Well Every year lot fee going up more than trailer on weekend loud music dogs running lose trash beer bottle bust on ground.just Dont waste your money price every year go up that money buy invest in house.in 2022 next lot fee will be 700 dollars then you dont know how much water trash will be then trailer note will go up to.just how much will it go up 2023 by then it might 900 hundred or 800 hundred that is awful.

Great place to live if you want to have your rent increased every year, (been here 4 years rent has increased about 500$ every year) things not done and worry about your car being towed in your own driveway. They look for anything to make money off you. If it wasnt for this damn Covid I would have been able to move.

Just cause the community looks nice doesnt mean they wont do everything in there power to bleed you dry. I just didnt think they would do this to us during the hoildays, It is Christmas eve tomorrow and they towed our car because it happened to be on the grass a little. 300 dollars to get it back thankyou for messing up Christmas for us. First Christmas for our baby, and I live pay check to pay check for us so thank you so much for that early Christmas present I throughly enjoyed that cheers! I cant wait what you have stored for us in New years, maybe and extra 50 dollar fine for not cutting grass thats not growing in the winter.

Been here for about a year and a half, would not recommend you buying or renting here, you point out problems before you sign agreement, they say they will be taking care then once you sign papers and they take your money they dont hold up to their end of the deal, before you purchase Antonio is very attentive but as soon as you purchase you cant reach them and when you do they just lie to you, including management Micah, Vicky is about the only one who somewhat tells the truth, would definitely not recommend you buying or renting here, dont do it

Don’t bother calling, they won’t answer, don’t bother going in, they won’t be there lol we have to wait till they send the “pay this or be kicked out” letter because they don’t answer or return calls and stopped sending letters about how much the extortion is anymore.

I have been here 2 and a half years. This community is mostly Hispanic and racist. Seems great throughout your tour, but not quite. They are bad at coming out to fix any work orders you may have, and when the do it breaks again. I personally wouldnt recommend this community. Once they get your money they never answer calls.

Used to be a nice place top live. Now, with the new office manager, its been a nightmare. Increased costs of water and trash without an explanation, invents reasons to charge more each month, charges you for having a chills birthday party outside and claims is a cleaning fee for the mess even though you cleaned up after yourself, and the last goes on. Cant wait to get out of here. A lot of people are looking for ways out.

Had an appointment to look at a house with Micah, but when we showed up on time he was gone to lunch for an hour, the woman behind the desk couldnt have cared less, she finally decided to try to get a maintenance guy to show us the home, but by then I had looked at the reviews on here, and I totally understand why this place has all the bad things said about it....... Id sleep in my truck before I rented or purchase a home at that community!!!!!

Ever since Virginia arrived, shes managed to turn a great place to live, to a place where any time I see people interested in living in a yes communities. Ill tell them all the horrible things that we constantly go through. I have constant harassments that I cant have this or that in the yard or on the porch. That I cant have a gate at the top of the stairs on my porch because its not allowed (not in the contract). Their mowing service damaged my homes skirting and they tried to change me for it. Then when I finally got then to understand it was their mowing service, they said they would get it checked out by them. Surprisingly the other of the mowing service came out to look at the damage and said it would be taken care of. That was 2 years ago, still waiting for them to fix it. Then more recently my skirting was blown over by a bad storm. I left it down even though they demanded that I fix it to try to get them to get going on replacing it finally. I waited months checking every week and finally I got tired of it and just put the skirt back up. Then about a month ago they told me I had to replace my skirting because Virginias​ manager didnt like how it looked. I told her that they should get to fixing it then and she said no because there is new damage to the skirting from the storm. I informed her that the only damage those panels had was just small cuts from where they were pulled out from the screws. Many of them ripped the screws out with the panel. She tried saying that the front was worse now, I told her that as I was repairing it I closely examined every panel and compared then to the damage pics from the mowers to make sure that they would try to pull exactly what they were pulling. I offered to pick up the panels from them (because she had told me that the mowers get them from yes communities) and that she could then charge the mowers for them. I never got a response. There are a million things here that I could go on about but this is the more recent stuff. 7 years waiting for driveway and road to be fixed, continuously asking for bigger speed bumps, rent going up twice in the year that yes took over, rent this year going up every month with them saying its due to water (when asked to view the community bill they refused saying they paid their part and that they dont show that to anyone), forcing people to take down their existing fences with the yes communities take over. Not allowed to have ANYTHING on your porch, etc. This place feels worse than prison, cant do anything outside like replacing the porch or adding a carport without asking for permission. If you refuse to do what they want, they will send their maintenance goons out to take your stuff and throw it away (took my kids scooters because they accidentally left them out one time. Took my neighbors stack of wood from the back of his house (which he was going to use to build a new porch), and the list goes on. Whatever you do, dont go live in a yes communities place, they are horrible.

