This is a cool coffee shop for coffee lovers and even for those freaked out to visit coffee shop during this pandemic.The place is very spacious and open. It’s easy to order a coffee and sweets and wait inside or step outside and grab a seat. You can enjoy or watch custom cars pass by while you sip your cappuccino with honey or mocha or macchiato.The cappuccino with honey is great, it is a good substitute for sugar and ideal for those who enjoy a sweet cappuccino. The macchiato is excellent, please don’t compare it to Starbucks — that’s like comparing frozen food (Starbucks mocha) and home cooked meal (Cultivar mocha). This one just tastes right.While you are there, grab the Ethiopian or Honduran roasted coffee.

Nice espresso-based drinks! Lighter-roast and good, thick milk. They roast beans on Tuesdays which are then packaged and sold on Thursdays. There is some dedicated outdoor seating. Worth checking out!

Great experience on a Saturday morning. I was surprised it wasn’t busier as the vibe is great and the coffee even better. Our cappuccinos were perfection and the cinnamon roll cupcake was delicious. I’d only been to their location inside good friends sandwiches. It was nice to find this one on our way back from Arlington.If you’re looking for good coffee and a great place to hangout, work, study, this is definitely a great spot to do it.

Fell in love with Cultivar coffee in a recent trip to Dallas. When visiting Bishops Arts District be sure to go a few more streets over and hit this place up. And be sure to walk down a block and see the famous Texas Theater.

My experience wasnt welcoming. The barista came off a bit airy when telling me how many shots of espresso came in a 8oz americano. I know what I order everyday and used be a barista myself. The most disappointing part was my order 3/4 full? Because the coffee was full and bold, enjoyed it nonetheless

An excellent hidden coffee shop in South Dallas. Theres plenty of drink options to order, but everything from simple drip coffee to a latte is great. If youre hungry, try one of the sandwiches, theyre awesome! The staff is always friendly and seem to enjoy working there.

Delicious breakfast place on Dallas. Breakfast sandwich was delicious, latte was awesome. Limited menu selections, but adequate. Nice place to sit outside and enjoy breakfast.

This place was PACKED! Even though theyre were very busy, our order was taken quickly. The sandwiches came out fast and were so fresh. I was super excited to try it out after reading the reviews. It definitely delivered.The pastries are phenomenal. I wish this place was closer so I could go. However, Id probably go broke going multiple times a day. Not that theyre expensive... but I love sweets, lol.

I wish I had photos to share. The chai latte is delicious. The buttery croissant was scrumptious. My boyfriend bought a tasty cappuccino with honey. And I’m not a coffee aficionado. The service was attentive and thoughtful. The seating is comfortable. I’m not a crazy fan of coffee houses because I’m easily distracted but I was able to focus and accomplish some work. I will definitely recommend trying this place, and I myself will be returning :)

I love coming here! whether its for a quick bite and coffee with a friend, or coming to study, I enjoy the ambience of this place. The food here is hit or miss so I do personally think the food is a little over-priced for the quality but considering it is made to order it is fairly consistent to say the least. However, the most important thing is the coffee and that always delivers and is definitely worth the stop! :)

Wonderful atmosphere, great service, lovely and knowledgeable staff... Just before noon on a weekday, this is the perfect spot for studying or a quick lunch. Cultivar offers a variety of beans and brewing techniques for any preference or palate, creating an environment you look forward to revisiting.

Love this places atmosphere. The chai tea latte with almond milk is a bit watery compared to summer moons. So hopefully they can improve that and earn 5 stars!

Best Vanilla Latte I’ve ever had. My wife and I went in just to grab some quick coffee and jet, but decided to sit and enjoy the place. They make all their syrups in house, friendly staff and great appeal. Will definitely come again next time were in the area.

Not the best Ive ever had, but a solid 4/5.The baristas were very friendly and personable.The only other coffee place Ive been to in Dallas is Ascension and this was better in literally every aspect.Not busy as all hell.Friendlier staff.Coffee here was better.Actually a place to sit.Felt like a human and not another customer.As for the latte - I ordered a large which I was warned comes as a quad shot! The flavor was excellent, but a bit weak even with four shots. Would have preferred a bit more oomph in the flavor out of four shots. But, like I said, a solid 4/5.

Great hidden gem to go for great coffee and great conversation with friends. It might not be as big as Starbucks but I love this place in comparison to any Starbucks to which Ive been. I would only improve on this place in one way.... being closer to my home so I could frequent it more often

Im from out of town and our coffee places are just ok. While it was a little pricey for me, it was well worth the experience. The coffee didnt have a burnt taste and was very flavorful. I also had the fig toast with whipped butter, boy was it DELICIOUS. Ill be back :-)

Friendly help but they came up a bit short on the basic premise of a coffee shop: producing a tasty, hot cup of coffee. Mine was tepid, but I will grant them that the art in the foam was beautiful. We arrived at 5 PM and the pastry case was basically empty, so my stomach stayed that way, as well. I will credit them for having nice, clean (albeit not non-gender specific) bathrooms and fast wifi.

Coffee was a little expensive on a student budget, but absolutely delicious. I love the vibe of the shop...its a great place to sit and read--plenty of seating. The barista I met was quite friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

Coffee is probably the most expensive in the area. All their beans are super acidic and citrusy which to me is a downside. Im not a fan of the interior, the music is overly loud so its hard to concentrate, the chairs are uncomfortable and they have extension cords all over the floor to plug in to. The staff looks unhappy to be there and interactions with them is unpleasant in all 5 times ive been in. Ive yet to have a good experience there. The interior is usually very hot.

Comically slow, its been over 15 min and I still dont have my espresso shot. Theres only 5 other customers in here. the lady at the counter wouldnt explain the coffee to me. She told me to read the back of the bags and we ordered a 7$ iced chai only to find out they dont have chai. Wont be coming back. Go try Davis street that place is great.
