Stopped in for a cold brew coffee after a sandwich at nearby East Hampton sandwich co. Cant wait to come back! Was quite pleased with my drink.

Tried Drip coffee co. for the first time, today.Asked for a cold brew, no ice, so it wouldn’t water down and I get a half filled cup of cold brew. I asked if they could fill me up and was quickly shut down and told if they added a few oz. they would have to charge me the difference between a small and medium. This wouldn’t be such a big deal but...I drink coffee every morning from either halcyon or la la land and neither one have ever done anything like that and have always been more than generous. A half filled cup, really? Are your margins on a cup of cold brew really so low that you use ice to turn a profit? And plus the tone the young lady had was disrespectful and ungrateful. I will not be back. Should have just stuck to my routine. Overall horrible experience!

I LOVE Drip but I favor the Lovers lane location (eventho OakLawn is on my way to work) a bit more since it has friendlier staff and they always wait on me even before 6:30. I need to be at work at 6:30, so that is very helpful!This morning i arrived at Oak Lawn location at 6:25 and they didnt open the door. I totally understand their hours is at 6:30 but its all about customer service, specially since it looked like they were ready and standing around chatting.

If you want to come here for matcha don’t. I’ve tried to give drip the benefit of the doubt, but every single time I get matcha here it taste absolutely horrible. It’s atrocious, no matter what milk, what flavor added, it doesn’t matter it will still taste like grainy grass that’s been watered down. Maybe it’s the quality of matcha or the kid that makes it. But either way every time I spend $5 on matcha and I never finish cause it tastes so unbearable.

I’ve always thought drip has an odd, almost sterile smell on the inside. I also think the coffee has a burnt taste, one I don’t notice at some of the other nearby coffee shops

Almond croissant alone is worth the trip!

They have lavendar and oat milk. It was so perfect. Im in heaven! They also sell taco deli breakfast tacos and pastries for breakfast.

Nice dark caramely espresso, scones that slap, super friendly staff.

The atmosphere is nice enough but the espresso was just terrible. If youre used to burned, bitter, soapy tasting Starbucks espresso, youll probably be fine here. If you are expecting a quality, independently owned third-wave coffee shop, you will be disappointed.Like I said, the atmosphere is nice enough, but Im assuming the owner/managements knowledge of coffee is limited or they dont care about that level of quality.I hope they improve on this - the location is very convenient for me, but there are just too many quality coffee places in the area for me to come here.

The coffee is pretty good, but Ive ordered a cappuccino three different times now, and the cup is less than half full. I poured it into a measuring cup the last time, and my large was just under seven ounces.

I love this place! The service is outstanding, and its not easy to find a place with good coffee who actually know how to make espresso LONG. They do!!!

Great coffee

I live in the area and have been visiting since it opened this past summer. The coffee is excellent and the owner did a wonderful job on designing the interior. That said, the customer service of this location has gone down hill since opening. It used to be a welcoming and friendly atmosphere but the staff has clearly changed and no longer looks to please the customer. My last two visits I’ve been met with negativity and was even harshly reprimanded by a barista for innocently picking up a drink I thought was mine. Customer service is key in coffee shops; sad to see that this place has abandoned that as a priority.

Always superior taste and better than Starbucks

Really wanted to like this place as its just down the street from me, but the almond cappuccino I ordered was incredibly bitter - more of a burned flavor than a smooth, rich coffee flavor. Interior smells a bit weird too, but likely due to new construction. Nice interior though, friendly baristas - just probably wont come back.

I stopped by yesterday morning before work around 6am because I have a lot of coworkers who get coffee from here since they opened. Well, the 3 girls that were there in the morning were very unwelcoming. I literally had to say good morning to them before they spoke to me. With that said, I wont be spending anymore of my money at this place. Id rather go to Starbucks where the coffee may not taste as good but the customer service clearly cant be beat.

Yum!! The coffee tastes like marshmallows, and thats without any creamer in it! It is definitely roasted to perfection. Everyone there is always friendly and they are very knowledgeable with coffee. Its my favorite place in town for my fix.

So I have been here about 5 or 6 times now and I have to say everything has always exceeded my expectations. The coffee is phenomenal and the staff is just as impressive. By the time I order, payout, and walk to the end of the bar my coffee is ready for me just seconds later. Will continue to go here and so glad I found this little gem!

Great service. They made great suggestions and an even better cup of coffee. If you like whipped cream, I have to say, thiers is quite good.

Coming from California to Texas I could not of been happier to find the perfect little coffee shop around the corner. The coffee is fresh and delicious the service is extremely friendly and the decor makes you want to stay and hang out.

Nothing really separates this from any of the other coffee shops in the area, except for maybe the holier-than-thou attitude the people working here have.

Had the coffee of the day and it was delicious... They also sell breakfast tacos and muffins which are really good.

I tried Drip for the first time a few weeks ago. There was an overwhelming smell of mildew when I walked in. Not sure if I’m just hypersensitive with smells. But I still decided to order. I’ve only been to Starbucks so I just asked for my usual coffee with heavy cream and sugar free syrup... they seemed confused but that wasn’t the problem. I got home and still smelled mildew... it was the lid. I washed it, and it went away. (The coffee was fine and I still drank it... since it was $6...) I called to let them know and hope they fixed the issue. I don’t think it would be great judgment on my part to go back... probably shouldn’t have stayed in the first place. Oh well!

Update:Several months after opening, I continue to love this place. The employees are top notch, always personable and helpful. Everything I’ve had here is delicious (although the Americano continues to be my go-to). They also have a great non-dairy milk selection (soy, almond, coconut, oat). Another plus is that just about any seat you choose is close to an outlet. If you want to work or charge your phone up for a bit while you enjoy your coffee in a friendly atmosphere, this is the place.Original review:I’ve been so excited for this place to open and my first quick visit did not disappoint. The employees held the door for my double stroller and gave my kids each a sticker, which made them happy. I ordered a small half-caff americano ($2.49 including tax), received it very quickly, and was out the door before the kids had time to even think about getting antsy. Five stars for taste as well. This americano is the best I’ve had in recent memory.To sum up my first impression: they know their coffee, they know customer service, and I will certainly be back!

Pretty mediocre for independent coffeeshop drink and price, smelled a little off when we entered (there’s a previous review mentioning mildew and I have a hunch this is still an issue) and the customer service could be much better.

The store is very small, but you can use it for the time being due to its social distance. The inside of the store is bright and the display is very fashionable! !! Coffee beans are also ordered from various places such as Guatemala, Ethiopia and Brazil.
