Went in for a car fob battery replacement. Both guys friendly and informative. Learned they program replacement fobs, so I went back the next day with a fob I bought more than six months prior. I thought I had to go to a locksmith for programming. Same crew was there and Alex programmed my fob. He was so nice, easy to talk to and polite. Highly recommend this location.

Was trying to find out if store carried bulb for magnifying lamp. Rather than try to get the description from me on the type of bulb it was and save me a trip if they didnt have it in the time of COVID-19, he said a bit nastily No! Youll have to bring it in. Well, no I dont! Thats why I spent my money with Amazon. I have been in before. They are not consumer friendly towards minorities. Very uncool vibe. Done.

The service is pretty consistently good. If they cant fix your phone, theyll tell you (and not charge you). Most of the time they are able to fix the problem and Batteries Plus Bulbs is SO much easier to work with than the Apple store! Just make an appointment online, get $10 off, show up at the appointed time and in 20-30 mins, your phone is fixed. Awesome!!

Batteries Plus Bulbs its right around the corner from Best Buy which is lucky for them. I went to Best Buy to buy a charging cord for the Lenovo Yoga that they sold me and of course they dont carry charging cord for Lenovo Yoga. Luckily somebody there suggested Batteries Plus Bulbs they had just what I needed. They were also very nice, polite and helpful and plug it into my Lenovo I checked it out before they sold it to me. Ill be going there again. They earned my business.
Lillie and her team were so kind and helpful when I realized my car battery was dead. She even offered to swing by on her lunch break to help jump it. I arranged a tow truck instead, but the level of service and willingness to go beyond the norm was impressive. Once I finally got my car there, they were quick, efficient and so pleasant! Do not hesitate to use them for your car battery or anything else.

In March I found these guys on Google while searching for my favorite batteries local (Duracell Procell medical/industrial batteries). I ordered through their website and saved an additional 10%. By the time I drove to their store from Love Field my order was ready for pickup. A great experience! I put in a new order yesterday and had the same kind of experience again. They were very knowledgeable when it came to answer all my questions both times. Not sure why others have had bad experiences. I like this place and will do business with them again.

Its great when you deal with a retailer and everything is just perfect. But sometimes you learn a lot more about the merchant when things go wrong.I took my stopwatch to Batteries Plus when the display started to fade. I bought a new battery, and got their lifetime replacement guarantee. Unfortunately, I didnt notice until later that all the buttons had stopped working. I couldnt set the time, or turn on the stopwatch, so I took it back.They tried a couple of things to fix it, but nothing worked. (Its not easy to get to the battery compartment on this one.) I figured that sooner or later, they would return the watch, along with a refund and an apology. I would have been okay with that.Instead, they offered to replace the watch with a new one. I didnt have to ask, I didnt have to haggle, they never tried to tell me that the old watch was the problem (even though it was several years old.) They just made it right, no questions asked.Needless to say, they will get my business in the future. I cant say enough about their old-school approach to customer service. I wish every retailer treated their customers they way Tony, Nick and Lillie treated me.

I recently purchased a battery from these guys and, in a fluke, it did not work. Jim, the manager, went through great pains to make sure I was taken care of. I have NEVER in my life had a customer service experience as pleasant as the one I had here. I recommend this store so very much. They take extremely good care of their customers, even little ones like me.
Cheap prices usually mean cheap service/parts. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way. The technician forgot to replace the two bottom screws on my phone, so the negligence coupled with the cheap glue (Ill explain below) resulted in my phone screen slowly pulling itself away from the phone itself. The service warranty expired, so they refused to help me out even though it was partly and clearly their carelessness that led to the screen not staying on the phone. On top of the repairman failing to reinsert the screws (once I got my phone repaired by a certified technician) they use a heat pressed glue to help keep the screen in place. When you dont use a version of the cold press glue, the humidity and heat in Texas will slowly diminish the glue. The cheap coupled with no bottom screws was a recipe for disaster and more importantly a complete waste of my time and money.The worst part is they refused to help me in any way. Corporate couldnt intervene because each store is individually owned and franchised. So, if you have a problem with your repair dont expect the Store Owner to have your best interest.
Bought a motorcycle battery here with a 6-month warranty. About 5months in, the battery wouldn’t hold a usable charge for more than 72hrs (there were a few days of rain where I discovered this fact). Charged it. Worked fine as long as I didn’t go more than two days without riding, but somethings definitely wrong. Took it in and employees were helpful (the reason for 2 stars instead of 1), but told me for a warranty issue, I’d need to come back to talk to a manager. Came back and the manager told me “everyone who rides knows that even if you ride daily, you need to put your bike on a battery tender every day”. Definitely not true. They also said that a charge of 12.07 about 48hrs after being fully charged is still a good battery... I will not be returning here in the future.
Very inexperienced staff. Told me my phone battery was not replaceable and that I had to throw it away after waiting for hours. Went to a different store, got it fixed for cheaper.. Im using that exact same phone to write this review. Very disappointed

