I participated in the Date Night Steak Cooking Class with Kate this past Saturday and it was a BLAST!! Kates personality was very personable and made the class so relaxing and enjoyably. The instructions were easy to follow and the meal was absolutely delicious! I definitely plan to attend another class!!

I visited this store during the day last week. I was greeted by a woman calling out a nice greeting when I entered, which is nice. I hadnt been in the shop before, so I drifted down each aisle admiring the products. I dont cook, but my bestie does, and I thought this would be a nice place to buy her several small gifts. I was happy to find several gift items, even a spatula decorated with her hometown of Washington, DC!The staff was nice, one woman was walking with a customer discussing the baking section. The man behind the counter came out to assist me without hesitating.I wish I did cook, so many nice items here. Ill be back to try one of their cooking classes!

Chef Ben was absolutely amazing as a host as a chef. We enjoyed his company. His food was fantastic and he was sure to always enormous about the ingredients and of course on how to cut veggies and whisk.. we absoulty recommend this class to other or as a family with the kids.

Great experience! My husband and disabled father came in and they are still raving about how great the service was. The sales lady went above and beyond in explaining the sharpening stones and making recommendations. It was his birthday and he had only asked for this for his gift. So grateful!

Great cooking classes! I went to my cooking class and really enjoyed the quality recipes. We had great chefs teach us, like Chef Philip and Chef Lisa, etc.

My mom gifted my boyfriend a couple awesome knives from Sur La Table online (shes amazing). Since he already had a couple bread knives he decided to switch the bread knife out for a paring knife. While we werent able to return the bread knife through Sur La Tables online system or by calling their online customer service, we were able to do an exchange at the Preston/Royal store.I was so impressed by the staff we chatted with while doing the exchange then shopping for more goodies. However, the gal who helped us the most, Roxanne, was the sweetest. Not only was she personable and friendly, she was abundantly gracious and answered the many random questions we had. If she didnt know something, she quickly found the answer for us.We were happy with the product offerings, as well as the level of service and care at this store! Definitely check them out for your kitchen equipment needs and cooking classes (mom raves about those)!

Beautiful store but limited stock of Le Creuset and Staub...

Was shopping there last night with a friend and the woman who helped my friend pick out a skillet was just the most helpful and polite employee at any store I’ve been to in a long time. I love this store, and I’m so sad I didn’t catch the employees name, but I hope she somehow sees this and knows she made our night with her outstanding attitude and customer service.

Received a cooking class for Christmas scheduled in January. After we arrived we were told the chef left for sick reasons and that we would all get 20% off our next class we book. After calling 4 or 5 times over the span of a few days trying to reach the culinary school, someone was finally able to help me out with the 20% off. I booked a class for February a month later. Received a phone call one hour before saying the class was pushed back 30 minutes which is fine then when we arrived and were about to go in, received another phone call saying the chef left for medical reasons. Needless to say, will not being trying to book here again.

Did a cooking class here with friends and had loads of fun. Instructor is super cool and taught us alot.

Took a cooking class French Home Cooking yesterday with Chef Jenn . It was a great class, learned so much and Chef Jen did a outstanding job . Looking forward to more classes in my future .
