All the smoothies Ive had are really good.

Its good their system need to be put in the same as the other franchises so I can earn points. I go there 2 to 4x a week so earning points makes it worth it. The smoothies are awesome. It got 4 instead of 5 stars bc it the not being able to earn points or order ahead on the app. Being able to get in and out makes a difference.

Yum...great hidden secret in this corner of Dallas. Great fresh smoothies and acai bowls. Definitely a new favorite spot to keep my fueled well.

I liked it! They were very knowledgeable about the menu. They answered all of my questions and didnt act like I was bothering them. My smoothie was made right in front of me as well. They were quick to make all of the orders. Will be back!

Five out of five did not expect a smoothie place to be at a gas station when I went for a subway sandwich. Yeah thats right, I rated five stars because its at a gas station. I NEED SOME KALE

I admittedly hadnt been to this location in awhile, so they no longer had the Vanilla LeanBody by Labrada Carbwatchers meal replacement packets that Im used to. Unfortunately, after ordering my meal replacement with the protein powder they had, I was unable to communicate effectively with the employees in the store because of the language barrier. IMO, at least 1 person in the store should be able to answer questions about the macronutrients in the product I purchased. I requested Rice Milk to be used, but they used water instead. My meal replacement was not at all what I wanted or expected. I was quite disappointed.

Extremely slow. They have a lot of workers but only one takes and makes smoothies the others work at subway and don’t offer no help when they see a long line. They don’t greet you or let you know just one minute they won’t speak to you unless their taking your order. They can barley speak English I’m not understanding how they even got hired.Poor customer service

Asked to make my smoothie THICK okay but now it tastes like water 😒 Ill try again one day though...

I have never really had any issues when visiting this location. The employees are always friendly and they are always working as quick and efficiently as possible to fulfill each order in a time manner.They increased their staff which was definitely helped improve the speed of service. My smoothies are always fresh and made just right. I love the fresh juices as well and their menu will have you standing there indecisive because they have such a large variety to choose from.You cant go wrong stopping by this location!

I love this place. Grabbed a Large Very Berry with an Energy Boost and a meal replacement today! Sometimes there is a line in the AM on the weekends. Around the time folks would be headed to and or from their workouts but its well worth the wait. 🍯🥤

Great customer service...very tasty drinks. Was hesitant at first since it was inside a gas station, but I was very wrong. The smoothies we ordered were very delicious.

Whole driving back home for the holidays my husbands found this establishment and said let’s give it a try but I was hesitant as I usually am when restaurants are attached to gas stations. Well once again I stand corrected “never judge a book by its cover” or if it’s attached to a gas station. The smoothies were delicious and the service was great. The young man was home for the holidays and was headed back to college soon. He prepared my smoothie with what looked like fresh ingredients that I could see simply because of the layouts openness. The smoothies were good and were a hit with my children. Thats saying something. I highly recommend this place especially if your conscious about what you place in your body while traveling!!!!

First time trying a smoothie. The two gents in the store were Very resourceful. Helped me make the perfect drink. Store & bathroom Very clean!!

A little slow but good service, I went in the evening around 6:30pm and it was a tad busy. The guy was very nice to a first time customer who was leary of all the new ingredients he had never tried before. even offered a sample to assure the man that smoothies were delicious. my smoothie came out a little thicker than usual but still tasty

They take their time to do it right but they do it good.

I have been coming to this location for the past couple of years, and I can say they are consistent in making great tasting smoothies. They staff are friendly as well. Grade A

Ive visited this location before and received fairly average service, but on my last visit in the evening of 5/26/2013, service was exceptionally poor. Smoothie Factory policies encourage customers to customize their smoothies to get exactly what they want. But on this occasion, I was told that I would have to pay extra for customization, as the employee was visibly not in a mood to make any modifications to a standard recipe. Note: this was not an addition of extra supplements (which do cost extra), it was different fruit combinations. As a regular customer of Smoothie Factory, this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude along with a policy that no other local Smoothie Factory carries. Do yourselves a favor and visit the location in Waxahachie instead.
