I bought 3 pendant lights, a large dining room chandelier, and a large crystal chandelier for my master bath. I also bought 22 LED bulbs there which are not cheap. The crystal chandelier was being installed by my electrician & after I started hanging the crystals on it, I realized that a whole row of the frame was missing the holes needed to hang the crystals on. I contacted Elegant Lighting who said they would send me a new fixture & I would have to get the electrician to re-hang it. They sent me a new frame only (no crystals) so now I have to attempt to remove the crystals, have the electrician come back to replace the fixture, then attempt to rehang the crystals. I asked the store to reimburse me for the extra service call since they sent me a defective fixture. They refused, saying they are not responsible for that. In fact they said “you must have us confused with a retail store”. I suppose the customer service standards are MUCH LOWER for this kind of shop. Whatever you do, don’t buy here. They will not help you out if there’s a problem with your order. And you will be out twice as much money in the end.
