I been coming here since I was 17, but they lost my business tryn handle me today. I came by to replace a LED light under warranty.. I pull up tell the guy I need a light he says come back tomorrow morning Im to busy to replace it.. I end up getting the light my self and replacing in the parking lot when in reality it was place to do that not mine. . Take your money and business were its valued and appreciated

Dallas car Audio **LACKS INTEGRITY** Please don’t go to this business, they are scam artist. I went to get tint & the worker quoted me $120 for my whole suv to be tinted. I confirmed the price & pulled into the bay, as the vehicle is being tinted the worker then comes back to tell me it will be $199! HORRIFIC INSTALL!!! Cost almost $500 for this insanely disgusting install. The man scratched up my new truck and cut a horrible square to fit the stereo panel and didnt even finish the job correctly. The mic didnt work on my stereo neither did he install the auxiliary cord that it comes with. I was told to come the next day so they can fix it so I did after clearly letting them know how bad the job was. Once I showed back up the next day they told me they were too busy to come the following day. They didnt offer a refund or seemed to care or want to fix what they did. Please people save your money and DO NOT get anything installed here. I had to spend an extra almost 400 bux at Car Toys to have them fix the damage this place caused me. Avoid it at all costs!!!

Not very friendly. Kept talking to owner he never responded until time to pay they see you there walk by ignore you. I was charged 45 to look at a light they didnt replace the bulb just straighten out the prongs in it put it back on for me to go out of town that evening guess what drove that night one head light still wasnt fixed only to get to houston to pay anothet 128 dollars it was a wiring issue. Good service hard to find.

Ive been coming to this place for too many years to count. I stopped by because my amplifier would go on and off and was sliding around in my vehicle. Now I would like to say first of all I DID NOT have my system installed at this location. That location burned down across the street amazingly that day. They found the problem, rewired my system and secured my amplifier all for $30 bucks! You cant beat that with a stick jack! Ill be returning to get an alarm and an auto start soon. This is why I keep coming back as well as so many others.

My mom took her car for a routinely oil change, she asked for the better oil which was $50, they locked the car in while they worked on it and it took them an hour. When they finished they were like ok it’s gonna be an extra $400 to change the brakes. My mom was like “I didn’t come for a brake change” then she paid the $50 and left. As soon as she left she started hearing squeaking noises she didn’t hear before... coincidence... who tf knows. It’s been two weeks and now she has a check engine light, and she needs a new catalytic converter, her car only has 100k miles on it, so who knows, maybe it needs it. It’s just a shady place to go BEWARE.

The best store and the best people in Dallas Texas.The Owner his name’s Mike and Alex they are very nice and professional where did a lot of stuff for me and everything is good.Dont go by looks these people are really good really fast and the price was very reasonable.

They gave me a great deal on all four windows, rear window, windshield strip. Had some start to come off on one window. They replaced it for a small reasonable fee. Id recommend them!

This place may look a little shady but I highly recommend it. They did an excellent job and they were very quick. In and out within half hour or 45 minutes. Dont go by looks these people are really good really fast and the price was very reasonable

Horrible job, i went to get my front windows tinted & it took them about 2 hours to finish. i thought the film was scratched which i thought i could just clean off but it’s my actual window, wouldn’t recommend.

Would NOT recommend asking for an alignment from this location. We have VERY different opinions when it comes to alignment. Will make sure no one I know pays for services here.

Great service, got an alignment done with no BS like other shops.

They worked on my stereo yesterday and broke two AC vents and didnt say a word till I tried to move the vent towards me and it fell. Its not about the money or the parts, its that nobody said nothing.smh

Took my car here to get a second battery installed for my subs and amp. I’ve been waiting 4 hours. My car still hasn’t even been started on! Slowest service ever!!!!!! And let me mention the workers they have here don’t have no clue what they are doing, the guy was on YouTube watching how to install my battery!!!!! I just got my keys back and left! HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time or money here!

I took my car here for a tint. I had previously just got my new car two days before coming here. I was told on the phone that it would take an hour to get done but it took two hours due to multiple cars ahead of me. Once they were finished, I get in my car and the guy who did the tint asked for a tip...I try to start my brand new vehicle and it wouldnt start. He told me to pop my hood and then proceeded to use jump start cables to start my car!It turns out that he had paired his phone to the bluetooth in my car and proceeded to blast music in my car for two hours with the engine not running so my battery went out. There was no apology from the owner or any attempt to reconcile what his employee did. It was completely unprofessional! I will not recommend this place to anyone. Buy your own music player! Dont take advantage of customers!

Worst place of business. I was very interested in getting my car all fixed up with their products and I gave them a visit. I gave them a chance to put tent on my car all around and they charged me 180 bucks! With some sorry cheap was tent that says protect all over the window. Secondly I ass interested in buying the L7 12 sub but sadly they didnt have it so one of the guy said i charged you 350 I GO get for you right now without making eye contact, with a price of just the speaker alone. I said no and left! But check this out! I found a 12 L7 kicker with probox and amp for 400 bucks and it works amazing. I went back to give him the chance to connect it and he said no because of his religion that doesnt let him stay after 4 and he said keep your money use it for some dinner or something. Without looking at me directly into my eyes.So I walked away and I got mad at myself for even going back. Screw this place. Do your research gentleman and save money!

5/15 went and had a in dash installed not only did they charge me $180 to just install..but 2 days later all my rear lights went out but here it is 3 weeks later finally figuring out thats the reason because the most likely cut my wires to bypass the brake so tmrw I go up there to see if they will fix it since Im still under 90 day installation warranty....

They rush you & are very rude if your not trying to spend a load of cash, needles to say we purchased equipment from these ppl & had to come back twice & by then they were annoyed because they were having to fix the same problem over & over dont think there are perfessionals here for works!!! Dont waste your time or money... Spend it where every dollar spent well be appreciated!!#

Went online and Bought some LEDs for my truck and ended going here to get them hooked in I know it doesnt take much time nor is it too hard of a job. Dude tried to hustle me for 85 bucks so I laughed, grabbed my lights and headed to the door. An installer (Alex) asked what I had and where I wanted them. After him seeing that i had everything i needed (relays and extra wiring) he went down to 60 and i suggested 50(still higher than what I would normally pay). Alex got the job done in a bit over an hour. He was courteous and made sure I was happy. 4 stars because they could focus much more on the taste they are on instead of going back and forth from car or helping other employees...then it might have been under an hour for sure.In the end my lights are mounted and work properly. If you go here, know what you are looking for and dont agree to the first price they tell you. Everything is negotiable.

They botched the tint job and refused to fix it. It has scratches all over the place window. Don’t waste your money here bc they will mess up the job, charge you, and refuse to fix it.

STAY AWAY. I gave this car shop $320 and my car is still having the same issue. I been up there back & forth and they gave me runaround. I have to spend even more money because the problem still is not fixed. They supposed to had changed my ignition coil and complete tuneup but they halfdid the job. The side where they fix cars DO NOT GO THERE if you don’t want to waste your money. I gave them $320 to fix my car and I left with the same problem if not more. Muhammed gave me the run around and kept having me come up there and not fix my issue. The shop just takes your money & tell you it’s fixed when its not. Horrible experience. I Would take my car to a shop that cares about fixing the problem and not just the Money.

Good price but they will flood your door panels and handles. They flooded my rear view mirror and now my garage door opener doesnt work. When I got in my car the mirror was dripping. They leave nasty streaks on the windows making it dangerous to drive.
