Anytime I see a snow place Im going to order it.Ever since I had it in Korea years ago I cant get enough. Snowbaby offers up the best snow Ive had in the city. If I lived closer Id probably go often.

My first visit was amazing. Found this place through a google search and glad I gave it a chance. The owner and employees were very polite. The owner took the time to give a quick introduction and explained the menu items to me, which made it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. To make things better, the snow baby was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. I will most definitely be returning, especially since they have rewards cards.

What a great shop. They hooked us with a sample, but boy and I glad they did. Everything is so well thought out there. Blending natural ingredients for their flavors and their sprinkles are colored with real fruit! I got the Pina colada cup and even with the toppings its less than 200 calories for that amazing snack that soothed my sweet tooth.I hope they get big and come to my part of the country soon!

WARNING: this is NOT traditional or New Orleans shaved ice! Buyer beware!It is shaved ICE CREAM (which they call snow). Not a place for those who dont want/like ice cream.Other options include fruit teas and a bubble waffle (basically a funnel cake crossed with a Belgian waffle).Limited options but interesting concept.

This shaved ice place took me down memory lane, when I was in Taiwan having a huge bowl of shaved ice. The first spoonful was silky smooth but with a crunch of coconut or chocolate shavings. That just makes me super happy.The place is clean, cute, cozy and colorful. The owner is super nice and fun. You can tell she puts her heart in her creation.I will be back! Highly recommend you visit.

Been ordering online so i can come and pick up, but with a chronic pain disorder its hard for me sometimes so my husband goes for me sometimes. He went today and my order was missing ingredients i paid .30 cents extra for :/ the toppings i did have were barely there, like just not at all what Im used to. Im very disappointed and was looking forward to this dessert because it was too congratulate a big day today. But the snow is good...Thank you

It was months ago but I was a complete mess after dental work. I got the pineapple ice. It was amazing. I couldnt really talk but the lady was super nice and accommodating.

I walked in last night with my family and was told immediately by the employee that the store is closed, which I genuinely responded “I’m sorry”. And walked back towards the door, but as soon as I look around there were people barely about to take a seat inside. It was my first time checking this place out and I won’t be coming back because I felt discriminated:( If he told everyone that they were closed then I would not even make this review but he only told us, which was unfair to my family and I.

Every flavor is sooooo delicious here! I tried the coffee one and I can’t wait to try the others flavor. And the best part is everything is more healthy!

This was good as advertised! Its basically shaved ice cream! Its very light & tastey. You can get drizzle on it but to me it weighs it down. The fruit is always fresh & the service is on point. Theyre very personable & go ot their way to make sure you know that theyre grateful for your business & thats the type of people you want to have continual business with.

Idk how people in Dallas are sleeping on this spot its a freaking great simple new style on ice cream thats NOT over priced or weird tasting. My wife and I have been coming here all the time since they first opened and I can tell you its great dont question just go thats it.

My company had Snowbaby out for a tenant appreciation day. Our tenants expressions after trying it was so much fun to watch. They were expecting regular ice cream and when Snowbaby just melted in their mouths they were amazed. Delicious flavors, great toppings, and a fun experience for everyone. We had them back again for a Valentine treat. Our tenants couldnt wait! An even bigger crowd showed up the second time after hearing how good they were. Snowbaby is excellent at serving large crowds. There were over 500 people and the lines went through very quickly. Try them! You wont be disappointed!

The yumminess of ice cream without the self-loathing and fatness afterwards. The bubble waffles are somehow only 200 calories and even the sprinkles are healthy (juice-based). Everyone needs to try this ASAP.

Love the blue lemonade flavor. They use juice from Buda juice. Fresh and healthy. Perfect for hot summer.

We had to go in to order since it was our fist time. The nice young man helping us was very patient and nice! He brought our dessert to the car when it was ready! We got 3 different kinds and enjoyed it all. Super light but yummy, in a good way!

Like eating an icy cold fluffy cloud. Key lime with granola and sweet milk tasted like a frozen fluffy pie. Didnt like purple berry as much, but thats just my personal taste. Will be back.

This place is incredible and every time I leave so happy and satisfied. Our daughter eats every dumpling and we never have left overs . We live in Palm Springs but every chance we have we visit Snowbaby- Creamy Shaved Ice its literally our favorite Asian restaurant.It is a little pricey but totally worth it.

Absolutely wonderful place. I had an eggnog snow..... It was a beautiful feeling to eat. This is going to be dramatic but I could close my eyes and it took me straight to my happy place. There was the eggnog flavor and the texture of the ice was exactly like snow. It was like being on a farm again, warm insude while snow drifts down out the window and a cup of eggnog in my hands. God I miss Iowa. Anyway, best place for shaved ice ever.

