my second car fixed here and they returned it to me without the radiator plugged back up and created a big scare and inconvenience between work and towing but they helped us out bu fixing it for free and refueling the coolant since it blew up. I dont think theyre bad, just a careless mistake

Absolutely trust these guys. Jimmy is the owner and he only hires people he trusts. You could leave a million dollars there and come back a year later and not a cent would be gone. I tested this shop by knowing what was wrong with my truck and dropped it off with them to see if they would try to say its a bunch of other stuff but they told me exactly what I knew was wrong with it and nothing more. I cant say enough good stuff about this place.

Excellent service! They did my alternator, CV axle and, radiator for a fair price. They were able to identify a broken piece on my old radiator that was caused by the official Marietta Toyota mechanics when they replaced my water pump. Had to swing back by late at almost closing time for these guys because of a weird sound from my driver side tire, but they were quick to identify and fix a minor problem that was unrelated to their excellent service. I appreciate these guys and would recommend them to anyone who is local to the Dallas Ga area. Thanks again guys.

Jimmy at Maximum Auto is great. Ive got a 84 Toyota pickup that I have Jimmy service whenever something comes up. Hes the most honest and reliable mechanic I know. Hes always very fair with his prices and I never have anything to worry about when I drop off my truck. If you own a Toyota, take it to Jimmy. Trust me, anywhere else is going to find a way to charge you more and youll never get the kind of service youll get at Maximum Auto. These kind of mechanics are hard to find.

They have saved us from so many terrible “deals” from other shops, and also from the lies other shops told us about “broken” parts on our vehicles to up our price. I have never had an auto repair experience like Ive had here. Tested their honesty and they passed. The guys treat you with respect and kindness but make you feel like youve known them for years. Ive recommended them several times and got great reports back each time. Its hard to find folks you can trust when they are the only ones with the knowledge of the problem. Other shops have fed me a bunch of add ons, up sales even lies but I know I can take my cars here for the truth.

Told me what I needed. Got the part and fixed it, right then. Great people, Jimmy and Sherry. The staff are great as well.

I was very happy with Maximum Auto. They were professional, friendly, and delivered excellent service. When my car started leaking transmission fluid, I didnt know where to turn. A friend suggested this place, and I am glad I took her advice. Turns out my problem was the water pump. They fixed it the same day, and they were far more affordable than the inferior mechanic I had used before. Will definitely be going back whenever I need work done on my car.

Just called this place to get a qoute on a oil change and changing the oil pan gasket. Something I can do but dont have time for, and this guy really just qouted me $500 and leaving my jeep there all day. Are you kidding me??? I asked about pricing for the rear main seal being replaced and they say are you sure cause that doesnt really leak. Look I know Im a woman and most dont know what I do, but for someone to qoiteme $500 to do something that takes an hour to do pissed me off. This woman will NOT be taken advantage of and swindled. Then when confronted by my husband he couldnt explain.

Worst customer service .... plus irresponsible .... first time taking my car there, recommended from a coworker plus good reviews online... at the beginning they’re all polite n showed interest in not just wanting my money but also help me.. they said that my car was going to b ready a specific but it wasn’t cause they didn’t know that the manufacturer for my car didn’t make a Serrano part serviceable... now up to a certain extend I can understand them not knowing but after 10 plus years of service not a single one of them knew or had an idea about it... then they shopped around for the part need but it was no where to b found. I kept being told that I was going to get taken care of ... 4 days without my only car n still no a reasonable solution.. I was told by the owner that I could have a machine shop cut the holes bigger for the gasket that was not fitting... so instead of having them take care of me, I had to take care of my self. I had to spent half a day finding a machine place, running around to get the parts from the mechanics shop n take them to the other place, wait a day n go pick them up, pay to get that done, when if they really care about their customers then it would have been their initiative to do all that for me since they touched it n they were the “experts”/“professionals” .. after all that I bring them back n the mechanic that I handed the now fixed parts to goes n says “well let me see if this will even work” now after all the customer has been through (me) hearing that just makes me mad... when I was told that by me doing all that was going to solve the only problem holding the whole thing up... so I reply “I was told that that was it, that was the only thing that needed to b done to put this thing back together” thn he didn’t say anything n I followed (cause there was nothing else to say), “so that was it right? There’s nothing else that will hold it from getting fixed right? Will it be ready tomorrow ? “ the guy says that it mane done after lunch so Alright whatever n I finish by saying, “please just have this thing ready tomorrow” n I walked away.. a minute later the owner calls me saying that was rude to the guy n that if I had a problem with anything to let him know directly ... lol I was not rude to anyone n thn he says that after this we are done to which I already had decided to do ... MAXIMUM AUTO IS ONE OF THE WORST SHOPS I HAVE HAD MY CAR WORKED ON AND THEYRE ALSO THE REASON WHY IT GETS HARDER AND HARDSR FOR ME TO TRUST ANY MECHANIC OR MECHANIC SHOP ... 😒 whatever, one lost customer isn’t important at all to any company big or small
