They were able to accommodate me in extremely short notice! They had everything I needed to throw a last minute party I will definitely be using them in the future!

I called and the lady was SO RUDE I asked if she had tables and she said yes then she asked me for a bill of the house under my name and ID I asked her more questions about it and she started to have a really bad attitude with me after that she hung up on me tried calling from another phone and didn’t answer eventually she answered and said she didn’t have anything. If the lady does NOT WANT TO WORK DONT GO IN. SI NO QUIERES IR A TRABAJAR NO VALLAS! Uno no tiene la culpa que te toque trabajar.

Ordered a custom piñata on 3/1/20 picked it up the next week 3/8/20. It turned out awesome and the birthday girl was very delighted w the design and the size of the piñata. It was durable as well all the kids got to hit a few twice before it broke! 👍Thank you to the owners for putting this together!

If youre needing a pinata or party supplies, this is THE place to go! Theyve recently moved to this location but still take very good care of you. Pinatas are very well priced and reasonable. Ive previously purchased a large pinata for as low as 25. Today I bought a my little pony large pinata for 48. Compared to other places pricing theirs at 80, it was such a good deal! This is my go to place in Dallas. It should be yours!

I passed by on Tuesday and it was closed. I then called and was told they close Tuesdays. I passed by again today (Friday) at 12:15 pm and it’s closed again. I called and asked the lady who answered what time they open because it’s the 2nd time I come and they’re closed. She very rudely asked what I needed and I said a piñata, she then said in about 30 minutes they’ll open. I’m very frustrated that a business doesn’t have their business days and hours posted on their door so customers basically have to guess when they open. I live 30 miles away so ended up buying one at another location. Horrible customer service!

The lady texted me insulting me because I couldnt go for the piñata soon. I hope she is not the owner and that the owner contacts me but for some comments that I see here it seems that this is how they treat customers.

Horrible service especially the gentleman with short, bald and paunchy glasses (I think he is the owner), he speaks very rude if you do not buy him a piñata, I do not think that just by arriving at his store I am definitely committed to buying them something and less with that treatment I never even go back there jokingly, the two times I have tried to buy piñatas it is because of that rude man that I go away and I dont buy anything from them. It is very arrogant and arrogant, no humility to be a simple piñatero should treat customers more kindly if he wants our money. If I could give 0 stars and I would gladly kick it.
