Sewell treated us terribly. The salesperson, Taylor Boss, assumed we couldnt afford the car and basically kicked us out of the dealership. He kept repeating that he didnt want to waste our time or his. I wonder why? (Were black πŸ˜’) Little did he know I was already pre-approved for 65k through my credit union and had the bank draft in my purse. Oops, your bad. But its cool. Park Place had no such issues and sold me the EXACT same car (except it was certified pre-owned) at a better price.. but MOST importantly MUCH better customer service.I will NEVER shop with Sewell EVER again and I will be SURE I tell EVERYONE I currently know and meet in the future how we were treated.#anywherebutsewell #parkplacerocks

As always Sewell was awesome. Rachel did a great job of getting me information and keeping on top of the process. I ended up not buying a car here but the service was so good that I will definitely keep them in mind for future auto purchases.

We purchased two Preowned vehicles at Sewell Lexus. It has been an exemplary experience. Besides the pricing, finance terms and trade-in, the compassion of the sales is immensely noteworthy. A unique thing about this purchase is that these two vehicles were at two different locations and were organized to be delivered super efficiently.We want to particularly praise and thank Mr. David Keilson not only for his prompt responses even on Sunday late night and all other times, but also for everything above. He went above and beyond in ensuring exceptionally great customer service experience.Mr. Brent West, thank you for your help as well! I drove from OKC to Dallas as they had the best deal on the car I wanted. So glad I did. Great experience. Randy was great to work with and his assistant showed me the bells and whistles on the car. He called me the next day to see how my trip home was. Received another call yesterday from their customer service to see how things are. Truly recommend them.

My Lexus SC430 was recently totaled in a freeway collision. Devastated by the loss of my favorite vehicle, I reluctantly had to get another car. Went to Lexus to try and find another SC430 and had the best car buying experience thanks to Philip F. Im extremely happy with my purchase!

Went for a car appraisal - an auto I purchased & maintain with them. Appraisal process not clear, they didnt explain it, and then provided an appraisal that can only be used to purchase their cars. What a waste of my time. I dont want another Lexus.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one is worth sharing. Weve purchased 3 vehicles at Sewell and each experience has been incredible. The professionalism and high standard of service is unlike any car dealership Ive been to. The service doesnt end at the time of purchase, but extends throughout the lifetime of the vehicle as well. Each time weve needed to service our cars Anthony Contreras and the entire staff at Sewell has ensured that a resolution is achieved in a timely manner while providing ultimate convenience. Whether its a complimentary loaner vehicle, or delivering our purchased SUV to our house and signing the paperwork at the dinner table, or providing a quick ride after dropping off our cars, Anthony and the Sewell team has continued to go above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is amazing. Thank you Anthony, Chase, Meghan and the entire Sewell family! I cant imagine purchasing a vehicle anywhere else!

Omgosh! I cannot express how extremely pleased & amazed my husband & I am with this dealership & Mr. David (Dave) Keilson! My husband & I recently retired & relocated to Texas from California (CA). We gifted our vehicles we owned to our children with the intention that we would purchase a new vehicle in Texas. In order to purchase, we wanted to test drive a couple of vehicles before we made our final decision. We went to a CarMax in Fortworth to test drive a Lexus. When we got there, we were immediately greeted by Beto, who was amazing. He found a Lexus, however, it was located at their Irving, Texas location. Beto apologized profusely & assured us they would be able to assist us. We drove to Irving (34 minutes or so away). When we got to CarMax in Irving, we told the rep what we wanted & how we were sent to their location to test drive the Lexus. He asked us if we had Driver’s License ( DL) & car insurance. The representative told us we needed car insurance in order to test drive a vehicle. We asked if he could drive the car for us because we just needed to be able to get a β€œfeel” for the ride in order to make our decision. He dryly, said he could not because of COVID & that was it! He treated us as though we were wasting his time & just looked at us. There was an awkward moment of silence & we said thanks & got up & left. Of course we were now frustrated because we had not EVER had to produce car insurance in order to test drive a vehicle in our lives!!! So we decided to call Beto back to share our experience & to also verify whether this was a policy for CarMax or just the Irving location. Beto again apologized profusely & said he would check with his manager. Unfortunately, the car insurance requirement turned out to be a CarMax policyπŸ™„πŸ˜§!!! We walked back to our car feeling pretty defeated. By this time it is now almost 7:30PM & my husband suggested that we call the nearest Lexus dealer to see what their requirements were for test driving a vehicle. So we called Sewell Lexus, explained our situation & was transferred to Dave. Dave said we only needed a DL. He must have detected the frustration in my voice because he asked what was going on. We told him our scenario & he said we could come on down & test drive...when did we want to come in. My husband & I said in concert, β€œNOW”! He said they were going to be closing at 8:00PM but we were welcome to come & test drive now. From the moment we pulled into Sewell Lexus, we were treated like royalty. The entire atmosphere was filled with such a peaceful hospitality that it immediately calmed both our spirits. Dave walked out, introduced himself, shook our hands & with his magnificent smile & attitude, assured us that everything would be alright. He brought us to his office which was laden with MVP sales trophies that dated back some years. Dave’s assistant, Jacque took us for test drives in a couple of Lexus cars with no judgements & truly so much love! He was very knowledgeable of each vehicle & the accessories provided. He made us feel extremely welcomed as well. We loved EVERYTHING about this dealership & every person we interacted with made us feel valued & like we mattered & were already a part of the family. Needless to say, we ended up buying a 2017 Lexus ES 350 fully loaded & with all the bells & whistles that go with owning a Lexus! They stayed over an hour beyond closing time! We absolutely love ❀️❀️❀️❀️ our Lexus. If you are ever in the market for a Lexus, we strongly encourage you to look up Dave. You will be treated like royalty & you will walk away truly satisfied!!! Great job Sewell and Sam McNeese!!!! We are return customers to Sewell Lexus and very glad our same sales rep, Sam McNeese, was available to help. We tip our hats to the entire Sewell staff to make the pre-owned vehicle purchase pleasant. Sometimes there are concerns about buying pre-owned but Sewell conducts a thorough inspection of all vehicles that enables warranty extensions. Our 2 year pre-owned vehicle is like brand new. What a great Christmas present for our family.

I had an exceptional experience at Sewell Lexus. Mr. Keilson went above and beyond for me. He works hard for his clients and it was obvious; he was willing to speak with me on a Saturday night and a Sunday morning. Who else can you say does that sort of thing? He made the process effortless, comfortable, and easy. Sewell does a fine job with their vehicles and you know you will receive superior service. All in all, couldn’t recommend Sewell and Mr. Keilson more.

Can in with a small issue of water spot on my vehicle, they took it to the service technician, he fixed it up like new, I am super pleased with the services that was and is they provide here. They are serious about service after the sale. I recommend them to whomever is looking for vehicle.
