The service bays were all closed, and I truly expected that I would wind up leaving the car with a note. But Service Advisor John T saw me, got me in, filled out paperwork for a rental car by hand (even though, from my experience with the Porsche and Mercedes dealerships in town, I was really expecting to get an Uber), and, with Joey T, had me up and going the next day.From sales, to ownership, to service, and trade in, our experience has been top notch, and far better than the experiences we have had for far more expensive vehicles at other dealerships. There was a recall for a part on my Cadillac. Called and talked to the service department on Wednesday and was scheduled to come in the following Monday. The service took about 2 hours getting there first thing in the morning. Had coffee, soda, water and snacks available. Two very nice large lounges to wait in which made the long wait time not bad. I worked with Trey who was very courteous and informative about what was going on with my car. Will definitely come back to Sewell Cadillac of Dallas for any maintenance needs or even looking for my next car!
Took my 2015 Escalade for Shock and Water Pump repair. Only one day and now the car rides 100% better. My service advisor, Chance, was the best Ive ever experienced. When I arrived, they were efficient and quickly got me into a loaner car. During the process (same day) my advisor called me and explained the diagnosis and repairs needed along with the expected timeline. It took less than a full day for the work to be completed (Friday dropoff/Saturday pickup). They even worked with me on the cost with some minor discounts. I am a first time Sewell customer and a longtime Crest Cadillac customer. I think I may have found a new home for service and sales.

My first experience with Sewell was a visit to the service department for a problem with my charging system. From the moment I drove up to Service, I was treated with so much kindness and respect. Everything was so smooth and easy. Getting the loaner car was a breeze. While my car was being serviced, Abby was always keeping me updated and was incredibly kind. When I picked up my car, it was so clean, and again everyone so nice. I brought my vehicle again to have a part replaced and had the same experience. Only when I came to pick it up, I got to finally meet Abby. She was absolutely delightful! Fast forward to a few months later, my lease is about to be due and I needed to make a decision. Abby referred me to Suzzy for assistance. Right away Suzzy responded to my text and gave me a ton of information and options. I realized I needed to wait a little bit because I was in the process of buying a house and didn’t want to do anything that would have an impact on my credit. I reached out to her about 2 weeks ago and she responded immediately that she was no longer working at Sewell but referred me to yet another wonderful individual, Haley. From start to finish, Haley was attentive, amazingly kind and patient and informative. I ended up deciding to purchase my lease and never had to leave my job to complete the transaction. Ethan drove a loaner car to me along with the paperwork and took my car to the dealership to be “certified”. I can’t begin to say how smooth and easy this process was from start to finish. I appreciate the Sewell family for taking such great care of me and look forward to future interactions with Abby, Haley and Ethan. Thank you Sewell!!!!

I am new to the Sewell family. I was a long time customer of Cadillac of Arlington until they were sold to Frank Kent. I took my car in for an oil change a few months ago and received exceptional service from Chase. I have my car there now getting some work done and has been very pleased with the service and the communication.
I purchased my Cadillac from Sewell on 5/15/21 after 1 test drive. I felt this was the car for me. The salesman Aaron was Awesome to work with. The process was long but well worth it. He was sweet to offer us water soda chips or cookies while we waited for paperwork.I truly do feel I will be A Sewell Customer for life.
Great service, but I had to wait an hour and a half for a loan car, someone explained to me that there is a chip shortage, which I understand, its out of your control. How it was explained to me, it does not see like the loan car shortage will end anytime soon. But you would think a dealership of this service level would provide more alternatives. For instance, work with a shuttle service like Alto or have your own that has drivers on standby to pick up and drop off customers, especially if you do not have as many loan cars available for customers. Most customers would probably prefer to be shuttled anyway. Hopefully someone in charge reads this and considers adding this to the already exceptional customer service.
My mother has been taken her car here for years, no problems up until now. She got her car back with a funky smell. Someone got into her nice car with body odor that was not pleasant at all. Who does that!! This is most certainly her last time at this location.
My experience for the 2nd time was absolutely amazing from the beginning until the end. Kevin Bush is an amazing sales consultant. He is very professional and he makes sure that its a experience worth remembering. He knows what car that fits you best. They sold my 86 year old mother $700 of repairs done in four hours of time when all she went in for was a free repair on a recall item they were supposed fix. What part of this is ethical??? I cant get that much in repairs done in four hours of at my Buick dealership. This makes me sick. I will never let her take her car there again!

