I love this Ace Hardware. It’s convenient for the community and they have a great selection of items. The employees have awesome attitudes and are eager to help with anything. I’m feel like family when I go there.

I am a Service Technician in the printing industry and whether Im shopping for my job or for home projects this Ace Hardware always has everything that I could ever need and some. The staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable on their inventory. I highly recommend for anyone looking for their project needs!

It was around 10:30am when I was there to pick up some washers. Daniel assisted me in finding the right washers and bolts for my wall mounted microwave and did an excellent job for helping me. However, for the rest of the staff...all I got was bad attitudes and no acknowledgement while I was there. Glad to have a hardware store so close to me but for most part I did not feel welcomed.

Super friendly staff - Rob and Morgan were awesome and they have everything you need from nuts and bolts to cleaning supplies to a mean caramel fudge at the check out. Mainly I love this place because it’s close and my husband doesn’t drag me through the large hardware stores (that shall not be named here) for hours on end.🛠

First time to this location with my wife. Was greeted in by friendly staff. Only saw one young woman wearing a mask and with my wife’s immune system being compromised, she had to wait in the car - - very disappointing for the both of us. Didn’t know where to find the things I was looking for and didn’t even need to ask for help, as staff member Michaela could see that I was completely lost. She was the only staff member wearing a mask. She was knowledgeable on the locations of my items, and she ran over to grab me a basket before I dropped what I was trying to carry. Sweetest and helpful young woman you’ll meet. I don’t ever right reviews but took this time as a thank you to Michaela. She made my day with great costumer service and genuine kindness.

DONT BOTHER STOPPING HERE FOR PROPANE! THEY DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS!We stopped by here to have our RV filled with propane on our way out on a camping trip and were told they could not pump propane because it was raining, mind you... no thunder, no lightning, just a rain shower.When we told the guy at the campground who filled our tank what they told us at Ace Hardware, he laughed and said hes been pumping propane in the rain, snow, and sleet for decades. Weve also read on RV forums that this is the tactic used by those who dont want to work.So the REAL reason Ace Hardware turned our business away was because it wasnt worth it to them to get wet to fill our tank.No problem. We wouldnt want to inconvenience them, after being a customer since they were on East Paulding, so we will gladly take not only our RV and our individual propane tanks elsewhere to get them filled, but all of our business as well. They arent the only rodeo in town.

I love shopping at Ace when they are near my jobs. Id rather shop here instead of the BIG BOX, BLUE AND ORANGE where every associate always works in the wrong department...Ace always has their Ace in a hole Associate he knows everything!

Big, tall manager guy helped me find all the stuff I needed for my yard. Great guy! Even helped me load the mulch in to my vehicle.

I was in last Thursday for the first time in a while. Something has changed, the staff seemed much more engaged and willing to help. Due to previous experiences, I often forget it’s just around the corner and head all the way out to 41. Manager, Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great experience with Crossroads Ace Hardware & manager Rob. Needed a duplicate fob for my car & even with delays, machine breakage & assorted problems that he had no power over, he did his very best to get me what I needed. In conjunction with Huck at Dallas Ace Hardware. I can’t give enough thanks to Huck for going above & beyond for programming the fob to my car. Both men & their stores are an asset to our community.

This review is long over due. I purchased an item from this store, not a cheap item, and it failed to meet my expectations. I went back to the store and found out that the manufacturer did not stand behind the item even remotely. The employees had no idea what to make of it, but the owner went to bat and not only got me a replacement, but even an upgrade. I dont want to go into to much detail because I dont want other to abuse their generosity, but they went above and beyond. Literally left me speechless. Much love, and definitely worth your patronage.

Staff was very helpful, but there wasnt much of a selection. And masks are optional for customers, few were wearing them. So mom and I had to go elsewhere to protect her health.

How is it this place never has anything? When they do it’s over priced. Bro y’all don’t have clips to hang Christmas lights, Kroger has clips to hang Christmas lights but a hardware store doesn’t. Don’t even try to get help finding any kind of fittings or anything they do have a lot of because the staff has no knowledge of what they do have.

Had keys made for a classic car. They were able to do because Home Depot and Lowes couldnt. At first they didnt fit, but they quickly reconciled the issue by making new ones no charge. My new go to hardware store.

Was in afternoon. Rushing to help a friend with an emergency plumbing leak Didnt have exactly what I needed. Also explain they had never carried it. Which was a 2in? Slip joint repair Ended up fixing it with a rubber boot into clamps. They had recommended. Lighter went back and changed it out. Not because theyre part. But just from past experience. With that part Had grabbed a few other things. That were marked as sale price one in particular was a2bottle. Fuel OK, when I got to check out... When I got to check out. Talk price was a little high from what I had figured. But didnt have time to argue so left and came back the next day. And questioned the items. Person walk back there with me. And the sign was still there. 2 bottles Coleman propane fuel for 799 I was charged. $16 and something When I questioned them about the sign. They said all that was from a while back. Thats not right and took it down. So I did not argue. Or say anything just walked out learned a valuable experience at that time. Even though it was an emergency and I was in a rush. I feel I should have disputed it. At that time

It is a great hardware store.

You could drive past it without knowing as its on a small rise and set back off of the road but I was headed by on my way to Home Depot when I saw it and decided to give them a chance. Since then Ive been back several times. Each time there has been at least one person willing to help find what you are looking for. Everyone seemed very helpful & knowledgeable. Everything Ive bought has been reasonably priced and they seem well stocked.

