After searching for a new bedroom rug online and in local home stores, we came across the high review ratings for Rug Land and decided to take a look. After meeting with Scott and viewing their large in-store selection, we didnt quite find the perfect rug. Scott was able to coordinate an appointment for us to visit their suppliers showroom a few days later. He spent nearly an hour with us explaining different materials, rug care as well as color tones to make sure we were making an informed decision. He is incredibly knowledgeable and we never felt rushed to make a decision. We found exactly what we were looking for and it was a great price too. Scott was even able to arrange getting our rug the same day. One of the best sales experiences weve ever had. We will definitely make Rug Land our first stop next time we need a new rug.

I have worked with Eddy at Rug Land over several years to choose rugs for two different homes. He is helpful and professional and above all, works with me to find just the right rug for each space. Even if it means purchasing several rugs over several months and returning rugs when they aren’t right, he is always eager and willing to continue searching until I am happy. Fantastic experience. I had been searching for the right rug for my great room for months online and at all of the big box stores and visited this location on a whim. Eddy listened to what I wanted, looked at pics of my space and helped me find a rug from the showroom that day! I took it home with me! I loved that I didn’t have to wait weeks for delivery! We liked it so much that we went back for a 2nd for our kitchen dining area. Knowing our specific style and space needs in advance, he had pre-selected a few for me before I arrived and he nailed it. I wish I would’ve started my shopping here many months ago! Will be back for another when the time comes.

I recently went to many rug stores in Dallas and my experience with Eddie at Rug Land outweighed all the others. I was torn between buying a 12 x 15 or 10 x 13. I showed Eddie the photos of my room and not only did he tell me the 12 x 15 was too large, he immediately took me to the rugs that were the colors to take my room from one level to the next. Eddie was excellent to work with. His price point was better than all the other stores and I will be buying another rug from Eddie. We went to Rug Land looking for two area rugs, after recently having our floors redone, but had no specific direction as to style and colors. Zaid was wonderful---he looked at our pictures, talked to us about our color scheme/style, and showed us several options. We found one rug in the store and ordered two more! Rug Land is AWESOME. Service is too much to ask. My wife and I needed a pad for a rug that we already have and it was very near closing time. We called ahead and Ahmed assured us that he would wait for us. We are very impressed with his helpful, friendly nature and showed us options and made great recommendations. Everything was perfect and less expensive than we expected. Ahmed also took the time to show us many other rugs and listened VERY patiently to our ideas. We were not yet ready for the next rug but I am very sure that we will buy it at Rug Land! He has every kind of rug imaginable at crazy low prices.

Eddy has lots of Knowledge and Experience... it was a great sales process.NO Pressure which was nice.I had gone to a few other stores back in February before the pandemic but couldn’t figure out the size or design I wanted and didn’t “love” anything. Walked in today and showed Eddy a few photos of my furniture, floors, space, and measurements taped out on the floor in my photo...I started describing the look I was going for.He immediately knew what to show me.(Which previously I could not find anywhere else without paying an arm and a leg).I learned about the materials, number of stitches in different rugs... and why certain rugs were more expensive than others based on how they were made & materials used. Eddy showed me several great options which I appreciated. He even moved the rug closer to the window to show it more in natural light which made it an easy choice! He even advised me to put a couple legs of my sofa on top of the rug to pull the look together— and to rotate the rug in the future— which I had not thought of.I’m satisfied with my purchase and will recommend friends & family to go there in the future.Thank you sir!

Mo and Eddie at Rug Land are the absolute best. The first time I visited, Mo patiently and cheerfully showed me every rug they had in my color scheme (which was a lot!) requiring endless turning of heavy rugs while I took photos of contenders. I had already done extensive research online and at other stores in the area. I was surprised that a local shop had similar and often better prices than the discount rug shops online with better quality. Plus, I was able to see and feel them, which makes such a massive difference.They went over my top picks with me and helped me decide which ones paired best together. They let me know that if I got them home and the rugs just didn’t work, it would be an easy process to bring them back and swap them out for something that did fit. That really eased my mind and took a lot of the risk out of what can feel like a large and permanent purchase.Also, they cut a rug to my custom shape for a nominal fee, making me feel in total control of my home’s design. I picked up my purchases after some unavoidable delay on my end, which they never bugged me about.  But they clearly remembered me and were just as excited to greet me as they were when I initially walked in their store. I know this review sounds gushy, but I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

