Mike and his team were so incredibly helpful when my forklift went down. He walked me through all our options more so than anybody else I reached out to. The communication was excellent and when a delay caused the repair to take an extra day or two than originally expected, they even helped by sending out a loaner lift to use until my repair could be completed. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and would happily recommend to anybody. Hopefully I wont need to, but I would certainly use them in the future. Thanks!
