I drove 1 hour to the Dallas location to see the different slabs of what I wanted, since they have more inventory than Fort Worth location. Dallas site had 6 slabs of what I wanted, but was only allowed to see 2 slabs, one of which was already on hold (what is the point of seeing a slab already on hold?). I was told its their policy to show only 1 slab, and I would need to talk to the manager to see more slabs because all slabs look the same. Speechless. At this point, I lost trust in the employee helping me. I was the only customer there. All employees were just killing time on a Friday afternoon, so nobody looked too busy. I dont think it was too much to ask to see all 6 slabs. What a waste of time.In summary, dont even bother coming to Dallas location. Fort Worth location is much nicer and they generously and willingly showed me all slabs I wanted.

These people are the best in the granite, quartz, marble stone industry. I’ve used another stone supplier here in Dallas, and they don’t come close to Epic Stones. From the owner, to the sales pros on staff, there’s not another supplier even close to Epic. Erika is my sales contact and I think she’s the best.Also, Epic has the very best selection that I’ve seen in this entire market, plus very good pricing.

Decent place

Terrible customer service. Im a fabricator and the girl wouldnt give me pricing for a stone one of my homeowners saw there. Didnt even offer to have a sales rep call me either! Way too many great suppliers out there to add these guys to my list. Hard pass!!

We always have a good experience at Epic Stones. Leo is very helpful and knowledgeable. All their staff is very attentive and step up to help. They have a large selection of natural stones and quartz surfaces. They now have two locations which makes it convenient for my clients.

Maybe we caught these guys on an off day but the customer service was terrible. Leo, the guy we were supposed to be working with us was too busy to show us anything. They had no idea where the stones we picked were located and once we found them they wouldnt move the slabs so we could actually see them, they were stuck in the middle of different colors/styles. Once we picked our specific slabs and showed them they acted like they were too busy to deal with us and rushed us out the door. I recommend you go to Triton they actually know how to treat people.

The absolute worst front desk service! There were 4 reps all scrolling through their cell phones and the one who assisted me appeared yo be inconvenienced. Amazing how these companies thrive with poor customer serviece.
