Most Publix are really good. They have started cluttering the aisles like Kroger has been doing for years but I guess that is how it will be. Glad they still have cashiers and everyone is friendly.

As usual, Publix is great! You pay for it, but their store and service are awesome! Near counter is extremely helpful, always going out of their way to help. Looked for a brisket, butcher showed me where it was and offered to cut me a new one if I wanted bigger. Asked for rub recommendations and he walked me over to the aisle! Not a fan of the new self checkout kiosks but I get it.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of sub sandwiches Ive received the past two times.Both orders were placed online for pickup. The first time I paid extra for guacamole, which was so sparsely placed, I hardly noticed it on the sandwich. Not to mention there was hardly any mayo or mustard on the bread.Decided to give them another shot and just got home to see one of the sandwiches was a complete mess, with the cheese thrown on top like it was forgotten and hardly any lettuce. The sauce was so excessive, it was dripping out the sides.The second sandwich was missing toppings and had tomatoes thrown on top, not even inside the bread with no sauce what so ever. I find this completely absurd for 2 sandwiches both costing around 10 dollars a piece. Ive seen cheap gas station sandwiches made better.Im not looking for anything free or replacements, I really just need it to be known that this is ridiculous coming from Publix.I will not be coming back here for sandwiches, this has ruined the experience entirely.

This Publix location is one of the best locations Ive visited in the last 25 years. They have great customer service along with great products and prices!! The Pharmacy is a major plus!! The delis sandwiches and cooked food will have you coming back for more!! The surrounding businesses are a nice compliment to this grocery pit stop!! This location gets my stamp of approval!!

I just wanted to take a second to thank everyone that I encounter at this Publix… Everyone is always so kind and helpful despite of the tribulations that this pandemic may bring I have never failed to see them with a smile helping customers throughout their day. Clean store and a clean parking lot. The staff were friendly and each one at least said hello.The salads and fruit cups in the rear of the store are perfect alternatives for lunch when the humidity is high and the thought of fried food sickens you.The checkout lines move faster than most Publix locations as a bonus.

Great neighborhood store! A word of caution- this strip centers parking lot is a complete fail. Its always a bit of a challenge to navigate! This Publix, tho, is a delight.

One star because you can’t do less.Called pharmacy at 4:00 ish, requesting that my prescriptions would be ready by 7:00 because MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO! Of course I was told it would be ready… Order was NOT ready.NOT the first time I have had this issue.WHEN will you people get it together?Transferring to Kroger.

Deli department …. Smh . Twice I ordered platters for important events and they were not ready after hours later … would not recommend. When I told them and showed them my receipt they blame another person when I actually ordered online then they say no we don’t have that order here … so basically u calling me a liar after I showed u proof …

This is the slowest deli in all Publixs Ive ever experienced. I waited 45 minutes for someone to take my order. And I was 2nd in line

Went in on my way home at 11am. Price tags removed and changed while shopping but prices not honored. Go to Seven Hills location for better customer service. Very disappointed.

I love this local Publix. The people are so kind and the store is always in immaculate condition. From the fresh bread, delicious fruits and vegetables to their nice selection of meats and fish, it truly is a pleasure shopping here.

The Bakery and Deli departments are fantastic! The sandwiches are top notch.

A great store always clean. Helpful staff but they need more people in the deli. They also never have mojo pork anymore which is a shame because most people have no idea how great of a sandwich it makes.

A few items I went specifically for was out of stock. Everything was clean and well organized.

Loved public in the past, their customer service was the best, since installing self checkout they have 1 cashier open and when I have a full buggy will not do self checkout. The cashier line now is always 3+ deep. Time to find somewhere else to shop

Compared to Ingles this place is bottom of the barrel bad. The shelves are consistently out of product and the fresh departments are awful. Not only do they not have the items you want but if you ask they get annoyed with you as if your supposed to know what they have in back. It is really amazing how bad these stores have gotten.

Used to be 5 stars for years. Now that they have self checkout they lost their edge. We have been going to Publix either here or near our house in Florida for over 30+ years. Never minded paying premium prices to support the store and its wonderful employees, now Ill be going to Kroger or Walmart, same distance from our house but has a better selection and is less expensive.

