Arrived a few hours before appointment time. Was informed that I couldn’t check in until 30 minutes before appointment time. (Unreal). The customer service staff are very immature and definitely a communication disparity. The parking lot and the dock doors are dark. Guys turn on the lights. 🤦🏾‍♂️

1 star is too much for this facilityVery bad service! waiting for loading for more than 2, 5 hours, already disgusting machines that come after me leave already unloaded or loaded. It’s incomprehensible to communicate with anyone, very bad facility 👎👎👎

Going for detention pay on this one. I am the only female driver here... And still not in a dock trucks have came and gone. In 20 years I have only been ignored a couple times but this one takes the top prize. 1st one star I have ever given a shipper.

Loaded on a Sunday, lots of Trucks 2pm appointment didnt have me out until 10pm. all contactless sign in and out. had trucks loaded that arrived after me. most trucks spent 3 to 4 hours there

Do not come this location. They dont care about your appointment time. Supervisor or manager you have to do something.evey trucker have short time. If you came here easily you can wait almost 4 to 6 hrs. Management team do something

They have a fairly efficient no contact check/out. Just now, the check in is broke, but there is a well signed button to press and get checked in. They were super busy, totally stacked up, but they load pretty quickly.

The one in Lancaster ok.but the one on Grady niblo rd. They cant make their minds up where they want you to check in, and if your a regular, your getting unloaded first.

Worst place to pick up a load. I checked in at 11:30 AM and still here (5:26 PM). Not recommended at all.. I couldnt give a zero star rating, unfortunately.

Fast load times, showed up at 1051 appt was for 1500 in and out by 1200. Finding it was tricky but Google maps will take you right to it. Take the road in between the two buildings when approaching the location, cant miss it after that.

SEMITRUCK: No overnight parking, got appointment at 7am got in at 5.30am got loaded and out at 7.30am. Loads are heavy. No Lumper.

**for truck drivers only** nice place, a lot of room to back in to a dock, got a door asap, they take me 2 hours before my app., follow Niagara signs they take you to the entrance, check in and check out in about 1 1/2 hrs not bad very heavy load make sure to scale.

Very slow, one pallett every 10 minutes. 😠

It was great my appointment time was at 9am they gave me a door at 6 a.m. and I was out by 7am very nice staff

Come at 9am to pick a load they got me there till 4 pm

System is down, no greets you, self check in ✅ and wait to be called by phone to get a dock door.

Self check in and check out, quick loading, was in and out in less than an hour.

I arrived half an hour before my appointment I am still waiting. I think everyone has the same appointment time, bad organization, with all the technology and they dont use it, be careful with the gate hit my truck

Horrible place

If I could, I would give them negative stars, we sat for hours while other drivers came in after us and they never even started on our load. It’s ridiculous. We kept checking back and they kept saying they were loading us. Then we finally, went back in to re-check, after 4 hours and the guy said, “you’ve been done for 10minutes” while 4 other trucks were loaded after we arrived, the light was still red, and the truck was still locked in- no one came to tell us we were done. Then the forklift drivers decided to wait until we went to get paperwork to tell us that the truck was slightly pulled forward and they couldn’t unlock us, as if walking 80 feet or driving the forklift was too difficult. Instead they would rather sit around playing and talking to their buddies as apposed to doing their job.

This wasnt a bad experience. I got checked in, they immediately gave me a door and I was out of there within an hour. Ive never been held up at Niagara at any location for an extended period of time except once. That was the last time I came to this location. This time was much better

Friendly office and warehouse people also quick loading, under 45 mins

There are few same docks numbers on both side of the building so don’t be confused

One star is too much for these people, from 1pm to 6:50 pm they charge you on weight I had to charge 43k and they put 45k on me when you come to move the load they made me wait the next day and in the end they canceled the load because they prefer to lower it than fix it .... it can be a good place of work because they work little but to load bad, last time I come to this place .....
