My experience with this company was a disaster from the very start, I had an appointment with Gus at 5:00, and he arrived at 3:00. Then, we agreed on a price and an install date, he told me Friday. I waited for him all Friday, took off work, called him only for him to tell me he never agreed to come Friday. I was told by Gus would be an extra $800 to install my awning, and then I got my invoice and was being charged over $1,500 extra for the installation. So I said no to the install and that I would pick it up and install myself. So I drive all the way to Dallas, mind you I live in Lavon, only to be informed that my awning had not even arrived yet. Overall this company is unprofessional, unpunctual, and unorganized.

Awning and electric solar shade look excellent.Well made and the installers worked hard to make it all seamlessly fit on the window.