Came in at 7:45 pm on wednesday 3/21 to pick up some tenders and fries and saw this. Was able to get a couple of tenders, and the rest of the fries went to the customer ahead of me. When I asked for fries he told me he was out and wouldnt get more until tomorrows truck.Tried again on 10/20 at 6:45 pm. Same story.

I have been going to this Publix location for over 15 years and they have never failed to provide quality product and exceptional customer service. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is a noticable difference in cashier training between the day shift and the night shift. If possible I will always choose to go during the daytime hours due to this discrepancy.

I really only go here for pub subs and medication. The subs are an excellent value and super tasty I love the cuban. You can add a drink and chips for pretty much 1.20. Pharmacy seemed fine but wish it was a drive thru pharmacy like the other publix in dallas.

The employees are super friendly however at this point in the game I cannot believe they allow customers enter without masks. I also saw an employee not wearing it while stocking items. I am not shopping at Publix again any time soon.

Prices way to high. 4.99 for chicken brest??? Kroger 1.77 and Aldi 1.69. All within 5 miles of each other

A bit pricy but very clean and great customer service.Unfortunately I have to lower my rating. I recently pulled a pack of chicken out of the freezer that we purchased from this Publix. I came very close to being physically sick. Not only was it full of fatty, bloody grissle but there was a piece of what appeared to be the chickens aorta still attached. It turned me off completely to this particular store. And needless to stay, that chicken ended up in the trash!

This Publix store has got to have the friendliest employees around. It doesnt matter if you are speaking to someone in the Bakery or off in the Meat department you will get help right then. That person will help you find what you need. Oh the customer service is great but employees all over the store are happy to help you. Dont see what you are looking for set out? Ask one of the wonderful bakery staff.Shopping single can encourage people to purchase more product than you need. This bakery has sold me half loaves of baked items! No more stale bread or over eating just to keep it from being tossed out.The Deli section is well stocked with items to feed your family or serve at a nice party. Not only do they have a great cheese selection but you can find tasty fresh salads and sandwiches. In a rush for lunch or need a side for dinner at home? Check out the hot food tems. Oh, they also make some of the greatest sandwiches on your specifications.I am a fruit and veggie lover and have never been disappointed with all that I find in the produce section.Let me tell you about their meat department... WOW! The items set out are fresh and there are many meals already prepared that you only need to do is put them in an oven! It is sometimes difficult to find packages of fresh meat for just one person. Dont worry, the folks there will take care of your portions. Face it, not all of us need a five pound roast!The Dairy and frozen foods have a great variety. I have never found a product out of date or freezer burned. Not thick coatings of ice either!Whether you need cooking utensils, health products, a birthday card or sweet gift you can find so many items to choose from.Dont forget they also have a Pharmacy. I get reminder calls for prescriptions in a timely fashion and never run out of medical supplies or medicine.Some of my favorite people are the cashiers and baggers. These people are always cheerful and polite. Having a bad day? Go spend a few minutes with any of them!Being disabled and single can make it hard to bag, carry out and load all your great finds but there will always be someone to help you get your items to your car and help to load them.Oh dont just take my word for it, check them out! 5 stars for cleanliness and customer service in most departments.However, the pharmacy has a new face who seems to enjoy creating patients/customers to jump through hoops for medication refills. Pharmacy Manager is not patient centric either. His focus is on bottom line not customer service satisfaction/retention. My household has left and is using another pharmacy that is focused on patient care&recovery. A new pharmacy is in my near future as well. This Publix is supportive of the community. Kim, Pharmacy Asst Manager, is consistently looking out for the patient well being while focusing on bottom line. Her compassionate understanding puts her in a unique category of top Atlanta pharma community professionals. New Hope is blessed for her dedication to our community. Shes wonderful! The store was very well stocked and the staff was friendly. We had a hard time looking for a specific item and a very friendly staff in the Deli area assisted us. I was glad since I am sure we looked pretty lost.

This store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are pleasant to interact with and go out of their way to make it a good shopping experience. Best fried chicken anywhere. It’s so good. They also have a nice wine selection. Wish they would carry more seasonal beers in the fall and winter.

Online sub orders are not ready when they are supposed to be

Theyre usually great, however tonight I was told there was a 30 minute wait on chicken fingers at 6:50pm. They had to filter the oil out, which I applaud them for their cleanliness but they really should have done it later or earlier before dinner time. I had wanted the chicken tender sub the only reason I come to this location out of my way after work. I really didnt want subway tonight...