Great place to grab basic items needed for a quick fix. Shelf’s and pegs are a little empty compared to big box stores. Needing some organization and better upkeep. But overall. Very friendly and professional. Not a one stop shop all the time. But always helpful whenever I come.

Redone the store back to ACE, but still family owned. Glad to see it’s being cleaned up and dust removed as well as old cracked packaging! Always helpful people in house who mostly know what it is you’re looking for. Hoping that they stay busy and open for a very long time!!

Today was my first bad experience at PBS/Ace. (I have previously only griped about prices being marked inaccurately or not marked at all.)They we’re having a sidewalk sale so I stopped to browse the items on display. Several employees were coming and going out of the building. They never made eye contact or addressed me at all. One evidently had purchased items for himself and returned to the store several times.After deliberating on some items (not priced, shockingly) I brought my items to the automatic door to check out inside. I was met by an employee that stated they closed at 5pm. Okay, no problem. As the employee locked the door, I returned the items back on the tables out front. “Why didn’t any of the two prior employees mention that the store was closing?” I asked...silence was the reply. After returning to my car, I looked at the clock: 5:05pm. I had been browsing outside for significantly more than that. Had any of the two prior employees alerted me to the fact that the store was closing I could have spent money and purchased my items. Instead, they ignored me.One employee had plenty of time to make HIS purchases before closing. I’ve worked and managed retail for years, this blatant disregard for customer service would never be acceptable in my store. It’s a problem if your employees getting in their cars at closing. If you want them to be gone at 5pm, close at 4:30 or 4:45. That leaves time for customers to wrap up and the last drawer to be counted. Can’t speak for the rest of the team at PBS/Ace, but don’t expect customer service from these three. Disappointing.

I’ve been a customer of Paulding Building Supply since they opened. Every time I am greeted by friendly employees that are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The facility it always clean and well kept, and the store itself looks great inside and out. I am a firm believer in supporting local business, and I highly recommend you stop by and check this place out! Keep up the great work!

Staff is extremely helpful. When I had a problem with a large expensive purchase, I struggled with the manufacturer for a month with no resolution. I contacted Ashley & she immediately jumped in and got it resolved in a couple days with a brand new piece of equipment. Hard to find great customer service like this these days.

Unlike big stores, I feel very comfortable going here asking a question about a tool or what needs to be done when something breaks at the house. If they don’t have what it takes, they will make suggestions. I love to support the family owned businesses in my new “home” town and appreciate knowing I’ll get honest and kind answers to what could be a silly question somewhere else!Plus, they have the best dirt at the cheapest price !!!

For a small town building supply where everything else is out of the way to get to one would think you would stay stocked up; especially before a holiday. Trying to do a volleyball net over our pool and came In to get quick set concrete and 2 5 gallon buckets they informed they are out and have been out, now I know this is essentials to carry, but it’s not a rare item. I asked if I could use the old paint bucket or buy the bucket they used to throw away loose trash, and he told me that someone asked that at least once a week and the manager says that this is the trash can they use 😂 I honestly didn’t know what to say. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t buy a reqular trash can and sell the bucket to make a customer happy. Sounds like this is poorly managed, and I will not be coming back.

These folks know how treat customers from the cashiers to the managers. I rolled up 30 seconds after they closed. They welcomed me in, I knew exactly what I wanted and Was in and out. That’s how you develop a following. I’ll be back !

This place is great! They have an excellent apartment of bolts, fasteners, etc. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They open early but close pretty early too so its a great option for early birds.

No longer an Ace hardware. Just simply Paulding Building Supply. Real friendly workers. Unless they are busy, there is always someone to help you as soon as you walk in. They have plenty of supplies. As a new homeowner, theyve had everything Ive needed so far and Ill be going there a lot more.

I tried calling and showing the dashcam video of your driver speeding through my neighborhood. He also ran a stop and nearly hit my car.I still have the dashcam video and pictures of the truck after he stopped. Your driver is showing me the finger when I took a picture. You are judged by the people you employ. You are also judged by the fact that you did not respond.Edit2: I noticed that it does look like my post was on Sunday but that was Monday morning. This problem happened on Friday morning around 10AM.I understand why there was a confusion on dates. I called three times on Friday when he ran the sign. I have the call logs and dash cam.

Assortment of odds and ends hardware is really great. Of course franchise Ace stores cant compete with walmart or Home Depot on cheap stuff, but you got to support the little guys or theyll go away. Then youll be stuck using bolts that an 8 year old cab twist the heads off of with plastic pliers. :-)

This location is running a sale for mulch we need 100 bags and we ask if the could deliver. Lady was rude and said that not today she was leaving. and that she would charge $ 50.00 to deliver plus the sale price would not apply. plain would be 2.99 a bag and color would be more.we could buy some where else that cheap and She said Fine WHAT EVER.Sad when they built this location and need to pay the mortgage they cared now that the market has turned and they have the use building supply they dont need the one who are paying the builder.Showed Lowes the coupon and they Matched the price and said even saidThank you!!

Went in for my last time!! Went to buy 1/8 copper tubing, they had halve or less than a roll, asked to cut a 3 TOLD THAT I HAD TO BUY IT ALL, THEY DONT CUT OR SELL BY FOOT, when you could plainly see this roll had been cut by the end was closed upIm not paying for a complete roll when receiving less. The only thing they did not do in this robbery attempt was to point a weapon at me. Bells ferry will sell by foot, NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY STORE. INDUSTRIAL DELLS ONLY.Gordon Dowis
