Great place for clean gently used clothes. Its my daughters favorite. Thank you for being there for us all.

The store is really nice and they have great stuff. I was a bit frustrated by the colored tag sale thing. Two of the sale tag colors were very similar and I thought I was getting 70% off the items I had picked out. After about 45 minutes of browsing learned that the tags I had picked out were only 30% off. The light blue and light green are too similar I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️🙃

Hit or miss when I come here. Usually find great stuff, fairly priced for the brands they sell, but workers are often judgy. Sometimes feel uncomfortable while browsing. Ive seen other reviews saying they have had similar experiences so...wouldnt you think the shop would take notes?? Love this place so its a shame.

Just left this location and while I didn’t find that “it” item I was looking for, the staff are super welcoming, helpful and professional. Will definitely come back.

I love a great bargain, especially when it comes to Chanel! Or Prada! This store resale’s those brands but also Kate Spade, Michael Korrs and less famous brands, which means great style for less. UPDATE: Returned yesterday. Found a GREAT DEAL on a handbag & a couple of scarves. While looking through the designer jackets, ( after the store had closed) (kept trying to leave but this 1 jacket kept calling me back!) THEN I almost pulled the entire display over & broke the nice clothes hanger! It was a tangled mess! The employees could not have been nicer! By this time it was 20 mins after closing. I embarrassedly mumbled that I would come back the next day to purchase. They all jumped in & said, of course not! Go ahead now! It’s not a big deal! So...I got my “new” jacket w/o a trip back! Can’t ask for better service!!

LOVE this place. Understand that this is high end resale. They do have a plethora of affordable pieces, as well as luxury items with the price tag to mach 🙃

I’m not sure what has happened to the customer service here! Their service has always been stellar and it used to be my favorite store. I will never shop here again. I was in the store and told them I wanted to buy a pair of shoes, but was still shopping for other items (looking at high end bags). I actually found a very nice bag as well. Went to the counter to pay and was told “they just sold online”. Isn’t your obligation to your in store customer that told you they were buying??? You can keep the expensive bag I was going to buy as well.

Great resale shop that has been a Dallas staple for years. Great place to shop for hidden treasure. Recent renovation created a more open, light space. Give yourself at least an hour, theres a lot to see here. Clothes are organized by type, color and size. A lovely array of couture clothing and accessories is also on display.

Being followed around and watched isn’t exactly fun. Total condescending attitude by the staff. Didn’t feel comfortable while shopping. Should place a sign stating “ certain demographic only otherwise will be watched closely” . Never ever will I return. Deserve 0 star.

Great find!! Plan to spend some time there! If youre looking for casual wear or that really special upscale.. its there. Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. I travel to lots of different cities just for fun and I always check out the resale shops so Im in the know!! :)

Always a great place to drop by. Hit or miss - you just have to see what they may have in your size. But, I have found great buys on beautiful cloths over the years.

Love this place...the art...the clothes...the people. It has a really cool feel to it and the clothes are nice because they are unique and always changing. Be careful some of the t-shirts can shrink kind of weird, but other than that its a great place to get cool Dallas and Bay Area stuff.

They recently renovated and have started buying and selling nicer trendier things. I find so many good pieces now that I have a hard time narrowing it down!

