Hidden gem in Richardson. I’m not sure about these other reviews but I had a wonderful experience here. The tacos were delicious and reasonably priced. This family owned place is clean with seating. Located in the same shopping complex as Fiesta. The tacos had a lot of flavor. I will definitely be back
A relative turned us on to this place, and since then weve visited about four times. Good service and a decent selection to choose from. Seating inside the store is a little cramped with respect to covid precautions, so we usually choose to sit outside.
Snacks are great but the girls are rude they want to rush you and it was my first time there so i wasnt sure of what i wanted they were whispering. Dont come to work if youre not wanting to give good customer service
This place is so good. Their ice cream is so good. Their food is authentic and so delicious 😋. And its not expensive. To feed two people and have dessert after cost me 20 dollars.
Incredible ice cream flavors and the food is surprisingly tasty. I recommend the piñon ice cream.
This place was super delicious and authentic! Great customer service! My husband and I were about to pass on this place due to all the negative reviews and we are sooooo glad we didn’t! We tried their agua de horchata and Jamaica, popusas and their tacos and absolutely EVERYTHING was delicious even their salsa! The man behind the counter was super nice and helpful! We will definitely be back!!
Service was ridiculous slow and the food was not as expected. People were walking in there with no mask and not following CV19 guidelines.Never coming again.
I looked at the menu and I asked for 2 mangonadas and the girl looked lost. She had someone else prepare it. On the menu, it was $3. The wait wasnt long until I got to the counter and there was only 1 made. I got frustrated but then I was like, I will just take the one. She then said, $6. I told her that it said 3 on the menu. Customer service needs improvement. Never going back. Btw, the mangonada was awful!
This is a hidden gem!!! The barbaqoa is delicious & OMG the menudo is absolutely delicious. Cant wait to go back & try everything else
The Mangonadas are delicious. We ordered a cuero and it was not to our taste. It had raw chicharonnes and they were gross. The staff nice and friendly and the place was well kept and clean.
The coco ice cream is soooo good! Daughter loved the chocolate and strawberry too. They said they would be opening a Taqueria soon, will have to try once they do!
Just ate some conchitas with corn and omg not good at all. No flavor what so ever.
I had a bad customer service from one lady, the other one was nice. The corn didn’t have much flavor, and it wasn’t good at all.
Everything tasted so nasty & customer service was bad.
Amazing
Very bad service. It takes 40 min to make a prepared pork rind
I would like them to take the hygiene of the business more seriously ... We were enjoying a snow but a cockroach interrupted us and the customers immediately took a selfie with said protagonistIt is nothing to scare you but in my opinion you have to be more careful
Good service very clean place and very good food
The best place to eat and quality service with a variety of snow flavors
Bad customer service, I asked an Eskimo and as they did not have the machine turned on it took 20 minutes for the chocolate to melt and giving me to understand that they could not do it fast so I do not understand why they have paleteria if they do not know how to serve it and more the character of the really bad woman and not even rich was 🙄
The lady is very friendly, they take care of you wonderfully and there are many snacks to eat, even gorditas with beans and rice they sell!
Very well
Terrible service, one hour and forty minutes to give you a dish and 6 six tacos to go
This paleteria is amazing. They have all the products I was looking for. From popsicles to churros. Their palettes consist of natural products. They have a great variety of flavors.
This paleteria is crap, I bought a vanilla scrape and the milk was spoiled, when I returned it to the tipa that I attended until it got annoying. Prices are exaggerated and take advantage of Hispanic people who cannot get their cravings in this country. Most of what they sell is already past. I will report them with health and to the IRS for evading taxes. RATINGS !!!
The most disgusting corn that Ive tasted and the little shells do not know how to prepare
Excellent attention!!
Most best paleteria in the world
