Good collection both for he and she

Regular at this store. High turnover of staff from my lens as only in the US by the quarter however the service remains at the same level of quality which is well above average. Only issue prob is stock/inventory as size matching has been an issue on several times for me. Also the fact that items cannot be ordered intra store where your item is in stock in another. In the UK we typically can do this. Overall a good store and will go in again.

It is the cheapest version of the Armani house. They have good merchandise with affordable prices. The quality is obviously not the same but the designs are great. The service from the people that work here is amazing. They are eager to listen and help you to find what you like. The white girl that speaks English was very polite, friendly and excellent sales associate.

Needed to return some things but lost the receipt. They did not want to help or look into other options, basically just said no. Went to the location in North Park and they were able to pull it up by just looking at the date we purchased the items with no hassle. Its 2019, paper receipts are a past, you would think a store like this would have the technology to pull it up another way. Plus why can one location do it but not here??

I disliked very much this store location due to the attitude they have towards returns. Yet, going to the Northpark location made me feel better. Northpark at least took the time to figure out what options I had and all options worked for me.Therefore, Galleria location is not the place I want to go back to again.

Had a return. Said it had stains and been worn. Never been worn, just tried on when bought, looked like when bought. Horrible costumer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Never had to do any returns but it is a nice store with nice clothing that doesnt break the bank.

Retailers were very attentive, very helpful in picking for the occasion.

My experience shopping at this store a few years ago was bad. I decided to walk in after they remodeled and everything, and wow! New staff new store manager! Great job!

I have experienced better customer service by a sales rep before, but Id chalk it up to they were having a bad day. I did enjoy the time piece I purchased, but the service could have been better.

Worst service ever experienced. No exchange policy. Even if its written on the receipt. Even if u r in hurry nd buy ne stuff. Will never shop at this store. Its a 30 day return policy and i came in 8 days to exchange nd the ppl say u cannot exchange.