We had the pleasure of working with Scott on designing a large space in our new home. I had spent weeks looking at so many different rugs online to make our living room, kitchen, and dining room flow together. I had no idea what I was doing! I was referred to Rug Land so I went down just to see what they had in stock. Turns out, Scott ended up tying our entire downstairs together with three different rugs. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and has such a keen eye for designing spaces!!! I wouldnt have been able to design our space without his help! He took our vision and brought it to life. He was also very attentive to our budget and never tried to nudge us outside of it; he helped us stay within budget and end up with exactly what we wanted. I absolutely love my new rugs. I came in with the measurements of what I needed, and Eddie asked me a series of questions to help me get to the bottom of what I would like best and would be in my price range. My rugs blend with each other so that you can move from the living room with my 12x15 rug to my hallway where I have a 25 runner, and it flows and all looks great, even though the rugs are very different from each other. Eddie also explained my choices on handling the runner...I paid extra to have a contact of his finish the ends off so that the runner looked like a complete rug. The guy did a flawless job. If you need a bit of help as I did and want to get a high quality rug that will go with your taste, go to Eddie. You will spend the same as you would trying to pick a rug online off of Bed, Bath & Beyond and get a better quality rug, I promise you. Plus, Eddie is a charmer with an extremely positive attitude...so you will have fun.

We recently bought a house that has a second small living room. We wanted an area rug for that space and made a trip to Rugland based on other online reviews. It was a fabulous experience. We worked with Scott who was extremely knowledgeable, generous with his time, and a great listener. As we described the room and shared photos and fabric swatches of the furniture, he showed us a range of rug options at various price points and talked us through each of them. It was low pressure, fun, and by the end of the visit, we had purchased a beautiful rug at what we felt was a great price. Scott also talked us through care and maintenance for the rug we selected. I bought a beautiful, large, wool rug at Rug Land. Sales person, Eddy, was so helpful in making suggestions, based on the sofa swatch I had brought in. My husband and I are older, so Eddy agreed to install the rug, at no charge, and went to great lengths to get it situated just right, then crawled around looking for small tufts that needed to be trimmed, wanting it to be perfect! However, a couple of weeks later I called Rug Land again, telling Scott, manager, that I needed the rug moved over a few inches more. Doing it ourselves was not an option. I expected to be charged a hefty service fee, but wasnt! Scott, was so cheerful and accommodating saying that it was absolutely no problem to come back. Eddy and his assistant returned within two days, with a smile on their faces, spending an hour moving our furniture back and forth, repositioning the rug again and again, until I was happy with it. It was a lot of work, yet Eddy said there was no charge, refused a tip for himself, and only reluctantly took one for his assistant. How amazing to find such OUTSTANDING service in todays world! At Rug Land, youre treated like a friend, not just a customer! Its a small store, with a great selection and a big heart! You cant go wrong!

Really great - Ive been trying to find a rug for my livingroom renovation and stopped in at Rug Land on a Saturday. Scott and Eddie were there and were both so friendly. These guys are AMAZING! Specifically, they have custom made two long runners for me by stitching together two smaller rugs. Both are super! Rug Land turned out to be the place that I found my rug after looking at three other stores. The selection was huge and easily viewed and the service was instant and friendly. I needed a square rug that actually was made from a larger rug that they had cut down and it turned out perfectly. Even better, the left over piece was made into a small rug that I was able to use in front of the door to the garage. Great job!!! A nice bonus was the free pad that they threw in.

These folks really go above and beyond! Prices are reasonable and their customer service is great! I bought rugs from them 8 years ago. Since then we sold that house and the new owner wanted the rugs! Now Im building a new house and this store still has the best prices and service.

Experience was wonderful and so different from all the other rug stores in town. No pressure and sorry I did not find this store first. Eddy had a great personality with excellent skills regarding colors and styles that would work for me. Ive shopped at Rugland for 10 years and have always had really great shopping experiences with Eddy (and now Scott, too). Just redid two area rugs and several scatters. Their prices are really great and I wouldnt buy anywhere else without looking there first. Eddy is happy to order custom (we had to do that awhile back) and goes out of his way to get what will work.

We purchased a rug here, and it was such a great experience. When we got there, we were both extremely frustrated from shopping at 4 other stores with no luck. At rug land, the owner asked me a series of questions to find out what we were looking for and directed us to a selection of the perfect rugs. I usually prefer to browse the store on my own, but Im glad I took his advice. He helped us select the perfect rug, and even gave us a great deal on the price. I would highly recommend shopping at this store. I glanced around before leaving and noticed that he has a wide range of styles too - dont waste your time at other stores.

How lucky we were to find this place, we have been looking for large area rugs at all the box stores. then by accident we found RUGLAND. Eddy was the greatest help, no pressor to buy anything. We found exactly what we wanted and in the perfect colors to work with the new floors. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING ANYWHERE, JUST GO TO RUGLAND. The prices were low and the quality was great.

We were referred to Rug Land from a nearby retailer. Within a few minutes, Scott and Eddy had identified several rugs that matched our needs! We intended to purchase only a rug for the living room. However, it proved too difficult a task, so we also purchased on for the dining room. When we stated one of the rugs was too big, Eddie had the solution! Its been reduced to the desired size, and were getting 2 door mats from the excess! AWESOME customer service and selection. Follow up has been excellent, and you feel welcome when Scott greats you by name!
