We have a historic district home. and thought soapstone would be the way to go for our new countertops. Looking at websites for countertop fabricators, the DFW Granite website had all the information we needed - what the process is, what to do, even helped us look at all the soapstone available now in inventories. So they were the first company we called with questions.The person who answered the phone was so phenomenally helpful and sharp (We have worked with the same crew for years, we have our own plumber you pay directly for a moderate fee...) that once we determined the estimate was fair (good, actually) we went ahead with them, and are very happy we did.At the initial visit for measuring and preparation by the owner of the company I was told that she is present at all installs! Also she went to a lot of trouble to tell me potential glitches and things I would have to deal with later (nothing is square, of course, its a 100 year old house). The install group, the person in the office, all have worked together for years, and it showed.The result is better than I ever expected and such a delightful upgrade to our life. Besides being beautiful and never having to worry about where I set a hot pot down, the soapstone is warm for stone and the colors are beautiful.

DFW Grantie did a splendid work in transforming my kitchen. The process is very well defined and detailed at every stage: starting with Shirley on explaining how to take current measurements for a rough estimate to Michele coming for a final detailed measurement and suggesting some cool tips. The core team of Mario and Juan do such a awesome work (specially matching the seams). They are very punctual and come on time. Highly recommended for your kitchen countertops and backsplash needs.

Working with dfw granite was great from the get go. The old counter removal and granite install was quick, the under mount sink looks awesome, and they will even install a subway tile backsplash if you need. Highly recommend.

DFW Granite did an amazing job in my kitchen! They cut down a bar, removed stone, and replaced my counters all in three hours! They cleaned everything up and didn’t leave a mess. Not to mention my counters look FABULOUS!

They were very patient and worked with me to obtain the right quartz color and design and helped me decide on best fit for my kitchen.Excellent craftsmanship and professional installation. Michele and her team did a great job fabricating and installing our new countertops! The whole process was really easy and they did everything in such a timely manner with great attention to detail. Michele you even worked with me on getting a remenant piece for my coffee bar when my original slab wasn’t big enough. Her team took out all the old backsplash in the kitchen and hauled away all the debris so we didn’t have to worry about it! I would 100% recommend them for your countertop needs!

Michele is super knowledgeable for what she does. We are extremely pleased with her details level of work. She acts like she is remodeling her own kitchen. Michele and her team did a fantastic job on my kitchen counter tops and back splash. They are such a wonderful team, from Michele as lead contact to Shirley following up with me every step of the way. They even pulled a rabbit out of the hat and secured a granite viewing on Saturday just an hour before the warehouse closed. Mario and Jr were amazing to watch as they installed the granite on the counter tops and island. The slabs we needed were incredibly large and heavy, but the guys were certainly up for the task of getting it brought in and installed expertly. Juan did a perfect job installing our prized back splash and took great care to ensure no detail was overlooked. I cant say enough about this company and the team. We couldn’t be happier with how our countertops turned out and are so thankful for the DFW Granite team! Shirley handled all beginning stages, arranged for me to pick out my slab, and constantly checked in and made sure I knew what next steps were. My kitchen was difficult because our walls and cabinets were not installed straight or level from previous owners’ remodels, so Michele had the difficult task of measuring and making sure the countertops would fit just right. She was incredibly detailed and thorough, double measured everything, and walked me through the process and provided a ton of helpful information along the way. The day of install Michele was there guiding and helping her team the entire time to make sure everything was perfect. The countertops were cut and installed perfectly and turned out beautiful. Also, we had a smaller budget and they were very mindful of that, detailed the cost of everything up front, and the overall cost was much better than the other fabricators we received bids from. Super happy with the overall process and end result!

