I adore this Hermes boutique located in Highland Park Village. The entire staff is very kind. I just started shopping here about a month ago and have probably been in about 4 or 5 times already. Each time I come in to meet with my SA, Joel, he is friendly and professional. I book an appointment in advance and Joel is always available at the time he tells me which is great! I very much appreciate someone that respects my time as well. He is patient and informative. I thoroughly enjoy the shopping experience in store because I am able to open my mind to styles I probably would never consider from a phone or computer screen. At my last visit, two of the items that I wanted were not available in store so Joel helped me to order them from two different places. Also, I’ve had great interactions with other staff members while in the store. The team members there create a great vibe in the store and that is so refreshing. Please note masks are still required right now in store for staff and customers alike. It will be worth the trip to HPV - you can tell the staff is all smiles under those masks. Thanks for providing a premium shopping experience with excellent customer service.
HORRID customer service. Was not helpful in any way, so rude at the door and over the phone when I tried to make an appointment with them. I needed an anniversary gift within the week, she said that she the best she could do for me was get MY number and have ME wait for someone to call. So... Im suppose to wait around for them to find the time of day for me to come in? When I was standing right outside the door very willing to spend money there. Comedic. In my opinion, if someone is standing outside your store very eager to spend money, you dont say no. I shop designer because of the high end products AND experience. I got neither from this place. Very embarrassing on their end.
Have always had positive shopping experiences at this location. Our sales associate Allison is always very helpful. She has good taste and is good at helping us select the right color and style. Allison does a great job!!!
My very first time visiting the Dallas Boutique. The SA was super sweet and very helpful. Purchased 2 Apple Watch Bands and a bottle of cologne and plan to make another purchase soon. The only thing I would change is adding a boutique in or around Nashville Tennessee which is 2 hours from where I live. Thank you for a GREAT first experience!!!
Horrible customer service. Ive called the store multiple times for an appointment, left voicemails, and no one has responded. At least make online appointment reservations available as other stores have done. You have lost me as a potential customer.
I normally only call out employees when they give us excellent customer service and are consistentStaffs were very friendly and helpful with my shopping needs :) I queued outside before entering, and the friendly staff came and ask what Id be looking for. They all wore masks and provided hand sanitizers which made me feel safe. Beautiful store had a lovely time shopping there.Larissa is the best sale specialist and the store manager I have ever met at any Hermes stores around the world! From Paris to Thailand, Cancun, Germany and Singapore every association was not as kind as Larissa. I’m so glad to have found my new store and such a lovely SA!!

I bought miniskirt and bearn wallet before but sales is no longer with the company. I made an appointment and met with Keisha last week .Lively as always.Keisha is always trying to find fun and interesting pieces for me.Awesome jewelry.Keisha was amazing. I hope get the bag I’ve been waiting for.

We went in with an appointment the person letting us in was very rude and didn’t believed we had an appointment. We went in looking for a scarf the sa named Marco was very rude and didn’t answer any questions we had. She didn’t even give us a bag. Please avoid this store

Sorry, one star for hiring bad SA named Pie transferred from Palo Alto store— Dallas friends pls avoid her - she sold me a 2018 roulis 23 blue color $9000this Feb 2021! Worse of it, the bag cames with a weird French print and without protective fabric for new bags. So it looks like something other returned.I initially tolerated this hoping she can offer me sth nice, but she even refused to offer me a lindy26 after four months . She once mistakenly overprices me, but didn’t even apologize, simply said “will correct that for u” searching Palo Alto Yelp there were mite bad review of her . Before she swapped store she did it notifies any of her clients - she only wants to manipulate u to buy high commission rate categories then just disappeared . Just avoid her !
Impossible to get this store to call you back for an appointment. Never been so hard to do business with a company in my life! What a disaster.
The staff are extremely knowledgeable and considerately attentive. Upon asking for a maroon tie, the representative took me straight to where they kept their ties and immediately had out every maroon tie they offered - including some that werent yet on display. He was also very helpful in the selection process as I described the impression I was looking for and the clothes I would wear them with. I am totally confident in my choice, I look forward to going back!
Today was my first time in a Hermès store after calling about the Hermès Apple Watch Series 6. I made an appointment with Alisa at store opening and she was fantastic and attentive showing me several bands as well as very personable. I ended up buying the larger size with an extra band and a men’s bracelet. Very happy with my purchase and cancelled my order with Apple!
All I can say, another great experience. They didnt have what I wanted in stock but was able to find something even better. Thanks for always making my visit here a good experience. Btw, still appointment only so call your SA ahead of time.
I’ve never seen a store make it so incredibly difficult to buy anything from!! I’ve called probably 10 times with no response... finally, during their shut down, someone called me and said they would send me photos of what they had so I could purchase and needless to say I never heard back from them. I am beyond disappointed by their lack of customer service. You would think that for such luxury goods they’d try a little harder to make it a pleasant experience, but apparently not. I’d say I’d take my business elsewhere but Hermès isn’t available in department stores.Edit: about 3 minutes after I posted this review, I got a call from an associate to help me make my purchase. She was very helpful

