Our company has worked with Modo Networks for over a year now. This is the best decision we could have made in choosing an IT company. From a financial perspective, they have a lower monthly rate than any other IT company out there, with absolutely no overage fees or hidden charges.Other companies will bill you for going over your allotted minutes OR because it is outside of the “scope” that they cover. This is not the case for Modo. They are clear from the beginning that your monthly fee will not go up, and that their services are unlimited. This means you have 5-6 people who are always ready to help whenever you need it! Sounds too good to be true, but it isnt!I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They save our company time and headache by providing outstanding IT service. Once you have been overcharged and under-served by another company, you must contact Modo OR skip the frustration all together and call Modo to begin with. I promise you will not regret it!
I have worked with MODO Networks at a former employer and I found them to be an outstanding MSP so much so that I have onboarded them at a new company that I am now working for.They are very responsive and have a massive catalog of technical abilities including Office 365 setup and administration, network setup and maintenance, server setup and maintenance, SQL troubleshooting, backup and recovery, and the list goes on.They are proactive and often call me to tell me there was a glitch in XYZ system last night and here is what we did to fix it.They assist me with issues that sometimes dont even really fall under their scope because they do have a vast and varied technical set of skills.In addition to their abilities, they are pleasant to work with, they have a great can do attitude and never back down from a challenge.In both my past engagement and my current engagement, we went quickly from being on call 24/7 with a tangled IT system to having the weekends and evenings off because MODO has it covered. They have stabilized so many things for us that we have gotten our off hours time back. An engagement with MODO Networks will give you peace of mind.As an IT Director at 2 different companies, I cannot recommend them enough.They are an outstanding company and an outstanding group of people and As I progress through my career, I will continue bring them with me wherever I go whether they like it or not. :)

I have been working with ModoNetworks as third-party IT support for the last three years. Initially, I contacted them for a bid to provide services to a small law firm with six servers, and 10 desktops. The bid was very competitive with, if not better than, any of its competitors. The responsiveness of ModoNetworks is unparalleled. When a support call or contact is made, they usually have a breathing human being available to answer the call, but at the very worst, they return the call within a very short time to address the issues. Because they remotely accessed our computers, they usually fixed whatever issue was bothering us while we were on the phone. Not every problem is one which can be addressed in that fashion because hardware failures sometimes require replacement of the failed part. In those cases, they make arrangements for the delivery of the parts and make the necessary repairs with all deliberate speed.When I arrived in my new position with another entity and realized there was a serious need for IT support, the only third-party that even came to my mind was ModoNetworks. They have once again exceeded my expectations. If you are thinking about switching providers, if you do not put ModoNetworks at the top of your list, based on my experience, you will be making a terrible mistake.As icing on the IT cake, Mark, Roger, and the rest of the folks at Modo are great people. I have never thought for a nano-second that they were trying to get one over on me. They are welcome at my dinner table any time.
