Such a unique and wonderful gift to have a candle poured in one of my favorite champagne bottles! It burns clean and has a beautiful scent. I love this company and will definitely make purchases for years to come.

Their candles are incredible and their candle making classes are a great way to get people connected and have some fun. Love their creativity and customization. Super responsive. Seriously- I had them redo the image for a custom candle sticker at least 4 times because I kept changing my mind and Ashley was so patient. Also, I did their at home candle making kit while in quarantine and am still enjoying my candle! So many compliments!

Horrible! I ordered a Candle Making Kit. And every time I go to check the the status, it has shows that it has not been sent out yet. I called this company many times and no one answer. Wasted my money and time.Will not be purchasing ever again. And recommend that you do the same.

I placed an order for $858.00 April 7th and as of June 16th, I have yet to receive my order and a few emails with excuses to buy time. I dont understand why I have been mistreated as a paying and very patient customer, but I am very upset and disappointed in this service. M.A.D Candle co is not a viable source for candle supplies. Do not order from this company and expect professionalism. Its not happening. If I hadnt gone to pickup my orders in the past, I would take them for an outsourced agency from a foreign country. Thats how they operate with fake shipping labels and doctored emails.

Our order started on 7/7. Was initially thrilled to find a local candle company that I could special order champagne bottle candles, as these were meant to be gifted. This order went south fast. After payment, was told they would go out by the end of the week, 7/12. Didn’t receive. Had to reach back out on 7/24 asking where the candles were. Ashley responded on 7/30 that they were finally ready. On 8/3, was told they were being sent via their local courier and would receive by end of day on 8/5. Did not receive. Sent Ashley an email telling her I did not receive and to provide a refund. Have yet to hear back. This is SO disappointing. I support local businesses but not when operated like this. Have disputed the charge.

Food for the Soul is a nonprofit that fights childhood hunger and we had candles made for a fundraiser and they were a huge success! We had our logo put on the candle and pictures of the children we serve. Everyone loved them and are looking forward to this years candles. We even got to choose our own scent!

I ordered 24 of the white empty jars along with 24 Metal Black Lids on May 1, 2021. I got an email saying it shipped on May 20th. I still have not received my order or the tracking number for that matter. Its been a month since Ive placed my order. Ive sent email after email asking for the tracking number or an update on my order. I finally got a response on my 20th stating, ...our buildings entire foundation moved and the back wall fell, but your order has now been shipped... and havent heard anything since. Mind you, Im still waiting on my tracking number. The only thing I can do is log into my account on the website but theres no tracking information there either. Just the receipt of my order. That was over a week ago and Im still waiting on my order and or a response, which ever comes first.Thats $151 gone. I dont have money to just throw away and turn the other cheek. Im not happy about this to say the least.

M.A.D. Candle company is a phenomenal company to work with. All orders come in as detailed. The winter storm created challenges, but they were happy to communicate throughout the process!

Don’t trust any of these 5 star reviews . This company is terrible to work with and the products are NOT worth the money . RUN. They give some random tragic reason why they aren’t shipping products out, and they don’t do refunds so once you’ve spent the money you’re stuck . In order to finally get your product months later you practically have to beg for it . And even then you won’t get exactly what you ordered . I’ve neverexperienced such bad customer service before .Update to the response posted : What you are saying is untrue. I asked for a refund and for my order to be cancelled multiple times and was told that was not possible. I expressed my unhappiness with your company as well. You had time to fix the issue while it was happening and refused . Had it been handled the way I asked before the products arrived a month later I would not have left such a review. I understand small business have a hard time but you products are not cheap and you have to be responsible with that

I appreciate custom handmade products with the touch of quality and kindness in spirit that I’ve found with this company. Their communication during the weeklong shut down in Texas when I know UPS for the first time I can recall in my lifetime shut down service as there was no power and sketchy internet service but still I received communications from MAD Candle Co. keeping me updated on the situation and my order.

I ordered a candle making set on January 30th. I got an email saying it shipped on February 9th. I still have not received my order and the tracking number shows it has never shipped. It has almost been a month at this point.I have Facebook messaged and sent emails to their customer service with no reply. They just took my $60 with no customer service follow up or outreach. Extremely unhappy here.