There really isn’t a better service experience for dealerships than Sewell Cadillac. I had a dead battery on my Escalade purchased from Sewell. I made a call to the service department and asked about getting it replaced and getting a rental. I was disappointed learning that at 4:00 on a Saturday they didn’t have any rentals. All was well when they told me they would just come to my house and replace the battery! Even better! Summary: A customer service department that goes above and beyond every single time.Detail: (I am describing the most recent interaction). I had taken my car in for a scheduled maintenance operation. Due to some minor mix up, the car was not picked up on the scheduled date but was picked up a week later. I was dismayed to find that there were two recommended fixes which would not be covered under my warranty - which apparently had expired the prior day!! I called the Service department and spoke to John. Norlington. From the onset, John was very sympathetic and genuine and explained that he would reach out to the Cadillac rep and work with them to address this. They did cover the issues and, for doing that in a pleasant hassle-free manner, I am very grateful.When the car was delivered back to me, I noticed a small chip in passenger door. I immediately called and brought it to the attention of Luis Ramirez - the other manager I was working with on the car. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he was as customer-service focused as John. He took the car back to the service center without any issues. I was expecting some touch up paint. When I picked up the car, I found that they decided to repaint the entire door to ensure that it looked great. They also buffed out some superficial scratches and took out a minor ding on the driver side. It certainly made my day.Speaking in general terms, the entire team is very polite and cheerful. They are always prompt and punctual and very fair in their pricing.I was very impressed with the customer focus of the service team and their desire to go above and beyond. I have never had to reason to doubt my decision to purchase from Sewell. One of the main reasons for considering my next purchase at Sewell will be their Service team.Helpful hints:1) Document the issue so that it is on the record. I asked the pick up staff to write the issues directly on the ticket that I was having certain issues. I think that it helped my case a bit i.e. it wasnt a new problem that occurred.2) Call the staff immediately when you an issue ... leave a voicemail if necessary.I believe that doing our part to bring issues to their attention early & honestly will be appreciated by the team.

I have never encountered the level of Customer Service at a Dealership like the level of Customer Service Sewell provided me the last 2 weeks. The Sales Manager and his team were amazing to work with. I had the car all but bought before it even got to Texas. I bought it sight unseen which was a tad risky, but the Cadillac Pre-Owned Certification process helped ease any uncertainty. There is a saying you get what you pay for, and phenomenal customer service is invaluable, especially with a vehicle purchase.The process and communication was undeniably smooth, professional, and prompt. They have done EVERYTHING to ensure both my vehicle and my experience were top notch. This is my first car purchase from Sewell, and even after a short 2 weeks I can without a doubt say it will not be my last. The Sewell aim of Customers for Life is very much not an understatement. Absolutely amazing experience with Kevin Bush. The interesting thing is we went to this location previously and was underwhelmed. The sales person seemed completely disinterested in helping us. We left and purchased another brand. However, our lease was up and because we really LOVE Sewell service we thought wed give it another try. Our sales person was Kevin Bush. Hes been there 25 years, and Im thinking where we you when I came in a year or so ago! LOL Hes just an all around amazing guy and someone you know you can trust. This is my second or third time at this location. I love my Cadillac which is why I’m giving 2 stars but the service department is lacking. The first time my service was done incorrectly resulting in having to make another trip up there {things happen, I get it}. This visit I reserved a loaner vehicle and had an appt set and was told I’d have to wait 2 hours to have a vehicle ready for me or make a reservation {which I already had….}. So what’s the point in a reservation if they don’t care about your time…? You know how many loaner vehicles you have & how many people are scheduled. For a “luxury brand” vehicle the customer service is sub-par to none.

Let me start with I dont often write reviews on google, let alone for Car Dealerships. But I definitely wanted to share this experience with who ever is interested in purchasing a vehicle. Abbey and Quinn from the sales team hit out of the park with their unwavering service and commitment to getting me into new vehicle within my budget despite the shortage. They took less than a couple hours in getting my car appraised and setting up the deal; on what I would say was rather busy Saturday morning. I thought this was only first step and that finance would take longer as in my previous experiences in car buying process. Surprisingly, Derek Barnes got me out of there in less than 20 minutes. Abbey then walked through all the features of the XT5 and the entire experience was considerably above expectations. There are so many other great parts of this experience that I do not want to share as it will spoil all the fun the reader of this review would have.

Went looking for a ctsv Cadillac came to this dealership due to it rating and found 1 we liked and when the sales rep came out he mentioned to us oh this model are a quite a bit more assuming I couldnt afford it ( I was gonna pay CASH) when I asked for the keys he said Ill check the price and be back with the keys, he never came back after 20 of waiting we just left. The attitude of this sales man was unacceptable
These people are so trustworthy! I lost my wallet in a loaner car and it had been turned over 4 times between customers and they found it when cleaning the car out! The technician gave my wallet to the lost and found without a single dollar missing! (I wouldn’t have ever questioned their staffs integrity to begin with) This made my entire WEEK!!! I went recently to look at the inventory and get a value breakdown of my current vehicle. The front desk lady was super helpful and sweet. The sales rep took care of me and got me water. Professional. I mark 4 stars though because years back when I had a Cadillac and was getting it serviced here, I got bait switched. Went in for an oil change and ended up with a lot more service being done that I never asked for online nor on phone but apparently told a floor rep. Needless to say issue took hours to resolve but was pleased it was resolved.
I may have been deemed somewhat of a difficult customer to work with being I redirected my frustrations via email toward the service techs attempting to assit as it pertains to my recent car purchase. As soon as I bought the car I had to put it in the shop at Bob Moore OKC for the shifting. They couldnt assist so Corey Riley got engaged after a negative survey which wasnt directed toward him nor the front office. This rating was more of a quality control review as I personally feel the inspection should have been more stringent. To make a long story short Corey, Josh Sellers, John Norlington, and a manager by the name of Blake took extremely great care of my car and addressed all issues and even provided GM written documentation on other questions I had. My wife will be in the market for an Escalade within a couple years and Id drive down there again to do business with them because of the customer service and ownership that was given. Thanks again.

