Busy place. Very helpful. Parking for truck and trailer. Access from frontage road, West bound but simple enough. Gated, so check hours of operation before you go as may have changed due to covid. Masks strongly recommend as it is a very busy place. Staff is efficient, respectful, professional. Got what I needed and more, was able to return what I didnt need (thankfully). Convenient to area truck service centers.Thanks for taking some of the sting out of an otherwise challenging afternoon.
We took one of our trucks there on Thursday and were told that they wouldnt get to diagnose it until Friday. We called Friday they said that they will get to it Saturday. Today is Monday and they told us that they will get to the truck on Tuesday. Very unprofessional service. Literally taking 5 days to just inspect the truck. We are being forced to pull the truck without any repairs. Huge time waster, definitely not recommending. (Better check other shops in the area)
If I could give negative stars I would. Had 1 of our trucks over a month, charged nearly $9000 and within 10 miles of leaving had same issue come up on truck. Also another of our trucks had air leak which we was charged for but was still not fixed. Very poor service staff communication. Given false information, ready/pickup times. This has to be the worse Volvo repair place for my 2016 Volvo EVER..... avoid this place if you can and go elsewhere. Its all about how much $$$ they can squeeze out of you before you actually speak up.
I have been trading with the i-20 Bruckner location for about 5 years. All of the service writers know me by name when I go in. It feels like family. Without exception I have always been treated with the highest level of professionalism. Each and every time I visit, I know in advance what I am going to spend and how long it will take. I have never been disappointed and highly recommend them.

Bad service long time to look in your truck 3 times and every time my truck stays with them for two or three days and they call me and tell me that your truck is ready, the defect has been fixed and I pay them the repair bill. Then they said leave it and check it. They called me. They said pay us. The fault was fixed. This is late at night. I took the truck and the same defect is present.
I like bruckners chain of dealerships however this people are just simply thief’s .Took my truck to get the radiator replaced after 5hours they telling me they don’t have the parts however I have to pay them 2 hours for doing nothing, they didn’t eve open the hood do your self a favor and go to Irving location
Only helpful when you take your truck to them and they get to charge you. I bought a part from them to do some work on my own truck. They were happy to sell me the part, but “aren’t allowed to give me the torque specs”. When this rear ended comes lose on the highway I’ll be sure to tell the dot for ya!
I came Friday computer was down they couldn’t hook it up to the truck to see what the engine fault sign was for then came back Monday still no computer it’s sad we pay close to 4000 a month payments and they don’t even carry extra computers

Im give them 3 stars but few of the ppl working here are friendly but lets be honest there are some mfers that steal out these trucks every chance they get.Its not even that big of a deal what was stolen just a led Jason hockey mask but the fact that someone goes thru another person truck like a scavenger is very low.
I gave them my truck on may 14th to fix oil leak.they told me it will take one week to get fix.I said ok and flight to my home.when I go back after one week they don’t started even.I asked them why?they said we don’t have the part no body contact me about that.I bought the parts from other place.took 5 days to get fix again.I stayed in hotel and used Uber to go there every morning and evening.finally they told me done and I paid almost $5000.but when I go to my truck no moving only 5 miles per hour.I took to other mechanic.the mechanic told me they make a mess the DEF line.I don’t recommend any one to go this place.
Dont bring your truck here unless you have days to be without your truck and you have very deep pockets as this business is here to over charge you at every step
It was the most horrible experience.$$$$$ Very expensive. $ 1,500 for replacement:- Coolant tank;- 2 hoses;- the spindle;- Coolant filter.At the same time the cost of parts $ 477.02Craziness ...For $ 1,500, you have a disgusting work quality, imperfections, loose engine parts, no bolts ... Replace the coolant tank - 4 days!I refused other works:For example, the replacement BRACE FROM THE EXHAUST BRACKET TO THE SIDE OF THE FRAME cost is $ 713.99, include labor $ 584.00 for 4 bolts ... (see pic)I lost all my loads for 4 days, I paid for the hotel 3 nights $ 234, car rent - $ 239. The driver teams food is $ 130 per day and salary. One AMAZING dealership. Andrew the service adviser and the service manager are so helpful that I couldn’t thank them enough. They tested my derate and found the nox sensors were the problem. They were soooo busy and couldn’t repair them till the next day. Unfortunately I would lose my loaded trailer if I had to wait. They heard my concern about losing the load and helped me do the repair same day so I can save that load. Truly amazing people and best customer support I have ever received from any dealership out here. Thank you guys so much for all you do!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I bought my Volvo from here and have brought it in for service multiple times here. Everytime I do, something happens that makes me feel uneasy with their service. I thought that was just my distrust of dealerships until I got serviced at Vanguard. This latest experience was no different. So I left Bruckners to drive 3 hours to get serviced with Vanguard.

Bad service Long time to look in your truck 8 days and I am still waiting for the Pm service and Nox sensor and they are not starting yet every day they said tomorrow they are going to start but they’re not good for the appointment If you like your time don’t drop your truck at this shop.

They were busy the first 2 times I tries to schedule P.M. service for the truck. I had to come back in the morning and they got the P.M. service complete. It took them 4 hours to get me on and serviced.
Awesome people, Wess at the parts department was most helpful, even referred me to a delivery company that got the part and brought it to me, definitely recommend Bruckners Mack and Volvo.

