I went in to look at hookah pipes and was in awe with their huge selection of different styles and sizes. Abbas guided me over and mapped me through the assortment of hookah’s so I could find what best fit my needs. I told him my budget and he said he would work with me. The piece I picked out had a defect so Abbas told me he would give me another one I’d been eying for a great discount. He informed me how to set up the hookah, clean it, take it apart, and made sure I had everything necessary to use it properly. Abbas hooked me up! I had a great experience with the super friendly staff, I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this store!

For good customer service this is definitely the place to go the young lady that works behind the counter is knowledgeable friendly polite and fast. The only thing that I can say that I didnt get a fifth star is there a very very poor butane lighter selection little disappointed Id like to see the owner step his game up.other than that t the glasses selection is excellent and varies with different stuff you just dont see everywhere else check it out if you havent been there if you have been there go back.

Fantastic shop with a great selection for all your smoking needs. Service was excellent and staff was helpful when doing Christmas shopping even with multiple people needing something. Staff was knowledgeable when asking about things I wasnt familiar with and friendly. The place was clean and didnt have any overpowering smells like some places. This place is legit. Theyre new; only open for about a year, but theyve got a great collection, a nice clean store, SUPER friendly and knowledgeable staff, and pretty fair prices. Theyve got a sick selection of Helix glass too (Check that brand out if you dont know it!) I was just driving by and decided to pop in. A young guy met me at the counter and immediately engaged me in conversation. He knew his stuff, too. The amount of information that these guys knew on EVERY piece I asked about and other stuff related was insane. The one kid was like a savant about glass and all things related. And not once was I pressured to buy anything. I spent a good 90 minutes just talkin to these guys and it felt like 10. Pretty fun just to go in and shoot the breeze. This should be your first choice choice for glass, friends. Even if you dont end up buying anything, youll walk out knowing a whole lot more than when you walked in.Stay safe out there.

Hard to establish a customer relationship seems there is new person each month. But they always have my product. Just a thought, when you have new product to store maybe have a tasting session too. You will get more bang for your buck!

THIS IS THE HOOKAH DISTRICT!!! They just moved four months ago. The owners are so knowledgeable about hookah. You may be confused by the front of the building because it says cigars. However, inside you will find hookahs, tobacco, coals, ejuices, etc. They have the most beautiful and well-made Egyptian hookahs. We will definitely be coming back.

The lady who helped me charged me $14 for a $3 taster. The piece was a 9mm grav taster, and it wasnt priced so she priced it off the top of your head which was very unprofessional, then told me I had to pay for the convenience and mark up. I was very unhappy with that experience.

Such a great shop! I got an item from a different shop and something happened to it and they refused to help me after the purchase! I ended up going to this store not knowing how my experience would be and the service is amazing! They always answer the phone and have answers to all questions you would have! I went in there and was immediately helped by the owner Abbas! He was a very friendly person and stands by all of his products! If you are looking for a good shop this is the one to go to! Wont go anywhere else.

Hookah District has a wide variety of glass pieces, individual parts, hookahs, and is pretty much your one stop smoke shop. Boss got me a $20 bowl + $25 perc for $30! Their pricing is very competitive, and the staff is very helpful. Will visit again!

They sell Juul for $150. I have never seen a store inflate prices so much in my entire life. These are the kind of people who sell water after a hurricane for $50 a case. Instead of explaining the pricing she told me to go buy it somewhere else. Customer service at this establishment earns a -3/10. Besides the pricing, lady on the phone was rude and ignorant. First time writing a review for a establishment if that means anything!

Store manager Grayson is an awesome girl very helpfull

Horrible customer service!!! First time i went to the store, i was told that since they didnt have my flavor shisha, they would order it for me. I came back a few days later and placed an order. A month later, after not hearing back on my order, i called in and found out the girl who took my order never put it in but would be doing so that week. Fast forward to today (a couple weeks later) when i call in and find out that they never ordered it and will no longer be taking specialty orders. Really!?!? Since you had my phone number for almost two months, it might have been a good business practice to inform your waiting customer.

Ive tried coming here multiple times during their open hours and each time its been closed. Super unfortunate because its so close to home but looks like Ill have to continue going elsewhere.

Prices are outrageous - feel like I got ripped off by the girl at the register. Nothing had prices, Ill sell it to you for $5.99 or Ill normally discount this stuff. Sorry but thats now how to run a proper business and expect customers to return.

They have a good selection of actual Kahlil Mahmoon, starbuzz and other legit hookas, not knock off hookas you find other places. If you look at a hookah it should be aligned correctly, have large hose fittings, and is welded not screwed together. I went to another hookah shop for a cheap hookah and have a Kahlil Mahmoon from Hookah District, and its like night and day, my cheapo has been banished to the closet. Its really nice in todays age of fake stuff to be able to actually see what youre buying before committing. One of the few places I can consistently find Starbuzz blue mist etc. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Well I usually go to Puff n Stuff and thought with all the great reviews I was going to get Wowed with the glass selection. Not exactly, Im a glass geek, I admit it. Poor selection of Indian and Chinese low quality and fake brand names, Yes they have real fake roor. Obviously who ever that review has no clue. I think I will stick to my regular shop. In short, nice people, not so nice glass.

This place is GREAT !! Not only do they have everything you could imagine needed from a smoke shop, but there staff is amazing and super helpful ! Avoid this place! Can you imagine that it sells the 250g Alfakher tobacco for about 30$?!! You can find anywhere between 10-16$ but 30$ is really too much, its Nast how they think that the customers are dumb!

Good guy good place

Im sure its a great Hookah Shop if you know nothing about hookahs. I went in looking for either a Phunnel Bowl or a Harmony Bowl and the guy behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about. Then I asked if they had a Kaloud Lotus in stock...again, I got a dear in the headlights look. When I started to look through their selection of hookahs, he pointed out the KMs, Nammors and then the Mya Saray. However, he pronounced Mya Saray incorrectly which is a big indicator that he doesnt know what hes talking about. I know theyre chinese hookahs and not a lot of people like them, but you should at least know the product you have in your store. Their hookahs are also really overpriced. I left without buying anything and have just about given up on there being a decent hookah shop in the DFW Metroplex.
