Then it was made and ready for pick up just over a week later! All done in-house, right in Dallas, TX. I wont go anywhere else for all of my custom sportswear and accessories. High quality, USA made, custom apparel in half the time of the competition and at better prices. What else is there?! Great group over there. Im a fan.

These guys were fantastic! Did custom full sublimated jerseys for us in under a week, then turned around and ordered custom embroidered hats, and also done in a week. Rich is on top of it up there. They have gained a customer for life! Extremely pleased. And to top it off the price was better than everyone! Appreciate yalls help!

I’m only giving 4 stars due to the delayed response I initially received, which technically wasn’t their fault from what I understand. Once I had the chance to interact with Xsports, I must say the experience was very personal and straightforward. They gave great feedback and support, and the process did not take long at all. I will indeed work with Xsports again for all my future brand apparel needs.

Would not recommend for large/varied orders or anything other than a basic T-shirt. Owner is nice. Shop is not organized, Printing requirements not clear, Terrible at scheduling. Did not even get to the printing phase because I was displeased.

Did a phenomenal job with my shirts for family reunion. The design came out AMAZING and everyone loved them. I would definitely recommend them and will for sure use them in the future. They were super professional and extremely patient with me.

Needed 60 shirts for my business right down the street. apparently my money’s no good - the moment I walked in they immediately shuffled us out with no interest in our business. We are neighbors in a larger space. Too bad they didn’t even give us literature or anything to seal the deal or even set an appointment. This was after an employee told us to come on in. First impressions definitely matter, and I guess they didn’t even want an appointment with us. Wasn’t even offered.

I placed an order on Feb 14th. Brought in my own shirts...was given Feb 23rd as turnaround time. Really on 5 shirts to be heat pressed???I was told oh you should have them by Wednesday it doesn’t take that long. It’s Friday morning and shirts still not ready. I asked for a refund, but was guaranteed a noon ready time. I picked up the shirts 12:50p. The gold was wrong...I asked for shiny metallic gold, but got old gold. The logo was suppose to be on the back nape of the shirt, but they made it an inside label. It was cute but not what I asked for. Highly disappointed that 5 shirts would take 9 days. Oh Rich says it’s a 5-7 day turnaround and Monday was a holiday. LOL! What graphic designer is closed on Presidents’ Day? EXCUSES EXCUSES! Don’t use them for SMALL or RUSH jobs you’re not that important. Your job will be put on the back burner or do like me and call every other day to remind them. NEVER AGAIN!

VERY POOR SERVICE AND DID NOT FOLLOW ANY OF THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN FOR MY CAR CLUB VEST THAT I TOOK IN!!!!! THE FRONT WAS WRONG, COLOR WAS WRONG AND THE CLUB LOGO WAS IN THE WRONG SPOT. THE WORK LOOKED UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHABBY. THEN THE GUY THAT TOOK MY ORDER HAD THE NERVE TO LIE ABOUT ALL OF THE MISTAKES HE MADE BY SAYING THAT’S WHAT I ORDERED. HE ALSO FORGOT TO PUT MY LOGO ON THE FRONT OF THE VEST AS WELL AND WAS VERY RUDE. HE CAME ACROSS AS RACIST. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR THESE PEOPLE TO EVEN PRINT UP A SHIRT FOR A DOG!!!!!
