The owners were AWESOME, my wife and I purchased a halo light fixture, once we arrived home there was an issue with the lamp being entirely too tangled from packaging. I called Shahbaz explained the situation and the next day he personally dropped off a replacement fixture, which in my opinion goes well beyond any customer service in this day and age. Im not saying that he does this all the time but he and his brother went far beyond what my wife and I expected.
