The worst restaurant probably in Dallas-Fort area.. I ordered turkey egg and cheese and what they serve me first was, gressy bread supposed to be toasted, fried egg and cold turkey. This is how you get sick with food poison, and this is the right place to get in trouble. I went back and asked them to give me what I ordered, what he did was he throw the same sandwich in the microwave and gave me to eat. What I did was I left the sandwich on the counter and left.I will report this restaurant to the city before someone gets sick.

Place is not clean. The coffee “bar” only has one type of sugar and one type of powder creamer which are both cheap, these are not individually packaged so everyone that gets coffee touches the same handle. No hand sanitizer!! Definitely not following CDC requirements (Pandemic) . Donuts are not fresh and coffee tastes old/burnt. Donuts are overpriced for quality.

Cool donut selection. The couple that own the shop are incredibly nice and eager to please. I went in to pick up donuts and coffee for a business meeting and when they learned I couldnt eat any donuts due to a low carb diet they made some bacon and eggs for me at no charge.

Please be aware that the place do not open at 5 A.MI went there today 8/19 at 4:50 A.M and waited until 5:10 and the place was not open. There was a delivery guy waiting there also. I had to leave or I would be late for work. I will give a 3 Stars.

Went here for the first time today and I wasn’t disappointed at all! Tried the cream filled donut, lemon filled, raspberry filled, plain glazed, chocolate and blueberry donut! All of them were delicious..light and fluffy! The owner gave us 3 chocolate donuts for free! The couple running the place were so sweet! Can’t wait to go back again!!

Our office orders Suzys Donuts through DoorDash often. Out of all the times weve ordered, I believe weve only had one issue where our order wasnt correct but it was fine! They are awesome and quick!There was been a couple of times where what I order isnt stock and they sub for something else (which is totally fine) but the BEST thing is THEY LEAVE LITTLE MESSAGES on a napkin or a baggy. Its those details that are awesome and makes their customer serves exceptional.Thank you guys!Blanca

Ordered from Suzys donuts through door dash and it was very disappointing, not only I was overcharged for a dozen donuts, paid $17 dollars, I ordered half glazed and half chocolate, and ended up getting a dozen of mixed donuts that we dont even like, I mean seriously, how hard is it to put 6 glaze n 6 chocolate donuts in a box!! And for $17 dollars, trash

I ordered from these fine people one dreary Sunday afternoon, it was sunny outside but inside there was a grey fog that hung upon my head. I decided, Im hungry! My boyfriend and I were like Uber eats it is... we stumbled upon an image of a donut sandwich and thus history was written. After taking my first glorious bite into your sandwich I could hear the hallelujah chorus as the angels spread their wings, and visions of sugar plums danced in my head; because THIS WAS NO ORDINARY BREAKFAST SANDWICH. I love you Suzy! I love this creation! I love fluffy cheesy goodness! I love the crisp of the donut as you chew into this masterpiece of a sandwich!In all reality this place rocks!!!!!

Delicious is the word that I would use. I have had their croissants, eclairs and donuts my wife and I were very pleased. The owner is very friendly and always helpful. Try them, you will love them.

Service is fast and I usually spend less than 3 minutes in there. I’m only giving them 4 stars because one time I went and there were no glazed donuts to buy. Since I didn’t want to walk out empty handed I got a couple of donuts that were available. Good customer service and will definitely go back in the future.

Love their sausage egg and cheese sandwich on toast!! I typically get it delivered and even then, my egg is over medium. Perfectly warm. And the donuts are light and fluffy. So amazing!!!

Whenever I come to Suzy Donuts, the donuts are always better than the last time I came. The staff is also extremely nice and sometimes gives a little extra. They have a wide selection of donuts, but my favorite donuts were the White Iced Cake and the Blueberry Cake.

The croissant are crispy and the cheese are melting when I ordered. They are the best sandwiches I ever had! The last time I ordered I had a blueberry donut and a cheese kolache. My mouth was melting it was so good! If you like this stuff I would really recommend it.

In a word, aweful. Apple fritter and cinnamon roll were cold and old. Everything tastes like it was made from premade and frozen. The icing is gross and the croissants are tough. I ordered from door dash and the first order i got was somone elses. I tried 5 times calling but nobody answers. You would be better off going to a cheap gas station and buying day old doughnuts then getting anything from here.

Suzy Donuts is a very friendly and convenient neighborhood shop that me and my family enjoy visiting. The delicious food and donuts are truly a treat for us before school and work on occasions. I love this place. Never been there, but ordered from Uber Eats a bunch of times. The food is made like your momma would make it for you. They dont skimp on the bacon for the breakfast sandwiches, and they cook it properly - not underdone or burnt. The kolaches are good, too. Im not much for donuts, but I love the little glazed donut holes theyve thrown in for free.

The owners are pretty awesome. They are very kind and they offered me free donuts since it was my first time at that place. The Donuts were very tasty and my office colleagues like it!!Would definitely recommend this place.

Went to Donut Palace first at 9:30am and they were unappologeticly out of donuts. Drove over to Suzy and they were kind and had great donuts and kolache! Worth the extra distance for the trip.

The ham and cheese croissant and the donut holes are really good.

Their donut sandwich is illegal at worst, almost bit my fingers eating it! Their attention to detail is second to none when placing multiple item orders. And their donuts had officially set a new standard in my book compared to others around the DFW area. Keep it up!

The donut shop staff is very friendly and sweet, and I love the free gifts they give me. The pigs in a blanket here are very good. I guess it is the best in the town.

They were friendly I agree but their donuts are made the day before.. and reheated in the microwave.. and no glazed or donut holes ready.. my donuts were cold until I asked for them to hear them up

Nice little donut shop on the edge of Las Colinas in Arlington/Dallas. People are friendly and variety of donuts are great. Kolaches also available here. Works like a King Donuts with the free donut holes with higher dollar purchases...

Suzys donuts are still without a doubt the best donuts around the Royal ln/Korean area! I popped in for a quick visit today since Im always running behind. With that being said, let me tell you about my visit...When you first walk in suzy greets you with a wonderful smile, she remembers every single one of her customers. I hope thats her name. Ive been coming here for years and it would be horrific if that wasnt her name. (LOL)She has a warm attitude, something about her is always very inviting, she really is sweet!I got a strawberry donut which has always been my favorite and a jalapeño kolache! The donut was as always, perfect! Just the right amount of sweetness. The kolache was also perfect in its own way, the right amount of spice to go with the delicious dough its wrapped in. The sausage melts in your mouth.It seems like theyve upgraded the store quite a bit, they have a new fancy coffee machine with a lot of toppings, and a lot of more drinks in the fridge! They also have a bigger burrito menu! Her burritos are amazing!!!! This time I didnt have time for one but I would 100 perfect recommend. It seems they have also added a bunch of different burritos to the menu! I will certainly be back as always, but next time with a lot more time.Thanks suzy for always making my visit wonderful!

** DO NOT EAT HERE- FOOD GETS SERVED WITH FLIES**I went in to pick up my order, and the lady was still preparing it so I was looking at the donuts they have set out and the croissants had a few flies on them. I told the very RUDE lady at the front that their croissants had flies in them, she acted like she was taking them out, but as soon as I turned around she put those same croissants back into the case.I can only imagine how they cook the food they serve and how unsanitary it probably is.Do NOT go here, unless you want flies in your food and rude customer service.
