I ordered Ice blue (bottom)dresses after they told me they could get them in any color I wanted. After getting the dresses they were sky blue (top)(by the way this is not sky blue, looks more like Aqua blue). Called them and she said that ice blue, sky blue, teal blue are all the same in their store. They dont exchange or give refunds so now am stuck with 5 bridesmaids that i cant use with 2 week left to my wedding. very disappointed. If you cannot get what the customer wants, simply tell them that.

They will get dress as promise but do not let them do alterations. Measurements were incorrect patchwork was poorly done. Her dress was hanging by strings

They didn’t have my dress in on time after I paid full price at ordering time and she promised fast shipping.

Found a prom dress here at a reasonably price! The reason Im giving it four stars is because there was no clear way the dresses were organized, and it could have been neater. The sizes are all mixed in, although most of the store is organized by color. Staff was not bad, and let us hold a dress for a small short of time.

Go somewhere else. These people are very dishonest. I ordered a dress and clearly explained I was on a tight budget and could not afford the extra $30 for alternations. They told me I wont be charged for alterations. That was the only reason i ordered the dress. Come pick up day..... they all flat out refused offering the free alternation and charged $60 for the alterations needed. They started speaking in their language and laughing at me. Why would i make up something like that? I’m very upset about all this and it’s a day before my birthday party. The worst customer service ever. Very unethical individuals, they dont even deserve a one star!

My friend chose a wedding dress from here but wasnt really sure, they asked her to put a deposit down if she wanted them to reserve it and not sell it while she made her mind up, she found a better dress and told them she didnt want it, they told her the deposit of 200 dollars was not refundable, she never even took the dress from the store.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Went in to buy a dress and the dress adjustments were horrible. NEVER EVER AGAIN😡😡 Do Not get Any type of alterations done at this place.

I drove an hour to get there ( my choice, I know) just to be soooooo disappointed with the service and the variety... The Hispanic young lady that works there is totally CARELESS!! I went on a Wednesday Afternoon, I didnt get her name. There was another lady there, seems to be the owner, she was just on her cell phone, so we felt like they didnt want our business.
