I had an awesome experience here. This was my first time in a Fendi store and I really like the vibe. MY Sa name was Mathew he was very helpful and kind he showed us many bags and ready to wear we didn’t end up purchasing anything however later that day we went back and purchased a mini baggete bag and a scarf. I definitely recommend this location and SA
I love the customer service here. I have made a few purchases and service has always been up to par. Will come back and visit when Im in town.
Mr. DOBSON Tried to expand out to a new store and was disappointed at the local Fendi Store. I wanted to treat myself for dropping 50lbs...but lets just say they need people oriented reps. He was suggested this store to see items true size before placing any online orders. He came in and was directed to the mens side and sat on the couch as the 2 reps then went to the back of the store leaving Mr. DOBSON and his church member Mr . ANTHONY alone in the store.Aftet 5 min the rep reappears which had them feeling a but uncomfortable. I was expecting the type of service I get down at Neiman Marcus, the prices where there but their service wasnt. I advised her I was a lil little thirsty and asked if they have any water was told by the Caucasian rep, We will get you a water when you get ready to leave . I then replied no, Im thirsty now and asked her how dare she say that. The rep went and got a water and came back then the Chinese rep appears asking if anyone has helped us, clearly they know they hadnt offered any help to us. As we got up to leave I saw a Black lady dresses nicely in black by the door, and asked her if she worked there, and told me yes she was security and I thanked her for her service as I felt safer with her now there. I stepped outside and told Mr. ANTHONY, I had felt uneasy in the store, so we left and went to my Sales rep in Christian Louboutin. I just hope that this helps the reps see things they can improve on for their store as I drove from 60miles to visit.I want be returning to this Fendi Location. The rep did try to provide a card, if you need help here is the card I was provided.

I loved this Fendi store that is located in a fun shopping area. We were treated so kindly by Matthew who showed us so many incredible things. He was so knowledgeable about the products and had great advise. He was so friendly even when we didnt purchase anything during this visit. We will definitely keep this location in mind for our next Fendi purchase.
Ive come in here in everything from a full suit to a t-shirt and jeans. I get treated the same way every time, wonderful staff and the occasional runway selections. An associate by the name of Matthew is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I may have. I love every piece purchased from here!
Worst customer service ever! ESP for a store of this caliber and for Fendi. Huge disappointment shopping here. I might as well have ordered the bag myself online rather than deal with the reps at this location. They have horrible communication skills and don’t get back to you if you’ve ordered something and it’s ready. U might as well shop at neimans fendi. Get your act together ppl and get the stick out from under there.
The sales rep wasnt organized nor prepared when I arrived for my appointment in which I was late to !! You would have thought she would have been better prepared she had plenty of time . I felt like I was helping myself ! LolThank God I was only there to do a return

Worst customer service ever, the employees are extremely rude and arrogant. Even the manager was very disrespectful and useless, did not help at all. I have purchased an item and the service I got back in return made me feel unwelcome. I’m never coming to this location or the store again! Very very disappointed.
Top of the line place! Offer water and sparkling water while you shop!! Truly high class. Matthew is definitely the guy you need to see! He will definitely have you looking stylish and sharp.
What a beautiful boutique. My favorite part was how personable the staff was. The store manager offered me a beverage and walked me through the store. Everyone made me feel special. I have my eye on the Peekaboo for Christmas!

My wife was looking for a pair of trousers with limited inventory in her size, nationwide. They didnt have it in stock when we came, but were able to ship them in from another store. We worked with Izzy who was great at communicating updates and giving timelines to we would have realistic expectations. Would highly recommend just from working with her.
The Employees are extremely kind and welcoming. I was instantly greeted with a friendly smile and a sweet “hello, welcome to Fendi” from the lovely ladies. I was in quite a rush as I had to catch my flight later that evening but I wanted to stop in an quickly look at a purse for my wife. The ladies showed me a few pieces and even suggested other options like Fur but i had to rush out. The GM overheard me speaking about my flight and gave me a water to go for my trip. I did not buy anything but I am definitely buying from this boutique. The most impressive thing about this place is that it was the only boutique that made me feel special. Thank you for your time.
Pretty good customer service! The only store in the area that offered my a drink! Removed a store because as I struggled to put on a boot, the sales guy watched and didn’t offer to help. It took 15 minutes before the main guy came and offered advice of using a stocking to help slide the boot on. I would definitely return when I want Fendi merchandise!
Small, but beautiful nonetheless. The SAs are friendly and the items are gorgeous.
Fendi provides the worst customer experience among all Highland Park Village stores. Its the only luxury purse store that wont offer you a bottle of water. The staffs there especially the manager Pablo Arellano dont know how to treat customer well. Its a self-service luxury store. Also, stay away from Patent Leather bag, they are all defective. The bag will grow red spots and blemish by itself, inside the patent leather. Stay away from Fendi, especially this store!
Sales associates are always friendly and willing to take as much time as needed to ensure you find what you are looking for. Great selection of handbags and clothing!

Hello,I usually don’t write any reviews but I think this team deserves a shout out!I walked in knowing nothing about the brand and left feeling like a true expert! I was fascinated by the story of the house as well as the craftsmanship that goes into making their leather goods. After a nice young lady Isela, showed me all the bag selection available in the store! I couldn’t keep my eyes out of the beautiful Peakaboo! I don’t know how I was able to live with out! Other than Isela, the entire team made me feel at ease and comfortable. I was approached by everyone working in the store at some point. I have never felt that “vibe” at a Highland Park Store.Isela, thank you for giving me such a great experience! I can’t wait to be back in Dallas when my daughter comes back to school at SMU and do more shopping with you!Thank you!Carrie
If I could give NEGATIVE 1000 star, I would. Went to their boutique to purchase a bag. The bag I wanted had a big scratch on the leather, and it was the only one in store. They said Neiman Marcus had one, ONLY ONE, and NEW ??? They said just payed with them and picked it up at Neiman. I drove 5 miles from their boutique to NorthPark and got a bag with NO BOX...NO BOX. Customer services in this boutique is horrible, horrible. No respect. After those incident, I hate looking at that bag, hate buying or exchange any other fendi bags. I sold the bag to someone else the day after I purchased it. I will never ever buy anything from Fendi again. Stay Away from Fendi, especially this store !
For anyone sending online purchases to this store to pickup - none of the employees are aware this is a pickup location and will give you a hard time.
