Went to Sallys to get some dye and other products. Picked up 2 items packaged together says $22 dollars get to counter an cashier says that the sell has ended. So take stickers off🤬 so I go ahead and get it. Next thing $113 of products and then cashier says we have no bags... really! Two arm fulls of products.😡 customer service was awful. Shop at Sallys all the time. Very disappointed. Guess Ill find somewhere else to get my hair care products.

This was my first time visiting the Dalton location and itll definitely be my last because they were rude and extremely unhelpful. I was even told that I needed to hurry up because theyre ready to close and go home. I was only in there for 15 minutes! It was 45 freakin minutes til closing time! If you want excellent, friendly, and helpful service, check out the Fort Payne location. Those chicks there are amazing. I wont be making this same mistake twice.

Great selection. Dont go to the one in Calhoun! Theyre rude . Dalton and Ringgold are the best two Ive been to. I refuse to get hair dye/toner from anywhere else now. If only they had oplex (spellin)

Dont think we should have to buy a bag for the expensive products we buy. If I spend 35 to over 50.00 I should get a bag.

Ran in to get a few supplies for my hair. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the floors had been marked off..the aisles were clear and the things I needed were easy to find. Staff friendly and helpful. The star was taken for having to carry out my stuff in my hands. I was a little insulted that they were charging for a bag ..a paper bag..to put your buy in. Didnt like this at all. Otherwise..a great shop.

So glad this place is back open,had all the nail supplies I needed and now they have Nexxus products!!!

My mom likes the products, but not the idea of having to pay for a bag to carry out her merchandise. And I have to say I agree with her. If you purchase merchandise in a store, the least you could do is give you a carry out bag. Things are definitely changing in our world and some of the changes are just ridiculous.

They tried to charge me .15¢ for a paper bag to put th $75.00 worth of stuff I bought in!! I told em yall tripping fa real Ill put it in my pocket book before I pay for a damn bag!!!

RUDE, three people in line and she comes out screaming telling us to get in our cars and wait. She isn’t allowed to say that and we tell her and she says we is going to call the cops.😂 I will never come back.

It is a one stop shop for diy beauty! They usually have all the products I like and if something is out of stock they offer to order it. The staff is super friendly and helpful!!!
