I had an issue with a gate that I didnt buy from them, they tried to help me over the phone but to no avail. I went to the store and they checked out my gate motherboard and motor that I didnt buy from them for free and got me the part I needed in just a few minutes. Best company I have ever dealt with by far.

My experience with AGES was that the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a part for my automatic gate opener and since Im just an individual (not a repair/installation company), they asked a few questions to make sure I was on the right track and answered the questions that I had, too. Very friendly--I will be back if I ever need anything else for my gate, and I would definitely recommend AGES for anyone that has a need for gate parts!