Never go here!!!! I got my screen fixed here and afterwards I was unable to make video calls without people complaining about not being able to hear me. I went to the store and talked to the blonde haired store manager and she told me she never seen this issue before and called someone to ask about it. They told me it was a software issue and she told me to take it to Apple but not tell them the screen was replaced so it would still be under warranty. After i took it to Apple they replaced the display that I just paid $100 to get fixed and my phone started working. I went to the store right after to tell the store manager that Apple replaced my display and that I have both receipts showing that I got my display fixed there a week earlier and when Apple had just replaced it. She was not there, her employee had me write out a statement detailing everything and said she would call me Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend. I didn’t receive a call that whole week. I called back Monday 6/4/2018 spoke with Tony told him I’ve been waiting a week for the manager to call me back and he started they worked the same hours Tuesday and he would make sure she calls me back. Tuesday comes I waited until 3 and still no call. I called back and finally got the manager she had an attitude with me. I explained to her i did everything she told me to do and her exact words were, “We deal with phones all day I can’t remember yours.” I told her everything we talked about even the story she told me about her old boss in Florida and she told me if I didn’t have her parts i couldn’t get a refund. I asked her an I supposed to go back to Apple and get the display and she hung up in my face. I called corporate to complain because I would have let it go if she didn’t hang up in my face. I explained everything to corporate and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. If she would have replaced my screen the first time i brought it in instead of telling me it was a software issue it could have been a better experience. If you want your device fixed correctly the first time do NOT I repeat DO NOT go here. They will mess up your device and do nothing to fix it!!!! Worse experience I’ve ever had. I will continue telling anyone who ask me about it, NEVER go here!!!

I bought a replacement battery for my car from them a year ago. Today my car would not start. I got a jumpstart and brought it into the store. The manager promptly came out looked at my battery. The sides of the battery terminal were corroded which is why it was not working. He cleaned off the corrosion reconnect the battery and got me on my way. They were very quick, very professional. I highly recommend them.

There are lots of phone repair shops but this place is great. Every visit is quick and repairs done right the first time. You can even make an appt online. Gray and Nick fixed something I thought was unfixable today!
First of all they called me about 5 minutes after I placed my delivery to store Internet order, and told me it would be best if I could bring in my dead car battery. That way they wouldnt have to charge me a core fee. I was a bit concerned about taking the battery out of my car in the parking lot at a strip shopping center but when I got there I found an area out in front that was designated specifically for changing out car batteries. Once I did that and went into the store with very dirty hands they told me there was a restroom in back where I could wash up. And BONUS!! They had that auto mechanic soap that can clean grease off your hands with little effort. I had a totally GREAT experience!
Why doesnt the manager / owner respond to Leo Sandoval poor review on rudeness the fact the store people tried to make him buy a case of 96 AA batteries. I was going to buy a car battery there, but not now. Sounds like a few people need to be fired.

My co-workers car battery was no longer working properly I was skeptical and worried I wasnt going to find a good place with a decent price being shes elderly and on her own. I hoped online and showed her this place. It was very convenient that it was super close and the prices where what we were looking for. I was more excited that they could check the battery first and make sure it was that and they would also change it out for her. So I drove out here with her pulled up the guys were super nice and knowledgeable. To make the story short they had the battery paid 1/2 of what she paid at the dealer and installed it for her checked the alternator. They provide more than just batteries will definitely return. Thanks to the staff here!