We did everything over the phone which was important for me given current events! Dustin was very responsive and knowledgeable with every question I had. When it was time for me to come in and pick up the AMAZING SVU, he spent 2 hours with me to explain the features and get me set up with all the needed accounts that would be valuable to me! Hands down the best buying experience i have ever had in buying a new car!

I had a major repair of my Cadillac. Had to replace the camshaft. Sewell went to bat for me with GM and got me a discount on the repair. They replaced the camshaft. My Escalade with 120,000 miles has never driven better!And to top it all off I got to drive the CTS 5 twin turbo as a loaner. Lots of fun.You guys are the best!!
Hi wanted to let you know how disappointed iam with the process,Of getting my car register in the state of AR. I bought my car Dec 23,Temp Tag expired Feb 21, Today is March 9 i still dont have my Tags,And my temp Tag has Expired, I was told i need to increase my insuranceIn order to receive another Temp Tag, I have been working with Skylar,Since Dec 23, She dont seems to have answers, After Talking with her,I asked for a Supervisor, I call Nathan couple time no answer, UntilI sent a message asking to speak to the general manger, He callCall and didnt have a clue what is was going on.They need a new crew to help customers that are out state customers,They dont seem to care once they have SOLD YOU A CAR.

I do not live in Dallas, I have just been here for the past six and a half weeks working. My check engine light came on in my XT4, and I had also been hearing some popping noise driving the extremely pothole ridden streets of this great city. I was vaguely dreading taking my car to a dealership for repair - say what you will, women arent often treated the same as men in a car dealership, especially in service. That is NOT the case with Sewell, not at all. I was able to take my car there and get it right in to service with the help of Joey Tyner, who went above and beyond to help me. There were no loan cars available, and I didnt need one for the rest of the day, so Joey had someone drive me back to the office. At the end of the day, with my car still being diagnosed, Joey arranged for someone to pick me up at the office and drive me to the dealership to pick up the loaner they then had available. This was yesterday. By this morning, they had diagnosed and fixed all issues (evap purge pump replaced, struts lubricated due to an issue with the XT4s, and a piece that was loose on my bumper secured where it wont be an issue any more), called me to come pick it up, and even gave me chocolate when I checked out :) You can tell Sewell is a class act, just by the way things look and are run when you first pull up, and the speed, courtesy and just plain niceness are really top notch. I can not recommend them highly enough - you can definitely trust them to take care of you!
I have been in the automotive business for 30 plus years and this was our 1st experience with Sewell what a great experience it was our salesman Andre Davidson in pre owned is great he did everything he said he was going to do which is hard to find I highly recommend Sewell and Andre for sure folks take it from a true car guy buy from Andre he is the best!!!!!

There is a large concern of price gouging at this location. Sewell is consistently 3-4x the normal price to maintain your car. For a 2011 Cadillac SRX, they wanted to charge me $912 for brake pads only. Almost $1K for brake pads! Thankfully a man in the waiting area knew it was quite a large price and helped suggest a different location. Found a licensed location and got a quick, local service for $291 to replace the brake pads. Save your money and go somewhere else for service.

Always above average and fast. Once in a while youll get a service manager try to push a part failure on you hitting a pot hole. If you watch out for that rare occasion, its Sewell Cadillac they are always above average.

He didn’t try to BS me on anything. He got me the best deal on my new Lexus.I didn’t close on my car the day I went. We needed to get all the stuff going with the credit union I had secured my financing with. He still let me take my new car home. He drove TO ME after work tonight to sign my paperwork. He’s going to pick up my car next week, give me a loaner and take it for an upgrade that I want and then bring it back to me.On top of all of this.. he got me the most thoughtful gifts. Do not buy a luxury new vehicle from this location. The Sewell experience ends the moment that you sign the paperwork. I’ve had nothing but issues since purchasing a demo car with 2500 miles. From the salesman to the service department: after the sale they ultimately do not care. My Escalade has had issues since week one and they have done nothing to make this right. Lack of communication and attention to detail to solve the issues is disappointing. Find a dealer that actually walks what they talk and can provide basic communication to customers.
Making the appointment was good. Getting prompt service was good. Routine. Efficiency vs effectiveness. Not easy to get back to Dallas from Tulsa when the check engine light comes on. Local service looked up the VIN and found a report of a recalled part. Im Cadillac-less for 5 days. Hey Sewell Dallas, did you check for messages from Cadillac for the VIN while I was there? I thought Sewell went above and beyond routine. Why drive all that way? Are you worth the drive?
Sewell is the best. The service, in all aspects, exceeds expectations.We buy exclusively from the Sewell dealerships and have referred many other there. In a world where so many businesses just cant be trusted, I trust them completely.Even folks who are not good negotiators and/or who have not researched the cars they are considering will still get a completely fair deal at Sewell. The are good folks who are not in it for a quick buck, but in it for the long haul . . . customers for life!
