I love how quick and thorough Dr. Saakova was with my eye exam. The rest of the team Donna, Zulema, Randy & Dom were all nice and professional as well. Will definitely recommend all my family and friends to come here!

Had my vision checked today, being that I am a Type 1 Diabetic at 48 years of age who was concerned about my vision. Both Leslie and Dominic handled the testing with care and explained each procedure. Very comfortable office and I will be returning when needed. The woman I booked the appointment with was super confused when I was booking. I told her I wanted a 3:50 appointment & she said they didnt have any. I said I was looking on the website & they did. She then was like oh okay Ill book it for you. I even confirmed 3 or 4 times that it was for 3:50, even saying each of the numbers to make sure. She confirmed 3:50 several times. I gave her all of my insurance information and my moms information since she is the policy holder. Well fast forward to being on my way to the 3:50 appointment & someone from the office calls to say I missed my 3:15 appointment. I explained that I talked to someone earlier and confirmed numerous times for a 3:50 appointment, the woman on the phone was super nice and made sure to get me seen at 3:50. I get to the appointment and the first woman I talked to didnt actually input my insurance information or my moms information. Luckily everyone at the office was super friendly though, which made up for my experience with the very first woman I booked with. A woman named Donna helped me out a majority of the time & she was great! The doctor was also super helpful. Will definitely return here

Every time I come to and get my Eye Exam everybody always makes it so comfortable with the process. Dominic at the front desk makes you feel very welcomed! Including the rest of the staff. You can’t go wrong here! You’ll be in and out in no time

Zulema and Madina were wonderful, they got me in & out promptly and had a great energy about them.

Eyes Now provided me with an eye exam, to assist with my prescription glasses need. The doctor was very polite and comfortable, and I felt very listened to during the exam. Zulema and Jade, office administrators at the front desk, were patient as we evaluated different payment options (general insurance, versus vision insurance, etc.) and also displayed excellent memories, recalling key information from past conversations.

Had a nice experience walking in and getting an appointment within 10 minutes, which was awesome. Appointment was smooth and quick, and at the end was given extra contacts to try out since I was going out of town. Madina took really good care of me even though she had people checking in and out while helping me. Overall very pleasant and would recommend! Also nice that it’s in Northpark so if you have a walk in and need to wait there’s stores to walk around to.

I brought my family here few days ago and we were all pleased with the exceptional care provided by Dominic. It was our daughters first eye exam and we loved how he was able to instantly connect with us AND with our daughter. He made her feel like she was at home. With her being autistic, we were nervous bringing her in as she does not do well with strangers but by the end of the visit, she wanted to go back again to talk to Dominic. The doctor was very kind and friendly as well. Everyone took care of us like we were a family member.

Booking process was super easy online, once you arrive to the office they have you check-in on the iPad and call you to the office once they’re ready for you! Zulema was very helpful and answered any questions I had about the exam, the doctor was very professional and attentive, though he was wearing a mask I know there was a sweet smile underneath! Charlie was great. She was super informative and answered any question that I had. She made the eye testing process quick and seamless.

Associate Zulema was very friendly explained the process and answered all questions I asked during the intial part of the exam. We shared a few good laughs over causal conversation, shes a funny lady!

Honestly I was surprised with the wonderful service I received from the staff and the Eye Doctor. They did text me prior to appointment, ran through the eye test procedures and gave me the lens that best suits my needs. Awesome service by Jocelyn at the reception!!!

EYES NOW in North Park Center is not only convenient but is the most professionally operated eye care center I’ve encountered. I intend to use this group for all my future optometry needs and highly recommend them.

Excellent experience with this practice! I have been getting my eye exams here for many years. It is easy to get an appointment quickly. The staff are personable and professional. Today’s exam was one of the most thorough I have ever received! Plan to schedule with Dr. Babin next year. He really listens to your concerns and takes the time to explain what he sees on exam.

Eye doctor is awesome. I had been wearing a pair of bifocal contacts since my last exam a year ago that I just wasnt happy with. Doc put me in a great new set of bifocals that actually work. Great place to go, staff is fast, professional and very courteous and the doctor is awesome.

This was my best experience with an eye doctor in the last 25 years. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a concern that I was experiencing a condition that is a risk associated with an underlying disease I have. The doctor did a complete and thorough examination and determined my symptoms were related to dry eyes and not any disease. She explained exactly what to expect if I did, at some point, have the problem I was concerned about. She went over the pictures of my eyes and referred me to a cataract doctor for further examination. All in all a great experience.

Staff and doctor were all very friendly and professional. Dr. Saakova was very willing to answer a few biology questions, which I appreciate a lot.

Excellent service. I was unable to see two patients with medical eye issues on Christmas eve. I call Dallas Eyes Now and asked them if they could work two patients in who were experiencing eye pain. Without hesitation, Randy at the front desk said yes and called those patients to work them in. I am very grateful to have colleagues in Optometry who were willing to help provide emergency eye care to two needy patients.

Great experience start to finish! I love that they text you forms to complete before along with a video with instructions on how to get to the office. The staff is polite and efficient—I especially liked that Dr. Saakova double checked my vision to make sure a change in my prescription was accurate.

I have scheduled an appointment with Dr Lilit saakova but front desk people made me visit another doctor. The examination was completely basic and additionally they will ask you to do retina exam at amount of $39.99 copay on insurance additionally (which is completely unnecessary in my opinion and can be done by doctor, they blame COVID and make you pay this additional fee for this examination).Overall in my opinion and experience visit a bigger eye clinic with more facilities (like Carter eye center).

Poor scheduling. I showed up earlier in the day and they told me they had an opening for later in the day and I booked it. I was working in the mall so I planned my lunch break around the appointment cause the person working the desk said it would take 20 mins. 45 mins later. I wasn’t even able to see the doctor cause he was so busy with walkins I had to leave because I couldn’t be late back to work. I really just don’t understand the point of asking people to make appointments if you’re gonna prioritize walkins anyways.UPDATE: After not even getting to see the doctor and making an appointment for the following morning where I was told I would just see the doctor because I completed the preliminaries the day before, they again had me in the waiting area for 30 mins stating that they had a lot of appointments. So they’re either over booking appointments or claiming that walk ins are appointments. I called to make sure they would not bill my insurance and she tried to get me to come back but I am done with them. I’d rather pay more out of pocket for an eye doctor that actually honors their appointments.

The location at North Park Mall and availability of appointments is the reason to choose this office. Staff is friendly, professional and efficient and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Will be going every year.

Dr. Saakova has a nice office with up to date technology. Very professional and knowledgeable, she explains everything to you and makes you feel confident in your new prescription.
