I loved the experience I had at this Advanced Auto Parts. Andrew the sales rep sold me a fabulous Die Hard battery then installed it in the car for me. He provided me with a chair to sit in since I am partially disabled. It was cold outside, I waited on the inside until Andrew installed the battery. He was a very nice young man and I noted that the store was extremely clean and neat. Its always a good experience to go into a clean store and have helpful Representatives serving on you. I noticed that Andrew had a full manly beard, BUT he was completely COVID19 compliant. The mask cannot be comfortable over THAT awesome ZZ Top chin guard. LOL great experience overall. And a price of a good also.

Friendly and helpful staff. They will assist you in finding what you need. No pressure. They will also offer tips (for whatever you doing) and recommend alternative products. Also, no problem with returns. Best auto parts store in Dalton. I have been a customer for several years and have never had a problem.

Easy in and out, plenty of parking. Went in for brake pads, they had 3 or 4 options, all of them in stock. Greeted quickly and asked if I needed help locating anything. Was in an aisle looking at items a few minutes later and was asked by a different associate if they could help or if I was looking for anything in particular. Quick check out, friendly cashier and slightly better price than I expected. Overall a great trip to the parts store.

If I could give negative stars, I would! We got stuck, 3.5 hrs away from home at 8pm Sunday night & my husband was working on our truck in their parking lot. Not ONE person asked if we needed help or were okay. As a matter of fact, we were both under the truck & apparently closing time came & went, they walked out, got into their vehicles, and left. Not one word!! Common courtesy goes a long way!! The guys at our local store are amazing, but this crew couldn’t even be bothered with yelling “hey you good?!” As they walked out!! Too busy gossiping amongst themselves, just like they were when we were inside the store. Thank god this town has 2 other stores to choose from! Hopefully locals have better luck with one of them.

Dislike the attitude Mr. Cordova gave me. He was unable to help me, it was obvious that he has no customer service experience. I know that auto parts it’s not a mechanic place and that they just sale parts but he could of been honest and polite and ask someone else if they could help me, but at the end he just walked away and left me hanging. I bought a bulb for the car and it didn’t work I don’t know if I got the wrong one or perhaps the cables of my car are not working properly. I wonted a refund and he refused to give me one. He also gave me an attitude by saying he didn’t know that I should know since I am driving the car. It’s truly sad that some of are new generation have no manners. For this I give not one star but negative stars

Today not so good.ordered online suppose to be ready in 30 mins.after long wait said they didnt have batteries was going to call other store but waited on another customer.after looking his part up told him they didnt have it.had to drive across town and long waiting with bad knee got the same battery they have at other store but they did load them for me.

My car was breaking down and I ask to borrow a wrench and the employee said we dont have one you can borrow but you can buy one. My friend showed up and had to ask him for me and apparently they have a whole tool box full of tools they use to fix stuff. So Im not going back.
