I make an he drive just to come get an elotes! I don’t the lady with everything except lime sauce! She goes to make it and puts lime juice! I tell her oh no no lime and she argues with me that I said lime. Then goes to make another and doesn’t put hot sauce in it! Didn’t feel comfortable asking her for anything else with the attitude she had! Really disgusted I wasn’t my time and day off for this type of service! Smh

Whatever you do DO NOT get the subscription car wash service! they will keep charging your card after you cancel! I called several times and even went in person to let them know I cancelled this and they kept charging me. I even got a new card and now unfortunately I have to close my credit card because they still were able to charge me!!

Pretty good coffee too, staff at gas station are nice and attentive.Tacos at fuel city were a disappointment, tortilla smells strongly like the chemicals commonly used to preserve perishables, it was gross.Not worth the $2.25 per taco, they’re mini tacos, and only take cash; Well, the $3.50 the atm charged my card was supposed to be used for your tip.Bottom line, good place for a pit stop, but skip the tacos you’ll be glad you did.

Convenient location however, the taco stand charges you double for extra meat even though the other fuel City only charges a little more for extra meat and then on top of that they gave me tacos that did not have extra meat on it.Also they were mixing bleach and ammonia in the mens room and the bleach smell was so overpowering I couldnt even use it.I guess from now on I stick to just purchasing gas and using the car wash. Do not bother going inside the store.

This place was recommended. We waited an additional 45 minutes past ordering our food because the staff lost our order. We watched multiple people who ordered after us get their food before we got ours. When we asked about our order, we were told that it would be a minute. Not sure why. Then we received the wrong order. The food was good and hot but nothing special. The wait made it less special. Good for a late night bite. We received no partial refund, additional food or anything for the wait.

Was in Downtown Dallas 2 weeks ago and decided to stop for a wash. I got the wash and tire package and there was a bit of a wait but it was ok. During the wash, my driver side mirror got twisted around by the brush and came loose and hung off. I stopped to speak to the attendant immediately coming out of the tunnel and he forwarded me to his manager Joe. He stated that my car was over 5 years old and they didnt cover it and stated that it might have had previous damage which it didnt before I went through the tunnel. I asked him to fill out a report and have the manager call me and he stated shed reach out within 48 hours. It has been two weeks since then and I have attempted to call without answer. This resulted in a $100 out of pocket expense for a $20 wash and the sad part is there was not even a call as expected. Never going back strictly from a lack of communication skills. Their service is overpriced especially as it only covers outside washes mostly. On the other hand, the attendant was nice and even took the time to make sure everything else was fine.

I was there at 2:47 am to get 7 chicken fajitas on flour and 3 beef fajitas on corn. NOTHING DIFFERENT..SHE CHARGED ME 40.00. I always come here, so I ask for a receipt...AND SHE GAVE IT TO ME AND SAW, THAT SHE OVER CHARGED ME....I HAVE MET THE NICE OWNER, AND THIS IS NOT OK.SHE HAS TO NO..THEY ARE STEALING MONEY!!! And when I ask for my refund, the cooks came to the window upset as well...PLEASE, LOOK INTO THIS!!!!

Fuel City - Cedar Hill, One might have to wait a little while to make changes to monthly billing, that’s ok due to the friendly professional staff. They are ALWAYS polite and a pleasure to interact with even though they are always busy. I guess because of the quality and high standards they exhibit.

The quality and flavor of the food is not what it use to be. I would easily vote for Fuel City before as one of the best taco places in Dallas but not anymore. The fajitas use to be fresh from a well seasoned grill, the picadillo and barbacoa were just as good. Now even the tortillas feel & taste like they just left the package, not even soft. It was good & thats why it had to change like always. :(

BEWARE when purchasing a recurring monthly car wash pass from them.I was advised by an employee to call the number listed on the receipt to cancel my subscription by requesting the Car Wash Manager. Calls go unanswered, and the one time they’ve picked up, this is how the conversation went:“Hi, I’d like to speak to the Car Wash Manager per what a car wash attendant advised.”“ Oh... he’s not in currently.”“Okay no worries, do you know when he’d be in so I can cancel my subscription?”“... no.”I’ve been intermittently trying to cancel for over a month now. I’m going to contact my bank to do a stop-pay or get a whole new card because I feel like they purposefully make the cancellation process tedious.I’ve had no issues with the washes themselves, (they really need a Fast Pass only lane though.) but this cancellation is a 0/10 experience.

Was excited to try fuel city tacos- ive tried different taco spots all around the city and never have bit into a taco and was thrown off at the lack of flavor and the charred taste of the meat. Additionally- the daiquiris taste like cough syrup. My spouse agrees. Bachman lake tacos down the street is my recommendation!