Excellent service!!! I left the lights on in my F250 diesel and the manager brought over 2 new batteries, replaced the old ones for me, and had me up & running in less than 15 minutes!!
So today I needed some batteries and the first place I thought of was batteries plus because I have been to another location that I had a good experience at in the past. All I needed were a few packs of batteries which I have bought in single packets in the past by the name of Werker. I walked into the store and saw three employees in there while I was shopping. I began browsing the store for the batteries that I needed and finally found them. When I reached for the amount of batteries that I needed which ended up being three packs of 8 in each pack, a gentleman by the name of Jake rudely told me you have to buy the whole case if you want those. The whole case contains 96 AA batteries in a pack at $41.00 each. All I needed were 16 AA batteries and they wouldnt sell it to me. They told me it was store policy not to sell less than a case of this particular battery. I asked him if he was serious and he said yes. I told him that I had bought less than a case at another store and he told me well each store is franchise owned and we do our own policies as to how many we can sell. I ended up walking out of the store and had it left a bad taste in my mouth knowing this could surely not be true. So, I went online and lo and behold, there was an option to buy the exact amount of batteries that I wanted to initially purchase, and I was supposed to pick if up from the same store I just walked out of just minutes ago. I paid online for my order and went back into the same store where I explained to the cashier I was there to pick up my online order for the exact amount of batteries that I requested just minutes ago. The initial employee, Jake appeared livid and walked to the back of the store. Another employee (Nick) once again started to defend the store saying they dont follow batteries plus rules since they are a franchisee. According to Nick each store makes their own rules and the online brand store is not run the same. So, long story short, if you want less than a case of batteries and they wont sell them to you there, just go online to the Official Batteries Plus site and order there. At least the franchise will honor their own brand policies and sell to the ultimate consumer as intended. This appeared to be a way to force an upsale to a customer that was not going to be forced to buy more than I needed.
Dont go here. I ended up having to spend an extra $150.00 because apparently thier workers are not competent to determine if a battery is defective or not. When I called to let them know the issue, the basically made it seem like my car dealership was lying. When if that were the case, it wouldnt have been a measly battery change. The entire story of what how and it transpired is not worth my time for 1 star. Go elsewhere.

They may know what they are doing but they are rude!The white guy with the beard first didnt even make simpleeye contact with me then, when I didnt understand a question he was asking about the cell phone battery I was buying he got mad and then he asked the question again in an angry tone. When I told him that I am deaf in one ear and that I was sorry that I didnt hear him he didnt bother to apologize. Tech people may smart about technology but they have no people skills.

I had an excellent experience shopping here. Someone was polite and helpful over the phone before I came, and it was the same when I arrived. There were three employees working on a Sunday afternoon, so there was no waiting.Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful and I ended up having batteries added to two watches, as well as two medication timers and a calculator.The sole reason I did not give the store five stars is because of a store policy that there are certain watches that they will not work on. Unfortunately, the watch that was my main reason for visiting the store fell into that category, so I left with that watch still not working.The employees were very helpful, though, in helping me find other places to go on the internet, which I very much appreciated. I was also given a coupon for 10% off for a jewelry store repair store that I had already visited. They had wanted $35 to replace a battery and to me that sounded waaaaay too high.So, if you dont have a pricey watch, this is the place to go. Other than that important flaw, it is the ideal store for batteries.

Dropped iphone and cracked the screen about 2.5 weeks before bringing it in yesterday. Still working, nothing wrong with it, battery holds charge all day, just needed new screen. Dropped it off. Appeared to be working after I picked it up, but once the battery died and phone was recharged, the screen was flipping between the Apple logo and a red screen as if it was trying to restart itself. Googled this and it said this meant one of a few things was damaged when the screen was replaced. Took it back - three different guys in the store. The rude black guy immediately told me it was the battery. Nope - nothing wrong with the battery I told him and relayed what I had found when googling this problem . He still insists its the battery. Came back an hour later and was told it was fixed, the camera sensor had been damaged with screen replacement. Black guy still rudely insists that it couldve been the battery. I maintained that it could not have given there was nothing wrong with the battery. He continued to argue his (wrong) point as I walked out the door. Moral of this story - make sure they dont try to sell you a battery you dont need. After all, this is a battery store.