A friend of mine brought me here years ago to shop and it was such a pleasant and wonderful experience each time I visited - The staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. So much so, I chose to consign here instead of local consignment shops in my area (which is roughly 40 miles away); and what a different experience it was.When I arrived I was pointed in the direction of the consignment area by a staff member. I had a small bag of Coach wallets and small purses (Maybe 6-7 items total) and when I walked through the door a woman said, under her breath, Jesus Christ, sighed and then said, Hold on. Ill be with you in a minute. I smiled and waited for her, it was after all a Monday morning, so perhaps she had a long weekend. From go, she was incredibly short with me while she was putting in my information. When I began taking my items out and placing them on the table, she gawked at them as if I had placed a literal bag of trash on the table before looking to another co-worker in the room. The co-worker approached the table, held one of the wallets in her hand and in quite possibly the most condescending tone quipped, Oh no. We do NOT accept Coach. I started to say I was sorry and didnt realize that but she interrupted me and reiterated to her co-workers how out of date they were and said something to the extent that it would be very difficult to find a place that would accept them and good luck as she handed me a list of other consignment stores. The whole ordeal was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and catty.Ive consigned at many stores across DFW and never received such poor treatment, which is the real reason for this review. I fully understand that stores do not take certain brands, they might not be a good fit, out of season, too old etc. But there is a way of handling it professionally and there is a way of handling poorly. With this stores long history, I truly hope the owners will work to better their customer service and teach their staff to make it a great experience for ALL who walk through their door.

Tons of options. Multiple price ranges. Sales are pretty good. Older fairly un friendly women who run the place who seem to have a hard time multi tasking. The customer comes first. Dont leave them hanging at the cash register without saying Thanks. Without your customers you are nothing! I love the dress I bought though.

Ive never left a one star review before, and have historically enjoyed shopping here in the past, but was treated very unprofessionally when I brought clothes for consignment. Im sure the staff are great people, but they were extremely short and rude with me. They could work on customer service, and making everyone feel welcomed. Would not recommend bringing clothes here.

More high end clothing than thrift stores. Located in a higher income area of Dallas. Clean store. Some of that thrift store odor, but not bad. A little slow at waiting on customers at register, but very friendly.

If youre a 20 something and looking for something a little more mature and a lot more upscale than Platos, Id come here! You can find some great deals on business clothes. I just bought an Ann Taylor dress for $12, great condition! Right now theres a sale where most of the dresses are half off. Go check it out! Cant wait to go back. **The only reason Im not giving five stars is because check out took a while and the employees arent all that friendly.

Their constant level of above and beyond customer service, quality and a truly organized easy to shop floor is just a small visual of how much they love they put into Clothes Circuit. I have shopped in over 100 resale/consignment stores from the Texas Panhandle, Austin, Houston, San Antonio and even Dallas and not ever found a store that provided the experience that they do. It is everything I have ever wanted in ONE place. I dont live in Dallas, but I make it point to stop in and shop every time I visit.Thank you ladies for all that you do : DI dont know what Id do on Friday nights without the things I have found in your store!

I was so excited to shop here due to my being new to this part of town. After trying on a few pairs of shoes, I quickly retreated to my car because of the security officers focus on me. Im sure my business isnt needed due to your high volume of shoppers who have more money and spending potential than I, but I was deeply offended by being followed. Sad day in 2017.

The absolute worst experience. I go in there all the time I’m a regular customer I spent $500 in there yesterday I wanted to buy a ring that was marked $55 they did not realize it was 14 karat gold so they said they would be couldn’t find that the consignor and that they come back tomorrow and no problem they would sell it to me. That was a complete and total lie. They called me the next day and said oh we’re sorry we can’t sell it we missed priced it. I asked for the name of the manager they refuse to give it to me and hung up on me. This place is a sham they are absolutely liars and I am going to take this as far as I need to take it

A few months back I stumbled upon this wonderful store. From what I understood from others, in the past it had been a bit difficult to maneuver. However, the more than helpful sales’ staff informed me that they have worked very hard to arrange all the clothing by designers and brands. I dont know what it was like before, but it works for me! The pricing is awesome and there is a DESIGNER SHOE ROOM!! Gotta love that!!!