I had been to Dallas, I had had tacos, but never these, and never so good. My friends and I flew in late to Dallas. My friends cousin picked us up and he said, “who wants some gas station tacos?” We said sounds good to us, not expecting much.We arrived, placed our order and checked out the store as we waited. My first bite brought such a smile to my face. I scarfed then down and ordered a few more.I made sure to visit at least once more before I left Dallas.

My first experience with Fuel City was the Picadillio at the South Dallas location. 👍!! The taste was awesome. About 2 years later I decided to try it again at the Mesquite location. 👎!! My Picadillo was so super sloppy. I couldnt even pick it up. It was falling apart. I simply told her twice, no onion I felt like she didnt care, it was super loaded with onions. Mesquite location left a bad taste in my mouth.

Wow, this place has gone down hill. Used to be clean and organized. Bow it is disaster, went to bathroom and could bot even walk in. What a shame….

Ive heard about this place for quite some time but this was my first time and it did not disappoint. The tacos were awesome, but my little complaint was they were small. Nevertheless, they tasted great! A heads up, they only take cash at the taco place. Theres a sit-down area right outside where we sat down and chowed our tacos. The restrooms were good for a busy place.

The tacos are good but the burritos are GREAT. If you like some spice definitely get a roasted jalapeño or 2.

I ordered the beef burrito. It was amazing. It was like $6 and I couldn’t eat the entire burrito.

Excellent service and delicious food. Only issue was it was cash only and I had to use the ATM inside to pay. Other than that it is a must on my stops through Dallas!

Most people are usually pretty skeptical about gas station tacos...but if you dont step outside your comfort zone for these tacos youre missing out on life...I prefer corn tortillas to flour, the flavor is so different...but its good all the same...you can also try their elotes which is a different line to order from...again, bring a mask, and practice social distancing...better safe than sorry...there are lines but it moves pretty quickly...

Nothing fancy ....just good tacos!! Don’t come here for ambiance or gourmet tacos. It’s street tacos out of a taco window. But there is something unique about the experience if you like street food. The tacos and food and flavorful. They only accept cash so make sure you got your bills in order.

The best elotes (corn in a cup) in Dallas! The tacos are good, but not the best in Dallas. They have a wide variety of snacks and drinks (including Mexican sodas). If visiting Dallas, you have to visit fuel city for some tacos and elotes!

Definitely NOT the best street tacos I have had, and the corn was a HUGE disappointment. If I wanted canned corn with Mayo, I could have made my own for less than $4. Worst of all, NOT one person working there was welcoming or friendly. There were three people in my party, and we all thought the employees were rude; kindness goes a long way. We will NEVER return!!!

I often stop by on Sunday evenings and I have purchased the same item for years the 2 oz corn in the cup. It went from $1.00 now $4.00 I Googled inflation cost for corn 🌽 nothing massive. I am bothered that you are increasing prices drastically not by a few cent but on a dollar average. I do understand nothing last for ever. There are some people unemployed during the pandemic be mindful of this.People please pay attention to the price increase.....😒😒

There was a line when I visited and a little wait time, but there was a shaded picnic area where you could wait. The prices were fair though they only except cash, no cards or digital money transfer services.The food was excellent! And filling. There is an area by the car wash where animals live. You can pet them but not feed them. There were Long Horns, donkies and a Zonkie😂I had a fun eating here and petting the animals.

Long wait in line, asked for no onions. Tacos were xtra loaded with onions. Ordered pizza had to go in and get it and it still wasn’t ready yet it was cold when I received it. No empathy or apology. Ran by teenagers, food not cooked with love everything was a rush and tasted horrible. $30 waste of money and time.

I recently moved to grand prairie. Was hungry late night just the day I moved and somehow came here for dinner. Oh my my! The best burrito bowl I’ve ever had in my life. The meat has an exotic flavour and they use abundant amount of cheese on it. This place is a must. Try the bowls and thank me later.

I am personally not a fan of Mexican cuisine. This place made me fell love with burrito bowls. I follow KETO and this is one of my most favourite Keto Friendly place. Take out the rice, beans and sour cream and you’re good to go! 10/10 💯

Service window is slow.. its 36 degrees outside and they wouldnt take my to go order in a pandemic.. there really isnt a line.. just a bunch of people standing around... sat outside in that weather waiting in them to open the window for at least 5 min..then went to my car called and showed them im in the parking lot and they still would not take the order.. . sad.. try and support certain businesses and they always fail me

Great dive sketchy gas station but AWESOME tacos and elote cart. They got beef fajita, chicken fajita, ground beef, pastor, and barbacoa taco/burrito/quesadilla. CASH ONLY. Fun spot to just kick it. Oh and a gas station and a convenience store inside with all the drinks and sodas you can buy.