This is THE best shaved ice cream! They have games to play while enjoying your ice cream, and service is great. The owner was super friendly and genuinely cares about the service provided and the quality of her products. I hope this business expands and continues to succeed. Amazing place to get a light, refreshing sweet that uses natural ingredients. From Houston and have tried great shaved ice, but Snowbaby’s natural approach exceeds by far! I drive from Fort Worth where I currently live to get this!! I hope they expand! Perfect for dessert lovers and those liking to be organic, healthy etc! Vegan options too:)

This is one of my favorite desert spots in town. The creamy shaved ice concept is totally unique and is really refreshing. They have a lot of fun combinations to choose from and the shop has a light and lively vibe to it.

Had my first snow baby this past weekend and it was sooo good and fresh. The pineapple crush tasted like a pineapple and the coconut with chocolate shavings is perfect when you want something rich and something fresh. The creamy shaved ice is hard to beat. Can’t wait until the next time I visit.

We love SnowBaby! Everyone in our family enjoys the delicious taste and light and fluffy consistency. It is also great to know how much better it is for you than ice cream and without the straight sugar taste of snow cones.

So, so close! We really wanted to like it more than we did. First off, when we entered at 7:15pm on a hot Sunday evening, the shop was dark. It was like walking into a cave. Who turned out the lights? The cashier was eager and nice but not well-trained. She immediately asked what I wanted rather than if I had been there before. I replied we would need some guidance. She basically read the menu out-loud. Considering that I’m part of the 98% of the population that is literate, telling me about the product would have been so much more helpful. The menu placard could be better placed and more enticing. There were better descriptions on the production line for the employees than for the customers. I ended up squinting at those instead of the squished menu board. There were five people in our group and three of us ordered the same creation. The employee proceeded to make one at a time, referring back and forth to the instruction card as if never seen before, for three identical creations. I carried each to the table over the course of several minutes, and I noticed that they became lighter and less carefully prepared with each iteration. I shutter to think how these two employees would have handled three large groups! So, some training (or re-training) would go a long way. However, I don’t know if there is enough training to make the experience justify $43 for 5 ice creams. It would have easily been over $50 if I had brought all six of our family members. That’s hard to justify for any dessert. It’s particularly hard to justify when the perceived value and/or customer experience is lacking. Sure, we may pay about $40 for six servings at Pinkberry, but there is something about that experience that makes you feel like it was ‘worth it.’ Is it the connection with the ingredients - seeing them laid out in colorful array? The individual creation and customization process? The multiple size options? All of the above? Hard to say. All I can say, sadly, is that key element in hooking a loyal customer - perceived value- was not on display this evening.

I dream about Snowbaby when I can’t have it since I live far away. Everyone I’ve brought here falls in love too and then tells others about it.Upsides: so dang tasty! Healthier than many other dessert options.Downsides: a little pricey, especially the add-ons (but that’s because the ingredients are quality). Only one location! Please expand 😭😍

While I think your product is delicious, you have continued to make your establishment non-family oriented. On my first visit to Snowbaby in June, I was shocked that you did not provide high chairs for young children. It is September and you have yet to provide family friendly seating. Surely I can’t be the only customer who has requested a high chair since you opened in March. Since I can’t bring my 10 month old with me to your establishment, I’ve been forced to make my order to go; however, it s quite difficult to carry three orders with two hands and a toddler in tow. I would like to continue my support of your business but you have forced me to support other local establishments that provide either high chairs or child friendly seating areas with to-go bags.

The best treat on a hot summer day. I went in with my brother who was there the day before. He said the snow cones were delicious and that he had three large snow cones in one visit. So I went in today with my brother and we both had three large snow cones. OMG!!! this is yummy! I used to go to juice bar at the mall and get the acai bowls but I like this one better! I got a large vanilla snow cone with chocolate shaving and chocolate drizzle. It was delicious. Of course, I had to try the strawberry snow cone and that was yummy, too. Then i polished it off with a third large vanilla snow cone and that hit the spot on a triple digit day in Texas. The staff was friendly and the decor was absolutely charming. I recommend Snowbaby without hesitation.

I know the product directly not so much the place. At a work event I was lucky enough to help at their stand. It is really good!!! You can add strawberries and condensed sweet milk if you want oh and sprinkles!!! I had one with strawberries and sweet condensed milk yummmy!!!!! I chose chocolate icecream!

LOVE LOVE LOVE it here, I’ve been here multiple times and will continue to come back. I’ve tried other shaved ice places and the flavors tasted watered down, lol my father in law lives 40 minutes away but he still drives over here just for this place. As for the drink left in a fridge review, umm how? Mary, You’re crazy this stuff is good and has a completely different texture from a drink left in a fridge 🤨 good, don’t come back.. more for me and everyone else who loves this stuff haha... I’m also a mom to a toddler and newborn, and I’ve never felt like this isn’t a family friendly establishment. Anyways 5 stars, good place, good ppl, owner is super nice.. meh I guess if you leave a bad review, your taste buds probably suck 😉Only complaint is that the pumpkin flavor isn’t sold all year round 😭 I have to wait till fall
