Sabrina was fabulous! She helped me book an appointment (which many “high-end” stores aren’t doing) communicated with me via text about which pieces interested me and had them waiting on me when I arrived for my appointment! Meeting her in person she was so bubbly and welcoming. I can’t tell you how much that meant. She assisted other clients shopping while still giving me 5 star service. I highly recommend shopping with her! She was next level professional. Kudos Sabrina

Every time me and my boyfriend have come in here the sales associates are very passive aggressive and very unamused that they’re having to help us (when we actually get help) the only time we have ever been in and been helped by someone without an off putting attitude was an african american woman with long dreads and the manager that always wears versace (mostly has sunglasses on as well) who helped us order shoes from another store when they didn’t have them. we have been in the store at least 10 times and now almost dread even going because the sales associates are so incredibly rude, at the exception of the two i’ve mentioned.

Today we decided not give any employee credit for the purchases we wanted to make in the store. Reason being most employees here are passive aggressive. I’ve shopped here a few times and can say that I let a lot of things slide but my girlfriend has been offended multiple times by how they act and today she wasn’t having it. Not to boast but I shop at several luxury brand stores and theres always a couple of passive aggressive ones that work but this store in particular has several that are like that. You guys can use some improvement with that.
Courtney was great, would love to come back for her. Sadly Craig/Chris whatever his name is. What a complete FOOL & UNPROFESSIONAL. I was SOOOOOOO close to not buying anything, but NEEDED these items that moment.Sadly this is the only Versace store around, if there was another I would definitely go to that one. His poor attitude for customers was really disrespectful.
Love shopping online vs in store; security followed me around the entire SMALL store. One of the salesman was very kind, others were preoccupied and didnt want to assist me as they stood conversing with eachother. I wish I had the name of the gentleman assisting me, he was very kind. (one of his favorite scarfs is the holiday red scarf).

Poor customer service, $700 Robe had poor stitching and threads coming loose everywhere. Refused to return the gift would only issue a store credit that of course can only be used in store. So in order to spend my money I have to go back in store and deal with poor customer service and a security guard who assumes everyone is stealing.
Went there yesterday to return or exchange a gift that I didn’t like with my receipt! They refused to get the money back or do anything about it... why? Because it was purchased online...tall white dude said “oh our online policy is different from in store policy” huh? something that’s really valuable you cannot even exchange it at this store. The other staff were on their phones felt that they wanted me outta there...Dude was like oh you can refund it and money goes to recipient. So you want me to let the person that gave me the gift that I rejected it? Very clever. Thankful for Nordstrom that has an outstanding service vs Versace at Northpark mall.
No customer service at all!
Great store with all the things youd expect from Versace. Prices are again in line with what youd expect from Versace. The folks who work here are friendly and helpful. If youve been looking for a dedicated Versace retail store this is it. And if youve been wanting to check on out this is your chance.
I recently walked into Versace accompanying my sister who was going in shopping for her boyfriend. When we first entered in we were happily greeted by Rachel. Rachel was super nice and very attentive. Outside finding what my sister’s boyfriend wanted, she also found something for herself and wanted to try it on. Rachel was very nice and went above and beyond to help my sister with trying on a shirt. Rachel even gave her some outfit tips for the shirt. My sister decided to get the shirt for herself and the belt for her boyfriend. Rachel informed us that the items were on sale, gave my sister her card if she ever needed further assistance in the future, & also informed us to follow her on social media to be updated on what new comes into the store. Excellent customer service from Rachel and I let her know I appreciated her service! During our time at the register we were being watched and whispered about by two other male employees there. I didn’t say anything, because I wasn’t 100% sure about it, but I could definitely tell All eyes were on us. We left the store and my sister’s boyfriend informed her that she purchased the wrong size belt and asked her to exchange it for a different size. So once we made our rounds to the other stores and were on our way out we went back to Versace to do the exchange. This time we weren’t greeted. We went straight to the register and waited for someone. That someone was one of the male employees that was watching us. He greeted us with saying “oh Rachel isn’t here.” Neither one of us asked for Rachel, but my sister asked if she can get the belt in a different size. The gentleman said “you know it’s final sale?” My sister said “yes I do, but I’m asking for a different size belt to do an exchange.” The gentleman informed my sister that they didn’t have that particular belt in the other size and that was the only one they had. I found a different colored belt to show my sister and she asked for the size in that color. They did have it and the gentleman made sure to inform us that it was “full price.” My sister didn’t mind because it was just a $10 difference between the two. He was very short and a little smart with his remarks. I could then feel that we were being talked about before and we were going to talked about once we turn our backs to leave the store. The mood in the store completely shifted. I most certainly didn’t appreciate being judged or them making assumptions about my sister and I. Just from the experience I’ll never shop at that store. I should feel welcomed in your store not uncomfortable and ashamed. What amazes me is that I wasn’t even the one coming to shop, but this is the vibe that I received the second time going into the store. They are very lucky to have Rachel there.
I haven’t even been to this store yet but I’ve called them 6 times in one day to find out if they have a good selection of Vercase T-Shirts because I need to buy some but I live far & I don’t want to make that trip for nothing. I got no answer, as if nobody is working there!!
Friendly and fast service
This store is one of the best Versace locations Ive ever been to throughout my travels. The moment I walk in someone greets me and helps with my needs. Gotten robs, belts, swim trunks, boxers, shirts, shades, sandals, rings, ash trays, etc... Best customer service especially if Nas is assisting you. Dude knows whats up and stays updated on the newest shipments and releases.
Sales associates arent trained on the equal treatment to all customers, not only didnt offer any assistance, were extremely rude. They were making fun of the customer. Never expected this well-known up scale brand could have such a unprofessional employees!

I went in because I’d lost my extra watch link in a move, was greeted by Rachel from her seat on the sofa near the shoes, which I thought was kind of unprofessional, but I was nice explained I needed an extra link for my watch and probably needed to buy a whole band since the last time I needed a link I needed to buy the whole band. She asked if I’d bought the watch there, I have 6 Versace watches purchased from different Versace stores; NY, London, Dallas so I wasn’t sure if it was from that store or not. It wasn’t a problem last time, they just looked up the style and ordered it for me and charged my card when it came in. Rachel was obsessed with looking up to see if I’d bought anything in the store and informed me the only recorded they had were a service repair (previous watch band) but it didn’t show any purchases for me in the system, no watches or anything. Well most of my purchases were from Versace when they were at the galleria, before Rachel, when the sales associates were professional and nice and truly wanted people to buy things. Not now when the associates would rather walk around showing off purses they could never afford and treating the people that come in like they’re stealing everything. I asked for the manager’s card and Rachel said she’d be glad to get me one, went in the back and never came back out. I won’t be back to this location, and apparently a lot of other people feel the same way since the store was entirely empty the entire time I was there.
