I LOVE CITY BALLOONS DALLAS!! Such a great feeling to purchase a high quality product and be able to walk in and see all the great products. I love that they have the sample book out and the owner is so accommodating allows you to double stuff and blow up balloons to allow to find exactly what you are looking for. Also, he went out of the way once to make sure I had what I needed for an event that weekend.
