Esmaili has a great selection of rugs to choose from ranging in many patterns and prices, old to new. They are very helpful and allow Designers to take them to clients homes in order to see them in their setting with the correct lighting. Ive worked with them for years.

Esmaili Rugs & Antiques was one of three that popped up, but this website was far superior to the others.Someone has taken the time to catalog each rug with photos and detailed information. I purchased four rugs with Alex at Esmaili, and it was a fabulous experience. They have their entire inventory uploaded online and so you can browse by size, type, price. That made choosing my rugs easy and gave me confidence that I made the best choice for my space. We purchased three Esmaili rugs and theyre all beautiful. After receiving my first rug, I went back to purchase three more. Esmaili not only worked with me on the price, but when they went to pack and send the rugs, they noticed that one had a few flaws and contacted me in advance suggesting that I dont purchase it because they didnt want me to be unhappy. Ive never heard of someone telling me not to purchase something I wanted because they were more concerned about my satisfaction more than making the sale. Shopping at Esmaili Rugs was a pleasant and productive experience. Their vast and varied inventory is available for viewing online. We selected several to consider and put them on a Wish List. When we were ready to purchase, the friendly staff pulled the rugs prior to our arrival at the store and we took the final selections home to try on our floors. We purchased four vintage Oushaks, which have put the finishing touches on our house renovation and we highly reccommend Esmaili Rugs.

However, beyond having an enormous collection, their customer service was above and beyond. Brandon spent one on one time with us, figuring out what we needed and what would actually work in our space. He pulled a rug that was nothing like what we thought we wanted, but looks perfect in our space. The owner was also heavily involved and was extremely kind and helpful. There were several other associates pulling rugs for us, and even they had such an expansive knowledge that they were bringing out rugs they thought we would like.Couldn’t say enough good things about Esmaili. The experience was exceptional. There is an excellent website, and you can search for rugs and print the pictures to bring to the store. At the store, the staff are very well informed and helpful in making a final selection. They can tell you about the differences in the rugs and the ages of country of origin of each rug.
