If you live in West Georgia and have any golf cart needs I can promise you there is no one better than these guys. Dale was extremely helpful with the repairs needed to my 2001 Club Car DS. It felt like I was dropping the cart off with a friend of the family or someone I had known for years. I won’t go anywhere else for my golf cart needs, Fat Trout will get all of my business from now on.

We stopped at this Yamaha dealer and are so glad we did. They were very knowledgeable and provided way more information than other dealers. The decision to buy from Fat Trout was easy and they happened to have just the cart we wanted.

I can not say enough about the quality of work, honesty and integrity of the people at this company. I had a lot of work that needed to be done to my cart and Rod and his team did an excellent job and kept in communication with me throughout. I have used other companies before and had mixed experiences, I will never have another company work on my cart or buy a new one from anywhere else. They are really that awesome.

I went to every golf cart dealer around the Douglasville, Villa Rica, and paulding area. These guys are by the best they’re honest and care about the customer. I came in looking for a golf cart and Dale told me he had one in the back it was a Club Car I liked it so I purchased it I also ordered a lift kit for it as well. They called me and told me that FedEx was running behind on my kit but they want to make sure my family had something to enjoy while they was waiting. They sure didn’t have to do that but they did cause they care which made it that much better once we seen our new lifted cart by FatTrout I won’t go anywhere else this cart looks great and you can tell they put time and effort into taking care of their customers. Rod and his dad are so friendly and easy to work with. They’re very knowledgeable about what they’re selling and they put absolutely no pressure on you to buy anything. They spent so much time with us going over our options and were so patient and kind. They’re a small business and they take pride in what they do. Working away from home and held up in a campground with the whole family. Rear wheel bearings go on a recently built pre-owned cart. Called and spoke to fat trout and explained I had little time but needed a fix, they said bring it on! (Had two other local shops turn me down)... dropped it off, diagnosed within the hour, fixed in a short few more and picked up same day. Super friendly guys in the shop, excellent customer service. Awesome experience with fat trout, got me and the family back rolling same day. If I’m ever back in this region, they’re the ones for me. Left with a fat trout hat! Thanks guys.. stay cool🤙🏼

If I could give 6 stars, I would! In my line of work (Customer Service), I try to the best of my ability to treat each and every customer like family. This father and son run business makes me feel like a part of their family. Its a fantastic feeling to know your cart is in the hands of gentlemen that care - really care! They came at my convenience to pickup the cart, repaired the issues and delivered it back to me - again at my convenience. They even listened to me when I spoke at pickup that I was unhappy about the speed of the cart and my regrets for purchasing an electric instead of gas powered. He explained that he could review the cart and see if its still in a setting for a golf course. He later called to update me that it was indeed in the slow setting (climbing hills, electric re-generation at the highest setting) and that he took it off that mode and I should be pleased with the results and let me tell you, Im extremely happy with the choice I made now! Cart isnt blazing fast, but going down hills it doesnt kick in the re-generation governor mode, creeping to almost a snails pace. Instead it flies down the hill and keeps going. Lots more fun running around the neighborhood! Thanks guys!!! Keep up the fantastic work. Ill be referring lots of business your way!

I rarely ever leave a review on anything, but I drove to Fat Trout to see some golf carts from Peachtree City where we have plenty of golf cart shops. This drive was well worth it, Rod was very helpful and informative customer service is A++, I would highly recommend.

After doing our research online we decided on Fat Trout because they are local and family-owned. We could not of made a better decision. Rod was extremely knowledgeable and really cool, it felt like we had known him for years. He cleared out the entire warehouse almost so we could test drive every golf cart we were interested in. Then the customizable packages...I was amazed and overwhelmed with the accessories. I had no idea so much was available and he was just so patient while we asked the same questions over and over again, including when he and his family were on vacation. We ride almost every night. I would recommend them to anyone. Best purchase we ever made!

Went over yesterday with an electrical problem on my EZ GO. Rod and his guys jumped right on it and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in 30 minutes great folks, great service, I would highly recommend them.