DFW Granite, (DFW), is exceptional from their super communication, quick response, professionalism, cleanliness, and finished project. As a retired contractor I can tell when a company meets a very high standard of quality. In mid May my wife and I met with Michele, the owner of DFW. From the start we were impressed with her knowledge and understanding of our requirements. We were interested in having all of the existing dark granite counters replaced with Quartz. We were given several Quartz suppliers to investigate various selections. We selected MSI and we are very pleased that we did. DFW set up a meeting with Mayra of MSI and we picked the slabs of Quartz we would purchase. She helped us with color based on our current cabinetry. She was terrific and very knowledgeable. DFW measured and we soon received a quote for the project consisting of an L-shaped kitchen counter, large island, back splashes, two home entry recessed shelves, master bath and guest bath counters. We agreed on the very reasonable contract price and then DFW cut the Quartz in their shop. Michele of DFW set a date for installation and installation began. The installers were all very professional and handled a very difficult install with incredible workmanship. Michele was there the entire time and was available to her installers and us for any help or questions. By the end of the day all of the old granite was removed and the new Quartz was installed. The cuts, finishes and cleanup were perfect. All in all, this was a very good experience and we are very pleased. I am not a big review person but in this case I am compelled to let others know about DFW and how exceptional they are in all areas of their process.

I recently had two granite bathroom countertops install with DFW Granite. Michele and Shirley were great to work with. From the initial request for a bid until thru the installation of the countertops, sinks and faucets, they were quick to respond to any of my questions and concerns during each phase of the process. The installation of both counters and sinks took all about 3 hours. Michele was onsite the entire time. The plumber arrived the next day, installed the sinks and the project was complete – and all done at a great price. Couldn’t be happier with the final results and plan on working with them again in the future…

Michelle at DFW Granite had done our kitchen 10 years ago and did a great job. It was a large job that required 2 slabs, plus a back splash. We wanted to put granite in 2 smaller bathrooms this year, and remembering the earlier good experience, reached out to her fully expecting to be told this job was too small. However, Michelle said she would be happy to do it and recommended remnants to keep the cost down and reduce wasted stone. Though the job was only around $1500, Michelle met us at the stone yard to help us pick the stone, then came to our home a few days later to measure and then returned for the install. I think this level of service today for such a small job is unprecedented. I highly recommend Michelle and her company DFW Granite

Excellent work & service.

We hired DFW Granite for our countertop project. From start to finish the project went very smooth and on-time. Michele provided a turn key solution for our kitchen remodeling project and all we had to do was to pick the granite slab and like one of the backsplash design. Her staffs and crews were all very skillful and professional.We have done few improvement projects and Michele is by far the best we have worked with. She is expert at what she does and when she says DFW Granite has the edge on granite, I can tell from my experience that she indeed have an edge on granite. When she first came to give us an estimate, she not only took time to understand and gave us the very competitive quote, she also explained various aspects in detail and set our expectations right so there were be no surprises later. We received 4 bids in total and no one were even close to competitiveness and professionalism. Most bidders just came to measure the countertops and left and some asked the measurement on phone.As soon as we finalized DFW Granite for our project, they sent us to pick the Granite Slab and asked to take the picture of selected slab. They gave us two shops and there were 100s of granite slabs to choose from. Once we liked the Granite slab and put it on hold, Michele immediately scheduled a final measurement date and provided with how to prepare documents. For each of the steps, we received a detailed email from Shirley about what to expect from the process and how to prepare.On the installation date, two strong man came to remove the existing countertop and install the new granite one. I realize now that the crew not only had to be physically strong so they could handle the heavy granite pieces, they also had to be highly trained and skillful so they could perfectly install and align the granite. They brought machinaries on-site so they could adjust the alignment if necessary and cut the cooktop hole.After the granite was installed, Tile professional was scheduled for next day. Michele showed us various backsplash designs (she has 100s of pictures of completed job on her computer !) and advised us on various options. Tile guy did an amazing job doing our backsplash and we are very happy with how it looks now. Once everything was done, Michele came to check the work. She fixed all electrical outlets and sealed the grout and explained us about how to care the new granite countertops. Her staff Shirley followed up later with a detailed email about care instructions later.It was a coordinated effort amongst Michele, her staff Shirley, electrician, plumber and the tile guy. Michele arranged and scheduled everything in a very coordinated fashion and the execution was flawless. She made sure she was there to guide and check each part of the job. All in all we are happy with our new countertops and are glad that we picked DFW Granite over the competitors.We would highly recommend her for your next remodeling project. You need to at least give her a chance to discuss your project.
