Charged me for two lattes when I only ordered one, made that one wrong, then made the new one (after trying to charge me for their mistake) with soured almond milk. I also asked for my bagel toasted. Guess what wasnt toasted. Bagel also included a spicy sauce that the menu didnt say was on it. Unfortunately I happened to be allergic to that spicy sauce. If Id known it was on the bagel I would have ordered something different or asked for it left off. Bad time.
I just waited 30 minutes for salmon bagels like are all over the digital signage and stands. Were only serving breakfast. If its not on the menu, take it off the signs. Or say that.Edit... then I get my bacon and cheddar bagel. No cream cheese. its dry. So I come back and ask for cream cheese and they refuse to give it to me without charging extra.
Good bagels and quick service. Our order literally took less than a few mins and it was yummy. They missed one item in the order but gave it quickly so no big deal. Prices were reasonable and there were a plenty of clean tables steps away.
Ordered the farmhouse sandwich which had barely any schmear on it, it was basically dry. I went up to the counter and asked if I could get some extra schmear because my bagel basically had none- the girl at the counter asked me to bring my bagel to her and show her. Then, after looking at the dry bagel, proceeded to tell me that was the correct amount of schmear and I could pay for more if I wanted it. Absolutely not. Lol. Terrible service.
If this were my first introduction to Einstein Bagels, I doubt I would go back. The Farmhouse bagel was cold and was barely toasted. Disappointing.
Poor and slow service. I was the only person in the restaurant at the time. Young man and woman were not interested in helping a live customer. They only concentrated on the pick up order(s). I asked if someone could take my order and told them I was in a bit of a hurry. Nope. Not even a look my way. Just “someone would be with you in a moment”. Finally an lady popped out from the back and took my order. I moved down to the register to pay. They left me hanging there as well. Never turned around when I asked to be rung up. Just said “someone will be with you in a moment. By that time someone else had come in to order. Her order was taken more quickly because the older lady was already at the register. I looked at both employees. Both had their back to the front and neither thought to help the lady. So, I turned around and walked out without my order. I called to complain, and of course, it was no one’s fault. Just that they had phone orders that they were filling. IMO they should focus on the in store customers and get them taken care of quickly so that they can get back to the phone orders. At least one of them should have run the register for the customers (only 2 at this time) because the lady taking the orders could do jobs at once because the registers are each at the opposite end of the counter. One to order and one to pay. I haven’t fully decided if I will go back anytime soon. There are other choices in the area. It’s a shame. I love their bagels!
Below expectations, bagel was dry (definitely not from today or this week. Im usually a good fan for Einstein bagels but this was below good. Coffee was good thu

Dude was not friendly! Plus they had no eggs, but the pictures in the menu had eggs. Just ugh!
Fast, respectful, and food was awesome.