This is my home. After a long day at work and driving in this craziness called Dallas its so peaceful I love it. And most importantly I feel safe.

Current residents here. Its a nightmate trying to get these people on the phone. Voicemail box is always full and beats around the bush when asking minor questions. Gives final warning for things that had no 1st or 2nd warnings for. And extremely limited pool access. Only open during business hours (which i can mostly understand) but when its supposed to be open on saturdays, it has a pad lock on the door. So far, most of the staff is friendly but we pay over $1200 to live here, which is supposed to include pool access and its NEVER open.

Current resident, the place is ok but the staff, is not really helpful at all I was 4days late in paying rent they already filled eviction, I wouldnt recommend any place that is more keen on evicting there resident instead of working with them

This place sucks pool is never open, lot of dogs loose, lazy manager, always has excuse for not opening the pool. Lot of late night partys, which are prohibited,a lot of jumping gyms which are not allowed, a lot of kids running around destroying property,grafhitti,at mail box

Management is not interested in helping you after you sign the contract. Dogs running loose all over the place and they wont do anything to solve the problem.

This by far the worst place Ive ever lived.Me,my wife and four kidos have lived here for about a year and a half.We surely got suckerd to move hereResons1. Didnt give us the full contract, till 3mo later.till it was to late.2. Didnt explain the bills like water/trash3. The maintance is horrible wehe had to call code compliance 3 times and now were calling again.4. Stuff keeps breaking out of no where.5. Management is horrible the lady Virginia has her head so far up her ass.Save your hard earned $ and dont move here!!!

Stuck here. Very unprofessional. Maintenance takes for ever to do something. The city of dallas needs to check in on this because the manager isnt even on this property likes shes suppose to and then they want to charge us(over charge us)for anything and everything. We pay our rent on time sometimes two weeks in advanced and now they want to ignore us when it comes to maintenance problems we are having. To begin with they didnt give us the full contract our floors werent done we had to wait until 1am with out 3 babies at the time i was pregnant until they got done. Thats not right at all. We werent told about everything here that would be charged and gow much everyone in the household will get charged. Most of the maintenance or temps are not even doing their jobs,they are usually at the mc donalds or on their phone walking around. We had a merting last week tuesday and no one was there but the maintenance guy was and he said no its wednesday. But we never got a call back and yes we have left messages but no callback.

The lousy treatment given by the manager named Virginia and the assistant as well as the other community managers is horrible makes you exaggerated charges and all the time charges fines for anything sometimes you take rights to make decisions for the owners of the house like cutting the yard by cutting off the owner of the house his lawn two days before and not satisfied with that after he sends you a receipt for having cut your lawn one goes and makes a claim and it is not even to explain anything All he says is that you have to pay because that is already registered in their system, it also bothers him because teenagers play in the park and not with that the pool closes it early when they left it open a little later, the truth is community is not the same as before the poor performance of the manager is very bad we really need the company to do something for those of us who live here in this community.