Im reading all these comments and thought it was only me! Ive been shopping here almost 2 yrs but only greeted by a few selection of the staff who also happen to be a minority. Every time I see a white person walk in, everyone is quick to greet them. The last time I was there I finally had the gut to ask for the manager, its a shame to say that the person I was directed to as the manager is the one who is quite selective in welcoming customers. I politely asked him why he has never greeted me ever since started shopping there (sometimes I would go there twice a week), I can say if this is what they have for a manager.... then their customer service is a JOKE! Wasnt apologetic, didnt care and came off defensive and even made me feel less and called me off. Its just a racist place! The old white lady who used to be nice I no longer see her, the only person who seems to care to greet me is the African lady and the old white guy who seems to work there occasionally. I have resorted to shopping from Neiman Marcus Last Call and Nordstrom Rack!

Among all the people in the store my mom and I were followed by a salesperson as if we had thief attached to our backs. One thing I am not is a thief. Every black man doesn’t steal. MOST aren’t criminals. Smiling at me when I catch you following me doesn’t make it better. I will NEVER spend my money here again and will make sure none of my friends or family spend theirs here either. Follow the real thiefs!!!

Poor customer service. Never again. When I walked in no one greeted me and of course the customer right after me received a warm welcome. Treat all your customers the same because money is green not black or white.

First of all, the consignment hours are different than the shopping hours. So if you are planning to consign your clothing, know they close Mon-Fri at 6pm. (Clothing drop is in the back, shopping in the front.)Clothes circuit definitely carries the top designers clothing. Jimmy choo, Blahnik, D&G, etc.. Also, the store does a fairly decent job of organizing the clothing by type and size. The clerk at the store described the store as lower priced clothing on the left, higher prices on the right. Anyway, I liked what I saw. I would go back.

After moving from Denver and cleaning out my closet I decided to try a Dallas consignment shop, this shop. I had only had experience consigning at one place in Cherry Hills in CO which was fantastic and offered a 50/50 spilt. Sadly Clothes Circuit split is 40/60 so by the time you bring over all your beautiful things you really do not come out with much. Plus items are priced on the low side. Also it was frustrating when I was told they would take a jacket after I had it dry cleaned only to tell me no after I brought it back the following week. The policy of donating without your concern is even worse. I had a used once Nike Fuel band that they gave away because they thought it did not work but most likely needed to be charged. Hopefully someone put it to good use. Missing my old Denver consignment store as it was smaller, personable and fair. So far not finding a consignment place to be excited about.Update 7/17/17:I keep trying to like this place but its have comes to terms with never bringing anything to sell here again. The policies are not customer friendly and the communication is awful. So disappointing. Changed to 2 stars. I wouldnt bother with this place. Youd be better off donating your items to charity and taking the tax deduction.

I dont think Im going to keep shopping here. Heres why :The staff ALWAYS looks at you like they are judging you or like you cant afford the items your looking at. They stand around and gossip. If they arent gossiping they are arguing with each other or talking about issues going on in the store. They do this IN FRONT of all the customers in the store shopping. This happens every single time Ive came there.Today I decided to visit the consignment part of the store. I brought in a nearly brand new pair of Christian Louboutin boots worn one time. The red on the bottom was fully intact with no scratches at all. The ladies behind the counter snubbed their noses at the boots and acted like they werent good enough. I asked how much they would sell them for and they said they did not know because the lady who does the pricing was not there. Then they handed me a baby wipe and asked me the clean the shoes off. THEY ARE BRAND NEW hardly ever been touched. Clearly all the staff here feels the need to prove themselves better than everyone else. They treat you like you arent good enough or your broke. On my way out of the store I grabbed a Burberry jacket, purchased it, and left. I wont be back lol. You cant treat clients anyway you want just because you think they dont have money.

As a consigner, I would not bother with this store. I took eight VERY nice purses (Oryany, Orla Kiely, Brighton, Vera Bradley) into the store and had them all rejected, except for one, for a variety of excuses. And then they wouldnt open an account for me because I only had one purse to sell. Wish Id known that before I drove 28 miles to get there! Went to another place and had them all accepted.

Nice, wish it was arranged by color and style more. Like all tank tops together, tee Shirts, etc. A bit mixed in and a lot to go through.