Absolute worst experience for me. I took my truck in for an ac problem. I told them about the blower and it needed to be replaced. My AC was cold, just not blowing towards me. They ran test and the blower was out and they found something else. Long story short, I was there from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Eight and a half hours later I paid $891, the blower is now working but the air no longer blows cold. Next, I’m told that it will cost about $900 more and it would blow cold again, that’s right folks, almost $1800 out the door. Total parts, maybe $300, the blower was only $141. (Is it just me, doesn’t the blower just blow the air out of the vents? Why did it work before and after repairs, it only blows hot. I don’t understand .I just left and was frustrated. That’s what I get for going to the dealer. Never again, a waist of my time and money, still no AC . ( The dealer is only good for new trucks and If you have warranty. ) The labor is $155 per hour. NEVER AGAIN!
The staff is bothered when I try to ask them when my tuck is ready. They won’t give me approximate time my truck will be ready. They don’t tell anything information about my truck. Next time I break down I’m going to a place that has service I’ll drive 10 hours as long I don’t come here again

Parts counter is decent to work with for Volvo trucks. The same company in the Fort Worth location the parts counter is very difficult to work with. Most everything I have needed is not in stock at Fort Worth. Most everything is in stock at Dallas location. For them to transfer a $20 part to Ft Worth from Dallas. Item has to be paid for. You have to FAX them a copy of your ID to use a card over the phone. I stopped using FAX technology 10 yrs or more ago. Anything to make it difficult at Fort Worth. Funny that Dallas has had anything I have needed in stock. I could see if parts were $2000. Or even $200 to pre pay. But come on you cant trust a mans word for $20. ??? You would sell it to someone else even if they didnt pick it up. What happened to GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE? Why not just stock the parts to begin with?
I used to think more highly of this place. A few years ago I would have said I have no doubt they properly knew how to diagnose and service nearly all major issues. Needed computer codes cleared to get a few hundred more miles out of it to get back to home terminal shop. They refused. Awhile back needed codes cleared when I was told they could resume their progress 2 days later. Another shop said they could finish it same day or first thing the next morning. Left a mess because they would not reassemble or clear codes. All these codes Im mentioning are pertaining to the aftertreatment system...multiple visits, same issues, over $65k spent here. Seems like they know EXACTLY what theyre doing... If you catch my drift. AVOID.
I have no idea who works here between the hours of 6:00 PM -12:00 AM but the customer service during these hours are horrible. Called repeatedly only to have someone continuously hang up in my face. Couldnt believe it. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere
From the Service Managers to the Service Techs, this facility is top notch. I am very pleased with the work and the good attitudes that I was greeted with. The servics managers even took me to my truck to explain to me what issues it was having and even went into detail about what wrong and what needed to be done to make it right. The work was done in a timely manner. The appearance of the facility was excellent. It was a very comfortable wait. I am an O/O so I do not have a lot of time to waist sitting at a shop. I will definitely use this shop when I can.

They kept me waiting in line for a while for no reason. They were 3 people sitting and standing around the same customer while I was just waiting for them to serve me.2 of 3 windows were open but nobody wanted to serve me.They are rude and unhelpful.
Once we finally got to the service tech, device went extremely well and quick to get us out. The facility is pet friendly. Drivers lounge is extremely comfortable. Vending machines with snacks and hot foods available. Finally, a HUGE Thank You to Billy, Kevin & the other guys who made a long day bearable.

Such a great first experience with these guys. Our truck threw them for a loop, but they handled it with professionalism. Shout out to Daniel and Buck, for being so helpful, informative, and understanding, at this stressful time for us. Riloh is the only one with a complaint, since they were lacking in the milkbone department! Seriously though, great shop, will definitely be back, if necessary, to fix our needs.

If you can avoid taking your vehicle here...do so. We have had a fleet of Isuzu trucks. Time and time again we take them to Bruckners to get something fixed. We are told it is one thing which will cost so much money. We say go ahead. They fix that, claim they road test it with no issues. We pick up the truck and boom not working right still. Well now it will cost so much more money to fix it. We didnt know that was wrong... TIME AND TIME AGAIN this has happened with them on several trucks.
The parts department is Great! Ive been dealing with Quinton, Adrian, and Gerry for years. I got ripped off by the service department around 7 years ago and never returned. I wish I had enough money to rate the sales department, maybe one day.

Came in for def system trouble got it fixed now my truck wont gen any air. Was told the air dryer is bad funny it worked just fine before they got ahold of it.

As far as mack service shops goes this Location is very good, some of their other shops leave a bit to be desired. They are fair and work very hard to get the job done. 140$ an hour is a bit over the top though.

I called for a price of a new transmission and they gave me a $ 9k price(no kidding) then I called for the same part at vanguard volvo dealership in Atlanta Georgia and i got it for $2895 ... thats a total rip off and ill never step my foot on any bruckner dealership again

Service dept gotta learn to get it right. Was told that had the parts and truck be fixed last night. Different story when I went over there to wait for it as 45 min later they tell me they cant get a part till the next afternoon. As for used truck sales they dont bother looking over those trucks before they sell them. They slap on some cheap drive tires and thats it. My boss bought several used trucks from them and they get delivered with air leaks and many other problems. I sure hope they change their minds on buying anymore from them.
Asked for a price on a part they said it was $100 but out of stock. Went to another dealer got the same part for $65. Beware.

This shop is a joke, came in for a radiator hose and a leveling valve that should have only been a few hours, turned in 10. I will make sure this shop doesnt get any of my companies business.Your service writer David Campo has a serious issue with being rude and not following up with doing his job. Instead they are at the desk listen to music like its a club and just chatting it up with mechanics holding them up from working on the trucks!