Tacos are definitely overpriced. Not bad but honestly it’s a drunk taco spot at best. If you want similar quality also look into some taco spots in the northwest highway area. Birriera aguinaga is also open 24/7 and is $1.25 a taco, a good alternative

Best street tacos in Dallas period. The beef fajita tacos with everything standard are just the right amount of spicy with the red sauce. The only negative thing that could be said is that you will smell like tacos when you finish eating them, no getting away from it! Highly recommend above any other street taco I have ever had. This could actually be a nice store however cashier by the name on receipt of April has the attitude of a pig in a pageant. She also has a total lack of customer service skills. Her coworkers looked ashamed of being affiliated with someone that was such a HUNT ( replace that H with a big ole C) you get the pic. Who ever does the hiring needs to be fired or at least told to check up on who they place in the store to represent.

Just know I will never ever come here again. The service sucks !

The detail and car cleaning service is exceptional. Make sure to tip them well! Im a regular and they always take a good while on my car and leave it looking brand new.

Fuel city is THE BOMB. If I had to choose my favorite gas station, my favorite taco shop, and favorite car wash, well the car was and gas station wouldnt be this, but the TACOS would definitely be! Everything is surprisingly clean and nice inside, and the people are not really sketchy, which was another shock for me. If your nearby, pick up a taco, get some gas, and eat a taco, this place is awesome!

Tacos were good and flavorful but the Mexican corn was not good for me and I tried one without sour cream and with sour cream. You can’t knock it though until you try it.

Must visit when in Dallas, the only gas station where you can see a zoo of animals, get a full car detail, eat breakfast, lunch or dinner on the patio, catch a full band in concert and take a dip in the pool.Must try the street tacos and corn in a cup!

Amazing prices for car wash. Great for seeing old classic cars. Sells amazing food. Always great customer service. Store has statues of big animals so kids can see and be entertained. Sells things other stores don’t sell. Also had huge longhorns behind a fence but my son loves to watch. Hands down best car wash ever!!!

I have the fast pass and its not worth it the lines are always long and never moving some of the workers dont even know how to clean the cars I always go and end up having to reclean my vehicle not only that but there vacuums never work I constantly have to move to another spot and it still doesnt work Im tired of this because its every time I come

Some of the best street tacos around, and plenty of food for a low price. Plus if you go at the right time, they have longhorn cattle hanging out nearby! Great for midday food or a (very) late dinner. Plus, the tacos once cured my hiccups (no joke).

Avoid this place at all possible. It has really gone down hill since I was last there just a month ago. Multiple pumps out of order, some just outright missing their hoses. The “water” for cleaning windshields is filthy, it looks like it was mixed with milk. There are insane homeless and degenerate people walking all over. Some are clearly psychotic, and that’s my professional opinion as a paramedic who deals with psych patients all the time. It is the WORST part of Dallas. If you’re at this location there is a good chance you’re in danger. Don’t stop here unless you absolutely have to, and then only put enough fuel in your car to make it to the next gas station. If you’re there any longer than two minutes the psychotics will come up rambling about crazy stuff and begging for money. It’s only a matter of time before they start attacking people to get it.

The new one is Cedar Hill TX is great! Great tacos good prices on gas but the CAR WASH has been lame. If the person prepping the car with the sprayer would concentrate on under the doors and the back of the car it would probably solve the problem.

$6 car wash, petting pen where you can pet donkeys, elotes, and $2 tacos. This place rocks.

I’ve eaten here 4 times, and every single time, it’s delicious! We usually only get tacos (barbacoa and pastor), but recently tried their quesadillas and burritos; they were just as good. The quesadillas aren’t overly cheesy and have the right amount of cheese to help melt everything inside together. The burrito (we got pastor) has a nice kick and was large in size. Please try this place out if you’re ever close to downtown, and remember that it’s CASH ONLY!

My other half kept raving about the tacos 🌮 he couldn’t leave without going there. I’m not a big taco lover but I was extremely impressed. Great taste, great flavor was disappointed that I only ordered one. We were also able to order corn. It was way too spicy for me but it was really good. I must go back!

Great tacos and wow what a stellar car wash! Will be back to Fuel City when hungry for fresh corn tortillas, spicy hot sauce and tender barbacoa. Dig the onions and fresh limes too. The car wash was FAST and still an incredible value. Stop in when you can!
