This is pretty much the only beauty supply that I shop at and they pretty much always have everything I need and the owners are very nice people and Ive always had a good experience here.

Ive been coming here for over 20 years. They always have what I need and they are very knowledgeable about everything that has to do with hair

They had what i wanted right at the front counter. i walked in, asked about sponges, paid and left. it was that simple. the guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful, and the price wasnt bad either. im glad i searched the place in Google maps when i was close.

This hair store is cluttered with little room, so you have to maneuver through the stores back section where the braiding hair and other hair are located. Their service was quite good. When I asked for a product, he was quick to point me in the right direction. He greeted me when I came inside the store and left out.The prices are reasonable. I expected to spend a little over $30, but instead, I paid $25.23, which is good because I saved money.So, far theyre considerable, so I give them 4 stars. Four stars instead of 5 because of the clutter at the back, but everything else is excellent.

The store is super small and overly cluttered. I went there at 6pm and spent $85 on hair that I didnt need I came back an hour later for a refund because I bought the wrong hair. They wouldn’t give me a refund. They told me to read the sign but the signs were covered up by mask so how was I suppose to see it. And they don’t even inform you that all sales are final at checkout.

They have lots of stuff, but the store is cluttered. There is NO WAY to socially distance and the employees dont wear masks properly. This use to be my spot, but Im done with them.

Went in there looking for clip in extensions. Now I’m about to give you a description of my hair. It’s about 2 inches above my shoulders and very thick. I asked the man there which pack would be the best for my hair. He handed me a pack of clip ins that was probably 50g of hair and told me one pack would be enough for me. No biggie right? I’ll just buy 2. So then I turned it around and it was $99.99!!! I was thinking this was WAY to expensive so I decided to look up the price online and turns out the REAL price is only $69.99. Needless to say I won’t be coming back ever.

This place has everything anyone might need in terms of hair styling & hair care products. I have come here several times with my Sister. Exceptional consumer service. Excellent condition in the store. Really like the arrangement of products. 5 stars for me!

Store is very cramped and small but the staff is helpful

They had what I was looking for CHI products at a reasonable price but the store is so packed and cramped its not easy to walk around so the owners try to walk and watch you shop. I understand why they do it but its not a comfortable shopping experience.

These people are over charging for all their products do not go here. Its a black womens extortion scheme. Theyve removed most of the hair in The packets its less and they sell it expensively. Please go to university park on skillman street, they are wayyy cheaper and better customer service. Black women yes we dont have our own beauty supplies yet but dont allow extortion from these Asian folks. Have a great day!

The bald man followed us around and then refused to pull wigs down from the top shelf, asking why we needed them. He wouldnt let my friend try on wigs either saying she had too much hair and would damage them. Mind you shewears them all the time with no problem. We just left our other items and walked out as he then accuses my friend of stealing something

The only Chinese friendly beauty supply Ive seen so far in Dallas. They acknowledge their customers and dont act like youre about to steal something as is the case with other beauty supplies Ive visited.

What I like the most is they are very polite the guys

Theyve got some that are good and some that or not they have good products out I suppose but they dont never have the eyelashes I want they know I buy a lot of them because I like to have at least a 2-week supply but they dont care goodbye have a good one

This place has everything a girl/ guy can want to enhance there looks and features.

I like the fact that its small and a little more personable than the chain stores. They have a good variety of products and they always have my hair color!

I have been going to this beauty supply for over 10 years. When you walk in, they speak. They will help you get the items you need and since they know me I feel like I can take my time and browse products without being watched. What made me continue to go back after my first visit was the friendliness of the staff and the fact that they didnt treat me like another statistic. The only reason that I didnt give it 5 stars is bceause the inside is very compact, and when there are a lot of people there, it can be annoying. However, thats not stopping me from going back.

Had Adore hair color in about 20 alternative colors at 3.99/each, daughter got a great head band for $1. Amazon wants at least $9 for the same hair color brand.

I love this store. They are so kind and good customer service, thats why I love this store.

Wigs are overpriced, was quoted different prices over $50 when i could get the same wig for less than $30 in other stores. Most wigs did not have a price tag and the salesperson was too pushy and dishonest in my opinion.
