Great company. I was able to get a customer service representative on the phone after a couple rings two separate times. I spoke with Melissa who helped me return and get the right coat I ordered within a day and a half. Keep up the great work!

Best ski shop in dallas area with excellent service. Equipment selection is decent considering we are in texas but they have top brands.You can bring skis to get waxed, tuned, boots adjusted, or edge sharpened. I can trust them to bring my skis there.A bit on the expensive side for the items, but it comes with service you cant get anywhere else.

At first I assumed the service was poor in general however the sales associate was very proactive with everyone except me. Ive never seen such a rude man, when I asked him for a different size he responded as though he was doing me a tremendous favor. Whats surprising is I wear clothes that they sell and dressed as a normal client of the store.However, I was then assisted by Cheryl who was the complete opposite. She checked on me multiple times, got me a few different sizes and followed up each time. Shes the only reason this review went from 1* to 3*. If you do shop here ask for Cheryl.

The shop in the back was super helpful in getting our snowboards setup! Really friendly! Really reasonable! Will definitely use them again! Sun and Ski wanted $70 to mount my bindings. St. Bernard - $20.

Brought in a ski jacket that i bought from them . i spent $2,000 on the jacket . they said they would fix the zipper . its been 4-5 months now and its almost to the point i believe these people are thieves . i have called numerous of times and i keep getting passed around. Ive been told the jacket isnt ready . worst experience of my life and the worst service i have ever encountered .

For 20 + years Ive been enjoying the great products, specialty clothing, and wonderful people at St. Bernard. Their customer service is SECOND to NONE. Special thanks to Travis and Cristina for just making my wife and I feel like part of the St. Bernard Family in Dallas for several years now. I have visited both Dallas stores and they are both awesome. Kendall helped me at the Northpark Store several years ago and to this day I will shop no place else. Snagged a pair of ski pants for $128 (reg $619), the staff just makes you want to hang out and spend money. I am ready for Ski season, thanks to the staff thats educated and well versed. Love this place, ready for Ski season to start NOW!

What a wonderful retail store! The customer service is truly amazing! The staff truly cares about you and will always do the right thing. It can be expensive, but you get what you pay for, great service, the highest quality apparel, and a company that stands by its products. If you like a good deal frequent the sales rack and prepare to be amazed by the great deals on great products.

Went into the store to find a couple gifts and when I asked a couple staff members for help, they all made me feel very unimportant and not worth their time. I asked a woman working to help me find a gift and she pointed towards a general area at the front of the store and said anything over there should work and proceeded to walk away. Not once during the entire hour I spent in the store did a single staff member approach me and ask if I needed help. Very disappointed.

One of the few shops in Dallas that does ski/board tuning. Had my board serviced, it is not Colorado or a ski town in terms of tuning but it was reasonable in terms of cost and they did a reasonable job. The place is always busy, which is a good sign

Great company and amazing customer service! Was accidentally shipped the wrong item and then sold out of the item during their Black Friday sale but made a personal call to their national Patagonia representative and had one two-day direct shipped to myself. Great prices and an amazing staff! Highly recommend!

The salespeople here are seriously the best. They’re not up in your face trying to sell but always are helpful as soon as you need them. Not the cheapest store but the staff makes shopping there a good experience.

I ordered merchandise from them online. They collected payment. Then after several days they gave me a partial refund. It took multiple attempts to get a full refund. I finally spoke to John, who was unapologetic and rude. According to him, they never had the item. They collect your money then get it from another party and send it to you. Who has time for people like this and it might even be something else, but I dont want my review removed. Check out reviews from other sites.

I happened to catch one of their biggest sales - - - a combined 50% and extra 25% off deal. The gear here is MUCH more stylish than Dicks sporting goods lol. One of their sales staff was so sweet. She patiently helped me pick out the perfect jacket (Frauenschuh) and ski leggings. As you can tell, I was very happy!

Dont waste your time ordering from them. We read several reviews that they will randomly cancel orders but took a chance anyway. Several days after we placed our order they cancelled saying it was a mistake on their part. I wish they could figure out their own inventory management system. We still have not received a refund for this order and their customer service is a joke.

Went for end of season ski stuff sale. Had what i needed, friendly helpful attendant guy. Only issue, docked 1 star, was the extremely low seat in dressing room, one of those small outdoor seats you get for $10 at Bass Pro Shop...

Ordered a classic Barbour Bedale, after waiting 3 days with no email communication, even though their motto is ORDER TODAY, SHIPS TODAY! I called and was told my jacket was damaged I asked them to send me another jacket but they told me it was a discontinued style...they never bothered to email or call and I missed all other black friday sales for this coat elsewhere..Barbour has been making this classic jacket for decades and will continue to make it for many more decades. Not did St. Bernard fail at customer service communications, they lie about why they couldnt send me my jacket. Stay away opt for other online stores.

I am a regular customer at the St. Bernard sports at Inwood Village in Dallas-it is right down the street from our pediatrician’s office, so we are there all the time. This morning, I went in to shop with my 1 year old (in a stroller) and my 3 year old. As is usually the case there, none of the 8 or so sales people we walked by asked if we needed help (I am used to this at this store-they always seem to warm up after I go to the counter with my $400+ dollar purchases). I had a few items to purchase on my stroller when my 3 year old daughter said she had to go to the bathroom. I walked her back to where the bathroom was (yes, I come enough to know where the bathroom is) and realized it was under construction, so we walked back to the front of the store to ask a salesperson about another bathroom. She said there was an employee restroom and she would go ask one of the other ladies to bring us back there. We followed her to the back of the store as my three year old continued to tell me that she had to go to the toilet. We were met with a group of three sales associates who informed us that in fact there was no toilet that we could use there. They then went so far as to tell me that there was a Subway across the street that has a restroom. Well A. I had a stroller and a three year old and would not be crossing a wide street to find a restroom and B. We do not eat Subway and I would not be purchasing anything there and I do not make a habit of mooching fast food restaurant’s restrooms.I once again confirmed with the sales women (3 or 4 huddled in a circle whispering at this point) that they would not let my poor daughter use their restroom. At this point she had heard the conversation and was very confused as to why she couldnt use their bathroom and kept insisting that she had to go “really badly.” I placed the items I had intended to purchase on the nearest rack and walked out.To be honest, I was disgusted to see these women looking at us noses in the air as my daughter begged me to let her go to the bathroom. They women either A. have no concept (or imagination) of that fact that 3 year olds may not be able to control their bladders like an adult and also had no compassion for a child asking for a restroom B. were afraid that the child accompanied by her mother may harm their employee restroom in some way or C. just wanted the lady with the two children out of their store.As I walked out of the store, I had to explain to my three year old how some people just were not nice and did not want to share their bathrooms. All in all this was just such a repulsive exchange that there is absolutely no way I will be returning to this store. Luckily, Zappos has most of the things I buy there and has free shipping! Beware.
