I was just trying to look at bottles and the cashier kept asking so many questions i told him i was fine just looking, he asked for my id i was gonna hand it to him and he told me to just leave, you cant even shop in peace without them bugging

Whatever you do....dont come here if you are black. The owner accused me of stealing after I PURCHASED my alcohol! Extremely embarrassing. Ive never experienced anything like that in my entire life. Called the police on me and everything, it was actually scary

The cashiers are very rude and they’re very unprofessional. The man who checked me out kept constantly rushing me and telling me I had to hurry up when I was simply just trying to cash out my money on cash app. He then told me and my friend to leave and he was refusing us service so we started going off on him cause that’s not how you talk to or treat customers who coming to spend money in the store. I don’t recommend coming here it’s other liquor stores way better and much cheaper than they’re. I also wore a mask and had my ID so his response is very much a lie. He asked me and my friend to see our ID’s so he could write down our ID number and we handed them to him with no problem at all.

Customer service is good, definitely has that mom and pop’s fee to it. Suggestion to the owner- please carry hangover solutions, they will definitely sell.

Horrible and disrespectful customer service. I have never hear of any one yelling at someone just because they had children with them. The man was in my friends face screaming at her and her friend. This place just lost at least 100 plus customers because we are part of booze groups and we put the word out on how unprofessional and unpleasant this place is. I will never step foot in this place.

Absolutely horrible service. I purchased margarita mix and expressed concern that the color was a little darker than expected. The owner assured me that because the product was not being sold over its sell by date that it was still good. It is NOT good. It is spoiled. When I called and asked if I could exchange these bottles of mix - non-alcoholic- he told me he did not care. Really terrible customer service. Simply replacing the spoiled bottles solves the problem. Awful service!!**I was asking for assurances that the product was not spoiled. It is. I also told the owner on the phone that I was posting this review to which he replied he did not care.**

Just visited for the second time this morning, and have decided this will be the only place I ever buy liquor. Sam is amazing; helpful, and so generous. Great store!

The store was not busy. We might have been the second set of customers in during the day on a Friday. The shelves are tall, I would guess over 6 feet so there is liquor towering over you. The shelves were full and everything was clean and organized by type of liquor. They had so many varieties. I dont drink, really, so I had no idea that there were that many choices! They have wines on the last aisle facing the coolers. I like Arbor Mist and they are actually a bit cheaper than Walmart and have more choices. They also sell some local beers such as Bishop Cider Co. (Which is really good and I have only found at Central Market). A little further down the cooler, they have already chilled beverages from the shelf ready to go for all of your party needs. They have snacks and even some jello shots! They sell cigarettes, cigars and some novelty cups and such.

I cant stand going here, but its close to my apartments. They have a good selection, but they follow and stare at you the entire time. Its annoying. I dont steal and they will have you feeling like a convict in there. I keep saying Ill go somewhere else, but theyre so close and I procrastinate until 8:50pm 🤣🤦🏾‍♀️ Only go here if you have to.

Its a decent liquor store with a large selection but some items are marked up very heavily due to the lack of competing locations in the area; I usually just drive up 35N and get what I need from Discount Liquor by the shady hotel unless Im in dire last minute need of something.

The store is clean and have alot of alcohol to chose from,but the didnt have my bud light lime,and that was the only reason why I went for.

I have been here a couple of times and this place is great. They sell bottles of liquor from less than $10 to expensive bottles. Its never crowded during the weekdays. The busiest days are Fridays and Saturdays which is obvious. They have everything if you are trying to have a party or just need something small to relax.

Very nice store for Oak Cliff. They have at leadt a couple of good craft beer selections and plenty of good Liquor selections. Prices are pretty normal as well. The people are also quite nice.

The most racist place Ive ever been to I was followed around the store and watched I asked for products normal liquor stores sale since the place is kind of big I couldnt find it I was lied to about them not selling that product there so I had to walk and find it myself, he was acting like he didnt want us in the store 3 black women, why open up in a neighborhood where u dont want to cater to every race of customers.

One of my favorite stores! The workers are always friendly and they can always try to answer any questions i ask. They always have what im looking for on the shelves!

The guy, whom Im assuming is the manager, rushed me to make a purchase. He then said Im buying too many small bottles. I need to just get a big one because he doesnt want me to come back to his store every other day. He was rude. Once my boyfriend came in to make a purchase, he refused and called the police.

Everythings overpriced. If you are buying more than 1 item, go elsewhere unless youre okay with exorbitant convenience fees. Example, Kahlua bottles are 25.00 here as opposed to 20.00 in Total Wine.

So disappointed, I bough an expensive bottle and the packaging was damage and it was missing an authentication seal and when I return I was told that they have a policy of no exchange no refund and that it was my bad luck!!! I will never ever return to this place again I would usually spend 600$ and up and even if I show them the ticket they said that they have a policy and that I should leave!!! So disrespectful...

This store has an excellent selection of bourbons and rye whiskeys. Gentleman named Sam was kind and courteous. Definitely a must try.

Nice place to buy your booze, staff is very knowledgeable in the liquor and spirits. I do recommend if you are close. If you are not close then you could and should go elsewhere.

They sell booze. No boxes filling the aisles making it impossible to navigate, clean store. Not the cheapest, but not many options in the direct area.

Stuff is overpriced to boot, they charging almost $400 for an $80 whiskey, among others don’t mind a couple of dollars more than retail price for liquor but when they are overcharging for bottles that much just can’t give them my business or recommend them at all

I love the folks at Hill Town. I grew up in Cockrell Hill and am glad its the nearest place to get some booze. Way better than driving across the river to Industrial Blvd to quench my thirst.

Nice little water hole in the edge of cockrell hill. They dont have Dos equis Ambar which is the bomb, but is cool. I compensated with some carta blanca.