I went in wanting a scarf but not sure exactly which one I wanted. Nicolas was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me find a beautiful shawl. Nicolas spent his time with me and gave me some interesting facts about Hermès. I will definitely be back to see him and this beautiful store.
Bad service. The saleswoman doesn’t know her stuff and doesn’t know how to provide excellent service considering what the brand Hermès epitomizes. Disappointing.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of visiting many of the Hermès boutiques throughout the world and we can in total confidence state that the Highland Park boutique is without a doubt the finest store in the entire organization. Move over rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. There’s a new flagship in town! DFW is fortunate to have this location with its exceptional staff. About the staff, that’s what separates this store from the others. Yes, we all know that Hermès craftsmanship and quality are second to none... hence the perpetual scarcity of many of their most in demand products. That being said, you can buy Hermès goods at any location in the world. What you might miss though is the exceptional service that you will receive in Highland Park that is far and above what could ever be expected even from a brand that is at the absolute pinnacle of their industry. Gladys Lok is the best in the business. Period. She takes the time to get to know and connect with you and finds out what you like and dislike. She not only showed my wife handbags but she explained their attributes and was honest about what colors bled more easily over time. She was knowledgeable about the history of each piece she showed us and took the time to show all colors available in store. Many times these scenarios feel rushed and often for no fault of the sales associate. When dealing with Gladys that’s not the case. She devotes her entire attention to you while somehow never once feeling pushy or in a hurry. It is a breath of fresh air. She allows you to make educated decisions at your leisure. She always has the answer. She knows the entire Hermès catalog front to back. Have a question about sizes? She’s got the answer. Different types of leathers and their pros and cons? Answered in detail. Gladys provided us with the greatest luxury shopping experience of our lives and we look forward to visiting with her many more times in the future for all of Hermès needs!

I went here to buy my Hermès belt or possibly run into a newly divorced hottie carrying a Birkin bag. I wanted the oversize Hermès logo and they have discontinued that in the United States for some reason. Everyone was really nice but I didn’t say long because it was raining.

Gorgeous store. The customer service representatives are sometimes quiet and do not say much, but the items are beautiful.
While the representatuve in the store was very nice I will likely never make another Hermes purchase. My daughters gold belt buckle has a stain on it after wearing it twice and putting it away for a month in its original pouch. Took it to the store where the response was they could send it to France for two to three months to see if anything could be done. Apparently I could not get a receipt for leaving it with the store due to some kind of power issue. Horrible policy for a luxury store. Recommend patronizing other brands.
The sales lady was so polite and showed us around the store. She also explained to my boyfriend the history of Hermes since he didnt understand why there was a saddle in the middle of the room.
I visited the store for the first time last month just to buy some twilly and they were all incredibly nice. Marco helped me chose one I liked and encouraged me to go look upstairs since I had never been in the store. I went in expecting the worst since I was only purchasing a small item & as a POC you don’t always get the best treatment in luxury stores. I am a huge Hermès fan and have been admiring their items for a longtime. The twilly is beautiful and I plan on purchasing many more items in the years to come. À votre santé !
I was looking for a Lindy bag for my birthday in February. The bag was out of stock, so I pre ordered it and needed to pick up after few days. On that day, I was very happy and excited. I did my makeup and dressed nice to welcome my new bag . However, when I went to the store, no one saw me. The sales who make an appointment with me was not in the store. I walked upstairs and downstairs several times. No one came to ask me if I need a help. After few minutes, I took the initiative to find a sales to tell him I am here for pick up. He told me go downstairs and wait. After a while, another sales took out a box and gave to me directly. I asked if he can open the package and check it. He said: you dont know what your bag looks like?! I said: I just want to make sure the color and style is correct. He reluctantly opened it and showed me quickly . In the moment, my good mood was completely destroyed. I think Hermes service should be proportional to its brand price. For normal people, Hermès is a very precious thing. Every customer who goes to the store should be respected. When I went to Hermès store in Denver, an assistant introduced me many bags patiently so thats why I decided to buy Lindy. The store did not have the color I want on that time, so I had to come back and buy it in Dallas. Now I fell I should order it in Denver store rather than Highland park store.

Horrible return policy. This store will only exchange and offers no returns. This is probably the worst store to buy someone a gift. If they don’t like it, too bad.
